This study traces the discourses on the ‘language(s) of Jesus’ from ancient times to the modern era and clarifies how each scholar has defined the names for the languages and positioned them into hypothetical historical and social settings according to their view of language.thesi

Get PDF寺子屋において、徳育は実際にどのように行われていたのか。教訓科往来物は、どのように使用されていたのか。そのことを明らかにするために、江戸時代の中期から後期にかけての、近江五箇荘、寺子屋時習斎の事例を取り上げることにした。
この寺子屋では、学習段階ごとにテキストを指定し、消息科往来物による知識と心情、徳の形成を特に重視し、これを教育の主軸に据えていた。教訓科往来物については、学習の必要性を強調するものに限定し、学習段階の中に数少なく効果的に挿入することにより、教育全体の効果を高めることに役立てていた。教訓科往来物を用いた徳育は、近・現代の道徳教育における「修身科」「道徳の時間」「特別の教科道徳」のように上位や中心に置かれるものではなかった。それは主に消息科往来物を用いた寺子屋教育全般における補助的な存在にとどまるものであった。研究論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

While the method could be applied under vacuum, the process could be done at atmospheric pressures allowing faster analysis of large molecules. The study demonstrates the diagnostics of an RF AP source using the low-voltage ambient mobility spectrometer. The shutter region of the device contains a mesh at resulting to an observed phase-locked signal at the detector even in the absence of an electric field. Get PDF我が国の製造業は技術革新に伴う経営環境の変動に晒され，事業競争力の減退とその克服を課題とする。製造業はこの難局をいかに乗り切るか。本稿では製造業A社の人材開発部門への事例調査を題材に，新規事業開発に伴う知識労働者へのリスキリングを解明した。本稿の理解点は次の通りだ。第1に，製造業では新規事業開発を行う際に知識労働者を対象とするリスキリングが行われる。ただし第2に，その企業でどんな事業が新たに実施されるのかを正しく理解しなければ，リスキリングに必要なスキルの可視化が果たせない。そこで第3に，人材開発部門が企業の部門業績管理を踏まえたリスキリングとその実践に必要なスキルを把握する役割を担っていた。The manufacturing industry in Japan is exposed to changes in the business environment due to technological innovation and is faced with the challenge of overcoming the decline in business competitiveness. How can the manufacturing industry overcome this difficult situation? In this paper, we consider the re-skilling of knowledge workers in new business development, based on a case study of the human resource development department in manufacturing company A. The main points of this paper are as follows. First, in the manufacturing industry, re-skilling of knowledge workers was implemented when new business development was conducted. However, secondly, without a proper understanding of what kind of new projects will be implemented in which companies, it is impossible to visualize the skills required for re-skilling. A study on the sense of burden of activities among new minsei-iin : focusing on the sense of burden felt by first-term minsei-ini
Get PDF民生委員活動の負担感に関して年齢が若いほど，経験年数が短いほど，負担感を抱えていると指摘されているが，新人である1 期目の民生委員が活動に対して負担と感じる理由については明らかなになっていない。
そのため，本研究では1期目の民生委員における活動への負担感に関連する要因を検討することを目的とした。調査の結果，【周りからの不理解】【働き盛りの世代】【責任の重さ】【説明の不十分さ】【活動への不安さ】【外部からの影響による受動的な姿勢】【手応えのない経験】の7つの要因が明らかになった。これらの要因はそれぞれ重なり合い，1期目の民生委員の活動への負担感につながっている。
調査の結果から，1期目の民生委員が抱く活動への負担感の特徴やその対応について考察を行った。It has been pointed out that the younger the age and the shorter the experience, the more burden is felt by the activities of Minsei-iin, but the reasons why first-term Minsei-iin, who are newcomers, feel burdened by their activities are not clear.
Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the factors related to the sense of burden felt by first-term Minsei-iin. The survey revealed seven factors: [lack of understanding from those around them ] [ weight of responsibility ] [ heavy responsibility ] [ insufficient explanation ] [ anxiety about activities ] [ Passive attitude due to external influences ] and [unresponsive experiences]. Each of these factors overlap with each other, leading to a sense of burden from activities of first-term Minsei-iin.
Based on the results of the survey, we discussed the characteristics of the sense of burden on activities held by the first-term Minsei-iin and their responses to this sense of burden.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
