The "mutual support for people with mental illness" discourse in Japanese mental health : transition process through previous studies
Get PDF近年精神保健医療福祉の分野では，専門職による支援と並び，精神障害当事者による支援(ピアサポート)が取り上げられるようになっている。本研究ではピアサポートやセルフヘルプといった当事者による支援が専門職の中でどのように語られてきたのか，その変化がどのように構成されてきたのかを明らかにすることを目的とし，1990年代から時系列にその言説の変化を追った。
2000年代～2010年代にかけ，行政主導の事業の展開を機にピアサポートという言葉が主流になり，これまで当事者による支援の中心であったセルフヘルプに関する言説は減少していった。言葉の変遷とともに，専門職への抵抗としての新たな支援であったセルフヘルプは時代の経過の中で一つの支援として認識され，それを基盤としたピアサポートも機能から役割，仕事へという変化がみられた。精神障害のセルフヘルプやピアサポートは制度政策との関連の中で変化していること，同じ悩みや経験をもつ仲間同士の分かち合いの場であったセルフヘルプやピアサポートが仕事へと移行していく中で，当事者の「経験」が強調されるようになり，相互の営みや運動といった文脈は減少しているということが明らかになった。専門職との関係性も協働していく存在としての言説が主流になっており，今後，ピアサポートの自律性が守られる協働とは何か，追求していく必要がある。In recent years, importance has been placed not only on support for mental health services by mental health care professionals, but also on support for persons with mental disabilities, such as self-help and peer support. In this study, we attempted to clarify how support by persons with mental illnesses, such as peer support and self-help, has been discussed in the mental health professions, and how these changes have been structured. Therefore, we followed the changes in the discourse chronologically from the 1990s to the 2020s.
From the 2000s to the 2010s, the term "peer support" became mainstream with the development of government-led projects, and the discourse on self-help, which had been central to support by persons concerned, declined. As the terminology changed, self-help, which had been a new type of support as resistance to professionals, was recognized as a type of support in the course of time, and peer support based on it also changed from a function to a role and a job. It became clear that self-help and peer support for mental disorders have been changing in relation to institutional policies, and that as peer support has shifted to work, the "experience" of the people involved has been emphasized, and the context of mutual work and movement has decreased. The discourse of the relationship with professionals as a collaborating entity has become mainstream, and it is necessary to pursue the kind of collaboration that preserves the autonomy of peer support.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF過失の競合には、複数人の過失の競合と個人の過失の競合の2種類に区別される。しかし、これらの区別は、現象形態による区別であって理論的な違いによる区別ではない。それゆえ、それらの理論的な共通点と相違点を明らかにする必要がある。この点、両者は実行行為性の観点では同じであり、個人の過失の競合の場合にのみ問題になりうるのは、二重評価の禁止の問題である。Es gibt zwei Arten von den fahrlässigen Konkurrenz: die Konkurrenz der individuellen Fahrlässigkeit und die Konkurrenz der Fahrlässigkeit von mehren Personen. Aber die Unterscheidung zwischen den beiden ist nicht eine theoretische Unterscheidung, sondern eine phänomenale Unterscheidung. Deshalb die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zwischen ihnen müssen geklärt werden. Es gibt keine theoretische Unterschied in Bezug auf die Ausführungshandlung. Investigation of bending and welding process focusing on unfolded pattern of sheet metal parts for machine tools and Improvement of their quality with a laser welding robot
Get PDF工作機械には一層の高機能化が求められてきており，その板金部品の重要性も増大してきている．しかしながら，その板金部品の設計，機能性，生産技術に対する体系的な研究はなされていない．したがって，工作機械分野において，その板金部品の新しい設計および生産技術の考察を遂行する．最初に，3DCAD情報に基づき，その展開図の特徴を評価する．その結果，3次元板金部品の生産にために新しい溶接技術が必要であることが明らかになった．次に，レーザ溶接ロボットに着目する．その理由は現場の熟練技能に依存することなく，複雑形状の板金部品の製造を可能にするためである．最後に，ハブラニアンプロットをレーザ溶接条件に用い，レーザ溶接ロボットにより工作機械の板金部品の製造品質を改善できることを示す．As machine tools are required to have higher performance and more functionalities, the importance of sheet metalparts has been increasing. However, the design, functionality, and manufacturing technology of sheet metal parts ofmachine tools have almost never been systematically studied. Therefore, we investigate a new design and productionsystem for sheet metal parts in the machine tools fields. First, we estimate features in unfolded pattern of sheet metalparts for machine tools, based on analyzing 3DCAD information. As a result, a novel welding technology is found to berequired to construct the production system for three dimensional sheet metal parts. Second, we focus on fiber laserwelding robot, which is installed to competitively manufacture sheet metal parts without relying on tacit knowledge ofskilled operators. Finally, Hablanian plot is used to identify optimum welding conditions and it is demonstrated thatlaser welding robot system makes it feasible to improve the quality of sheet metal parts for machine tools.departmental bulletin pape

A study on the relationship between client and social worker in social work practice : based on the philosophy of Kitaro Nishida
Get PDFクライエントとソーシャルワーカーとの関係はソーシャルワーク実践の基本とされるが，近年ではクライエントのスピリチュアリティへの配慮が求められるなど，改めて両者の関係性を検討する必要性が生じている。本稿では，ソーシャルワークの実践に関する先行研究を整理し，共感と信頼，パートナーシップといった関係性，スピリチュアリティへの配慮について概観した。その上で，西田哲学の概念を用いて両者の関係性を再考した結果，ソーシャルワーカーには，我執を棄ててクライエントと人格的に応答し，スピリチュアリティを契機に，自己の内で行為的直観的にクライエントと合一しつつも，常に反省するあり方が求められることが明らかとなった。The relationship between the client and the social worker is the basis of social work practice. In recent years, social workers in social work practices have been required to consider the spirituality of the client, and it is necessary to reexamine the relationship between the two. In this paper, we analyzed previous studies on the practice of social work and surveyed relationships such as empathy, trust and partnership, and consideration for spirituality. Based on that, I reconsidered the relationship between the client and the social worker using the concepts of Kitaro Nishida's philosophy. As a result, social workers are expected to give up selfattachment and respond to their clients in a way according to social workers' conscience, and unite act-intuitively with client within social workers' self, triggered by spirituality, while constantly reflecting on themselves. A study on the legality performance of welfare service providers : based on the data of administrative sanctions
Get PDF本稿では，介護サービスの行政処分に着目し，異なる法人格をもつ福祉サービス供給主体の合規性パフォーマンスについて実証的な検討を行なった。その結果，介護サービスの提供においては，供給主体が行政処分を受けた割合が法人格によって差異がある(仮説I)ことが検証され，社会福祉法人の合規性パフォーマンスが営利法人やNPO法人より高いことが明らかになった。また，同じく行政処分を受けた場合，行政処分の結果や「法令違反」で処分を受けた割合が法人格によって差異がある(仮説II)ことが明らかになり，社会福祉法人はより高い合規性をもつことがうかがえた。以上の検証結果をふまえ，本稿の最後に，イコール・フッティング論が成り立つかどうかや福祉サービスの提供におけるイコール・フッティングの捉え方などについて考察を行った。This paper focused on the administrative sanctions of long-term care services and conducted an empirical study on the legality performance of the different welfare service providers. It was verified that in the provision of long-term care services, the rate of administrative sanctions differs depending on the legal personality of the welfare service providers (hypothesis I). It was also verified that the degree of the results and the percentage of people sanctioned for violating the law differs depending on the legal personality (hypothesis II). Additionally, the social welfare corporations had better legality performances than NPOs and private enterprises. Based on the above verification results, we considered that the "equal-footing" theory does not hold from the viewpoint of legality. And we also considered that it is necessary to broadly understand the meaning of "equal-footing" in social welfare, including not only the preferential treatment for social welfare corporations but also the aspects such as the differences in regulations for each corporation.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
