Theoretical prediction and experimental verification of SEI composition formed on negative electrodes in lithium ion batteries
Get PDFリチウムイオン電池の電解液は、電解質と有機溶媒の選定と、電池特性評価を組み合わせて進められる。本論文では、電解液に含まれる溶媒和構造やその還元安定性の分子論的な描像をもとに、材料設計上の指標の獲得を目指した。電解質濃度や電解質、溶媒種に依存した還元安定性を理論的に予測し、その結果と、充放電過程で生成する電解液の分解物の定性、定量分析結果を対照することで、電解液の分解メカニズムや電気化学特性を予測可能であることを示した。The electrolyte solutions for lithium ion batteries are designed through a combination of electrolyte salts, organic solvents and their battery performance. In this paper, we have tried to obtain some insights for effective electrolyte solution design based on the molecular description of solvation structures and their reduction stability. Theoretical predictions of the reduction stability depending on electrolyte concentration, salt and solvent species, have been contrasted with the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of electrolyte decomposition products generated on graphite negative electrodes. It was shown that the decomposition mechanism and electrochemical stability of electrolyte solutions can be well described by the combination of theoretical predictions and their experimental verifications.doctoral thesi

Get PDF本研究では，国際合弁企業(IJV)研究にかんするシステマティック・レビューを行うことを目的としていた。そして引用分析を行ったところ，IJV の本格的な研究はBeamish and Banks(1987)，Hennart(1988)，Kogut(1988)，Kogut and Singh(1988)に端を発し，文化の側面に注目している研究群，その後のIJV の研究展開に影響を与えた研究群，知識移転や組織学習といった新興の研究群が存在することを確認することができた。The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review of international joint venture (IJV) research. The results of the citation analysis revealed that the first serious studies on IJVs were conducted by Beamish and Banks (1987), Hennart (1988), Kogut (1988), and Kogut and Singh (1988), and that there existed a group of studies that focused on the cultural aspects, a group of studies that influenced the subsequent development of IJV research, and an emerging group of studies on knowledge transfer and organizational learning.研究(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Analysis of innovation effects in the Japanese paper industry : the case of Daio Paper Corporation
Get PDF本稿では、製紙業界の新市場開拓に向けたイノベーションの効果について寡占市場を前提に理論的に捉え、新市場の拡大が企業の生産性・効率性にどのように影響するのか、大王製紙を例にしてシミュレーション・データによる実証分析を試みた。その結果、新市場の開拓は、長期的に製紙企業の効率性を向上させる効果があり、大王製紙のケースでは、2050年時点の効率性は、好景気であった1990年の効率水準に並ぶことが明らかになった。This paper takes a theoretical view of the effect of innovation on the development of new markets in the paper industry, assuming an oligopoly market, and attempts an empirical analysis of how the expansion of new markets affects the productivity and efficiency of companies, using Daio Paper as an example, through simulation data. Science parks and an innovation cluster turning polluted factory towns into research & development base towns : the case of Kawasaki industrial cluster
Get PDFかつて「公害・工場の街」と称された川崎市は，現在，「研究開発拠点の街」に進化している。その結果，工場労働者が主流であったこの地域は，全国の主要都市の中でも，研究開発に従事する技術職比率が最も高い街となった。本研究では，一時的な政府の助成金だけでなく，自治体が独自に忍耐強く公的資金を投入し続け，産業構造を変化させることに成功した川崎の事例研究を行った。本稿では，地域イノベーション・クラスターの形成を目指した川崎市の3つのサイエンスパーク，溝口SP，新川崎SP，殿町SP の展開から，都市産業政策の課題，コアとなる自治体職員の育成，運営方針変更の軌跡，オープン・イノベーションに向けたネットワーキングの取り組みなどについて検討を行った。Once a polluted, factory town, Kawasaki in Japan is now evolving into a research and development (R&D) base town. Consequently, Kawasaki, once dominated by factory workers, now has the highest proportion of technical workers engaged in R&D of any major city in Japan. This case study of Kawasaki demonstrates that it succeeded in changing its industrial structure not only through temporary government subsidies but also through the municipality's own persistent investment of public funds. The significance of policy delivery systems for local government policies and related problems : the case of public libraries
Get PDF本稿は、公立図書館を例として、政策実施研究の視点から、自治体の政策策定のあり方を検討するものである。地方分権の推進に伴い、地域の実情や実態等に即した政策を策定することが自治体に期待されてきた。最終的には、地域の実情等に即した政策を策定するためには、実施を通じて得られる政策情報が有用であり、指定管理者制度を導入するとその情報を取得することが難しくなることを示した。This paper examines the way policies are formulated by local governments from the perspective of policy implementation studies. Public libraries are used as an illustrative case. With the promotion of local autonomy, local governments are expected to create policies that are tailored to the actual conditions they face. Ultimately, it is useful for local governments to create such policies through the use of policy data obtained through the implementation of policies. However, there are indications that the introduction of designated administrator systems makes it difficult to obtain this data.doctoral thesi
