Assessing the value of investment in thermal generation capacity under price ambiguity in electricity and capacity markets
Get PDF本研究は，電力市場と容量市場を考慮した火力発電容量への投資について，基本的な投資評価モデルを構築する。取り分け，両市場の価格について曖昧性が存在する場合を考察する。発電事業者の問題は，最適な投資タイミングを求める問題として定式化される。定式化された問題は，変分不等式を用いて解き，最適な投資タイミングを導出する。さらに，いくつかのパラメータについて感度分析を行い，発電容量投資への示唆を与える。This study develops a basic investment evaluation model for investment in thermal generation capacity considering the electricity and capacity markets. In particular, we consider the case where ambiguity exists about prices in both markets. The power produce's problem is formulated as an optimal stopping problem for capacity investment. The problem is solved by variational inequalities, and the optimal investment timing is derived. Get PDF本稿は独立後のキルギスに注目し、「1990年代に積極的な改革に取り組み国際的に高い評価を得ながら、なぜその後、政変や経済・社会問題に直面したのか」という疑問に答えるため、同国への国際援助を再評価した。その際に国際援助の理論枠組み、ドナー、被援助国政府、被援助国住民の視点を導入した。本稿は援助受入国たるキルギス政府の問題点を指摘しつつ、ドナー側も直接の受益者の視点から援助効果を問い直す視点を欠き、これが問題を生み出してきたことを明らかにした。The purpose of this paper was to answer the question, "Why did the Kyrgyz Republic undertake aggressive reforms in the 1990s that won it international acclaim, but subsequently faced political upheaval and economic and social problems? To this purpose, this paper re-evaluated international aid to the Kyrgyz Republic after independence. In the process, we introduced the theoretical framework of international assistance and the perspectives of donors, recipient governments, and residents of the recipient countries. While pointing out the problems of the Kyrgyz government as the recipient country, this paper also clarifies that the donor side lacked the perspective to question the effects of aid from the perspective of the direct beneficiaries and that this has created problems.thesi

Get PDF本研究では，機械加工現場でスマートファクトリーを実現するために必要なIoT統合型のつながる工場の応用技術を開発した．具体的には，マシニングセンタ加工を実施したのち，協働ロボットを用いた磨き加工を実施する加工を対象に，インプロセス加工情報を用いた加工改善手法を検討した．これにより，情報統合から生産全体の最適化を行う手法について検討した．In this study, we developed an IoT-integrated connected factory application technology necessary to realize a smart factory in the machining shop. Specifically, a machining improvement method using in-process machining information was studied for a machining process in which machining is performed on a machining center followed by polishing using a cooperative robot.
