Succession of family business to group-affiliated companies : focusing on four business groups in Pakistan
Get PDF1947年に、パキスタンは英領インドより分離独立し誕生した。パキスタンの経済は、分離独立当初より、いくつかの財閥にけん引され現在に至っている。それらの財閥傘下企業は、現在でも特定の一族により支配されている。本論では、アトラス財閥、ビボージー財閥、ダーウード財閥とラークサン財閥の4つの財閥を取り上げ、それぞれの財閥傘下企業と一族の関係を検討する。具体的には、2000年代から2020年までの期間を対象に、財閥傘下企業が毎年発行しているAnnual Reportを分析の手掛かりとして、一族の中で誰がもっとも財閥傘下企業に対して影響力があるのかを検討した。This study examines the business groups that have driven Pakistan's economy and identifies the relationships between the business groups' affiliated companies and business group families. Pakistan gained independence from British India in 1947. Since then, several business groups have driven Pakistan's economy. These business groups are controlled by particular business group families. This study focuses on four business groups, namely, the Atlas, Bibojee, Dawood, and Lakson groups, and assesses the relationships between the families and the specified business groups' affiliated companies. Trends and issues in research on integrated care for the elderly in China
Get PDF本研究では，中国における整合照料に焦点をあて，先行研究の動向について整理したうえで，中国において整合照料を導入する際の課題について検討した。その結果，中国における整合照料は主に，【理念の共有】【協力体制設計の促進】【政策の制定】【新しい情報技術の活用】【アセスメントとモニタリング体制の導入】【資金の確保】という6つの面から論じられていた。また，政府のガバナンス機能に焦点が置かれ，政府主導のもと協力体制を整備していくことが主張されていた。これらの研究動向から，サービスを利用者につなぐ媒介としてのICT等，新しい情報技術の限界や，整合照料の導入におけるメゾ・ミクロレベルの視点の欠如によりもたらされる，整合照料の理念と体制・システム設計の間のずれの問題について検討した。This study focuses on integrated care in China, summarizes previous Chinese research on the subject, and discusses trends in the field. Then, this study examines issues in the future networking of home services for the elderly in China. As a result, it was found that the six main aspects are discussed: [sharing of ideas] [promotion of collaborative system design] [enactment of policies] [utilization of new information technology] [introduction of assessment and monitoring systems] and [financial resources]. And the previous Chinese research focuses on the government's governance function and argues for the development of a government-led cooperation system. Based on this trend, this study examines the issue of the limitation of the new information technology as a mediator like ICT, and the issue that the lack of mezzo and micro level perspectives in the introduction of integrated care in China may cause a gap between the philosophy of integrated care and the design of the system.論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
