Statistical significance verification of text information from quarterly financial statements for stock price fluctuations by using sentence-BERT
Get PDF自然言語処理技術の発展に伴い、様々なテキスト媒体を用いた株価予測が行われ、その有効性が明らかになりつつある。決算短信に注目すると、テキスト情報の極性情報が定量化され株価予測に用いられることが多い。本研究では、BERTの改良版であるSentence-BERTを用いて決算短信に含まれる詳細な意味情報を定量化し、得られた埋め込みベクトルの各成分が株価変動に対して徳計的に有意であることが分かった。According to the development of natural language processing technologies, stock price prediction has been made by using various text medium, and the effect is becoming apparent. Focusing on quarterly financial statements, polarity information of text information is often quantified and used to predict stock prices. In this study, we quantified arbitrary semantic information contained in quarterly financial statements by using Sentence-BERT and we found that each component of the embedded vector has statistical significance for stock price fluctuations.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
The effect of eccentric drive of circular wheels on the running performance of a small two-wheeled lunar rover
Get PDF現在，月の水氷や3Heなどの情報を得るため，さらなる探査が求められている．そこで探査機の存在が重要となる．低重力や過酷な温度差，レゴリスの堆積など，過酷な月面環境に耐えうる能力を持ち，低コスト化を実現する小型で軽量な探査機が必要となる．本研究では月面の軟弱地盤における走行性能向上を目的とし，偏心駆動を取り入れた探査機を提案する．登坂角度に限界がある車輪を偏心させ，低消費電力量での急傾斜登坂を実現した．Currently, further exploration is required to obtain information on various lunar resources, including water-ice and 3He. The key to success is a rover. A small and lightweight rover that can withstand the harsh lunar environment, such as low gravity, severe temperature differences and regolith deposition, is in need at a low cost. This study proposes a rover that incorporates an eccentric drive of wheels to improve its running performance on the soft ground of the Moon. By eccentering the wheels, which are said to have a limit to the angle of climbing, the rover was able to climb a steep slope with low power consumption.原著論文departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF岡本かの子の「老妓抄」(『中央公論』、1938年11月)は、同時代から現代まで、時局から遊離した傾向があるとみなされている。本稿では、そうした論調に異を唱えるべく、同時代の規範に基づいて作中の人物関係を読み解き、本作にひそむ批評性を暴いた。また、かの子文学全体と時局との距離についても私見を述べた。テクストの中に描かれる当時の社会状況を見つめ、掬い取っていく作業の重大さを指摘した。Okamoto Kanoko's 'Rogisyo' ('Chuokoron' in 1938・11) is considered that there is a tendency to be detached from the current situation from the same era to the present day. In this paper, interpret the relationships between the characters in the story based on the norms of the same era, and uncovered the critical nature hidden in this work to object to such tone. Moreover, expressed my personal opinion about distance between Kanoko Riterature as a whole and current situation. Get PDF本研究の目的は，学校におけるいじめに関する先行研究を社会学的な観点から整理し，潜在的な課題を導き出すことである．学校におけるいじめは，短期的にも長期的にも被害者に大きな影響を与えるため，いじめの決定要因やその後の人生に与える影響について検討・議論することは，若年層の健全な育成のために不可欠である．しかし，日本における学校いじめの研究は，心理学的な観点からのみ行われており，社会学的な観点からの研究は行われていない．そこで，本研究では，社会学的な観点から国内外のいじめを概観した．第一に，いじめの規定要因の社会学的属性に注目することで，誰が被害に遭いやすいかを確認した．第二に，いじめの長期的な影響を確認した．さらに，日本のいじめ研究における視点の欠如と今後の研究の展開の可能性について考察した．The purpose of this study is to summarize previous research on bullying in schools from a sociological perspective and derive potential issues. Since bullying in schools has a significant impact on victims both in the short and long term, it is essential to examine and discuss the determinants of bullying and its effects on later life, to foster healthy development of young individuals. However, research on school bullying in Japan has been conducted only from a psychological perspective, and not from a sociological one. Thus, this study reviewed bullying in Japan and abroad from a sociological perspective. First, by focusing on the sociological attributes of the determinants of bullying, we confirmed who is more likely to be victimized. Second, we ensure the long-term effects of bullying. In addition, this study discussed the lack of perspective in bullying research in Japan and possibility of development for further research.レビューdepartmental bulletin pape
A study of career development of professionals in organizations and the external environment : with a focus on the career development of IT professionals
Get PDF組織内専門職のうち外部環境の変化が速いとされるIT人材のキャリア形成に着目した。組織内専門職を外部環境と対応付けた先行研究レビューを通して、組織内専門職のキャリア・ディベロップメントのあり方について専門職個人を組織の内部資源として考察を行った。IT人材はキャリア志向にもとづく自律的な変革力とその変革を促すマネジメントが必要とされる。IT人材のキャリア志向による専門的能力の再構成のプロセスが、組織のアジリティを高め、組織の戦略が落とし込まれたマネジメントによって促されることについて考察を行った。In this study, focused on the career development of IT professionals, who are considered to experience rapid changes in the external environment. Through a review of previous research that matched IT professionals to the external environment, I examined the career development of IT professionals as an internal resource of the organization. IT professionals need to have the autonomous transformational capacity based on career orientation and management that facilitates such transformation, and the process of reconfiguration of professional capabilities through career orientation enhances organizational agility, a consideration that is encouraged by management in which organizational strategy is incorporated.研究ノート(一般)(Note)departmental bulletin pape
