Continuity of pre- and post-disaster life and discontinuity of disaster victims' support system : an empirical analysis of housing recovery after the Great East Japan earthquake
Get PDF本研究は、被災前の社会的脆弱性と東日本大震災後のすまい再建上の格差との関連を分析し、その上でそうした格差を緩和する働きをする政策としての災害ケースマネジメントの効果について実証的に検討した研究である。実証分析を踏まえた結論部では、個人・世帯の生活の再建過程は被災前の生活からの連続性が見られる一方で、それを支援する被災者支援制度は、そうした生活の連続性を考慮しない設計となっていることを指摘した。This study analyzes the relationship between pre-disaster social vulnerability and post-disaster disparities in housing recovery, and empirically examines the effectiveness of disaster case management as a policy that mitigates such disparities. The conclusion is that while there is continuity in the process of individuals/household life recovery from their pre-disaster lives, the disaster victim assistance system that supports them is designed without considering such continuity.doctoral thesi
Controller design and analysis for grid-forming inverter
Get PDFWhen grid-connected inverters significantly outnumber synchronous generators, there is a need for the "grid-forming" inverters to establish the constant voltage amplitude and frequency. These inverters should generate AC voltages, share power with each other, and emulate the inertia effect like synchronous generators do. This dissertation mainly focuses on controller designs of "grid-forming" inverters and stability analysis.
