Get PDF糖化ストレスとAGEsは骨粗鬆症の発症・進展に関与する。細胞内AGEs形成は、細胞間融合を減少させ、破骨細胞分化遺伝子の発現を抑制することにより破骨細胞形成を低下させた。一方、細胞外AGEsは、糖化剤によって異なるシグナル伝達経路を活性化することにより、破骨細胞新生を刺激する作用を示した。遊離ペントシジンは破骨細胞新生を有意に抑制したが、これは破骨細胞新生に対するフィードバック阻害である可能性が考えられた。Glycative stress and AGEs are reported to be associated with metabolic diseases. Osteoporosis is characterized by excess bone resorption by osteoclasts followed by reduced bone formation by osteoblasts. Pentosidine has been reported to be elevated in osteoporotic patients' serum, forming an abnormal cross-link with collagen protein, and reducing bone quality.
Intracellular AGE formation reduces osteoclastogenesis by reducing cell-cell fusion and inhibiting osteoclastogenic gene expression. In contrast, extracellular AGEs showed stimulatory effects on osteoclastogenesis by activating different signaling pathways depending on the glycating agent; whereas free pentosidine significantly reduced osteoclastogenesis which could be feedback inhibition on osteoclastogenesis.doctoral thesi
Eliminating stumbling blocks using eye tracking in remote programming learning
Get PDFCOVID19の影響で，遠隔プログラミング学習の需要が高まっている．遠隔プログラミング学習において学習者は自身のスキルや進度に適した学習が可能になる一方で，遠隔プログラミング学習はコミュニケーションが取りづらいなどの問題を有する．本研究では，遠隔プログラミング学習における学習者の自己学習を支援し，学習者のつまずきを解消することを目的とする．つまずきを解消する方法として，学習者の視線情報に着目した．本論文では，遠隔プログラミング学習における学習者のつまずきを解消するために，視線位置のリアルタイム可視化システムを提案する．結果として，おおよその注視行を推定することは可能であることが明らかになった．Due to COVID-19, the demand for remote programming learning has been increasing. Remote programming learning allows learners to adapt their skills and progress, however it tends to make communication more difficult. Therefore, remote programming learning is more difficult than face-to-face learning to resolve stumbling blocks in the debugging process for learners. This reaserch aims to support learners' self-learning and to help them resolve stumbling blocks in remote programming learning. We focused on the learner's gaze information as a method to eliminate stumbling blocks. In this paper, we propose a real-time visualization system of eye position to eliminate stumbling blocks for learners in remote programming. A note on tweet analysis for extracting and visualizing service improvement ideas
Get PDFサービス開発者にとって，利用者からのフィードバックや意見を得ることは機能の改善に重要である．本研究報告では，サービス利用者のツイートからアイディアを抽出するアプローチを提案する．提案手法は，ツイート収集，テキスト特徴抽出，可視化から構成され，いずれも簡便な方法で実現されている．実際の有名なチャットサービスを対象とした実験では，機械学習ベースによる置き換えと比較することで，提案手法の有効性を示す．また，開発した可視化インタフェースにより実験結果を定性的に分析する．Service developers are constantly working to improve their services. Although opinions and feedback from users are important for improving their services, conducting an interview is time consuming. Thus, this paper proposes an approach for extracting ideas from service users' tweets. The proposed method consists of tweet collection, textual feature extraction, and visualization, which are easy to implement. In experiments targeting three famous chat services, we demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method compared with machine learning methods. We also provide a qualitative analysis of the extracted ideas via our visualization interface constructed to understand the tweet analysis results intuitively.departmental bulletin pape
