Corporate and organizational behavior as followership behavior
Get PDF本稿の目的は，企業行動と組織行動との間の相似性を明らかにすることにある。筆者はこれまで組織行動をフォロワーシップ行動として捉えてきた。今回は，同様に企業の環境適応行動も，ある意味フォロワーシップ行動であることを明らかにしたい。288人の人事責任者に対して定量的調査を実施したところ，両者の間に相似性の存在することが明らかになった。両者をフォロワーシップ行動として捉えた場合，それぞれのタイプが同じであったのである。The purpose of this paper is to identify the similarities between corporate behavior and organizational behavior. The author has so far viewed organizational behavior as followership behavior. A quantitative survey of 288 human resource managers revealed the existence of similarities between the two. International intervention in the Solomon Islands by RAMSI : a critical appraisal of its acceptance by the local population
Get PDFローカルな文脈の正統性と国際的な介入の関係は、アフガニスタンへの介入の失敗をきっかけにクローズアップされるようになった。本稿では、紛争を解決し、現地の人々から見て長期的かつ正当な平和を確立する、国際的な介入を受け入れる方法について議論する。またソロモン諸島の人々がどのようにソロモン諸島地域支援ミッション（the Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands: RAMSI）という国際的な介入を受け入れ、その力を借りて戦後復興を達成したかを考察する。In the post-Cold War era, the relationship between local legitimacy and international intervention was scrutinized in light of corruption that was reported by post-conflict societies such as Rwanda and Afghanistan. This study argues that international intervention offers acceptable means to resolve conflicts and establish long-term, legitimate peace in the eyes of locals. It also considers the case of the Solomon Islands in the Melanesia region in Oceania which accepted international intervention — by the Regional Assistance Mission to Solomon Islands (hereinafter, RAMSI) — and accomplished the process of recovery in the aftermath of its national conflict.研究ノート(Research Note)departmental bulletin pape

The only reason Japan is in the film, however, is that the scrriptwriters (Daniel Casey and director Justin Lin) are seeking to lock the third film in the series, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006), more firmly into the overall Fast and Furious saga. Qualifications and current status of the deaf school teacher
Get PDF文部科学省が公開しているデータなどから、聴覚障害者を対象とする特別支援学校（以下、ろう学校）に焦点をあてて、ろう学校教員の資格をめぐる現状と課題について考察した。
ろう学校教員の専門性を"資格"として示すものに特別支援学校教諭免許状（聴覚障がい領域）があるが、大学等の履修を免許状取得のための最小単位で考えるとき、その質も量も不十分といわざるを得ないことがわかった。
聴覚障がい教育領域の科目について、ろう学校教員のような授業研究会などは行われていない。それぞれの教員がそれぞれが有する専門性をもとに、教材研究して進められているのが現実である。今後は、聴覚障がい関連科目の授業研究などが広く行われることが、質の向上に貢献すると思われる。The purpose of this paper is to examine the current situation and issues surrounding the qualifications of teachers at schools for the deaf, using data published by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology.
A special support school teacher's license (field of deaf and hearing-impaired education) is a "qualification" that indicates a teacher’s expertise at a school for the deaf. However, the course content taken at the university needs to be revised.
Class study meetings for subjects in education for the deaf at universities are not held like teachers at schools for the deaf. In reality, university teachers research teaching materials based on their specialties and proceed with classes. Get PDF本稿では、プロセスの視点に基づくアントレプレナーシップ研究の潮流との関連性を考慮し、本研究の検討対象となる41本の論文の内容を精査し、1つにアントレプレネリング、2つに、認知的視点および起業行動、3つに、起業機会の発見/創造・評価・活用、4つにその他、の4つのカテゴリーを導出し、後者2つをとりあげ、その内容を提示し、研究の特徴について検討した。Considering the relevance to the current trend of entrepreneurship studies based on a process perspective, this paper presents a close examination of the contents of the 41 papers reviewed in this study, and derives four categories: entrepreneuring, cognitive perspective and entrepreneurial behavior, discovery/creation, evaluation and exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities, and others.
