Get PDFブーバーの対話の原理は、(とある「ここ」において)現存する(being present)ことの具体的な意味が、いかにして、またなぜ、(誰か、もしくは何かの)現前のもとにある(being in the presence)ことを意味し、またそれゆえ(とある「いま」において)現在のうちにある(being in the present)ということを意味するのかを理解する、ひとつの努力と捉えることができる。そこにあるとうこと、現存することと、現在のうちにあることは、見かけほど直結してはいない。それは、むしろ、ブーバーが「我—汝関係」と名づけたものの開示をとおした他者との出会いを要する旅路である。本論では、この問題について、代表作『我と汝』の完成数か月前にブーバーが行った講演「現在としての宗教」に特に焦点を当て考察する。Buber's dialogical principle can be understood as an effort to realize how and why being present (in a given "here") concretely means being in the presence (of someone or something), and hence being in the present (in a given "now"). Being there, being present and in the present is not so immediate as it seems. It is rather a journey, which requires encountering the other by the disclosure of what Buber names the I-Thou relation. Get PDF本稿は、コロナ禍の影響について3年間にわたって行われた調査結果をまとめたものである。3年目のコロナ禍の影響は、直接的な要素から間接的な要素への移行したことが明らかになった。業務の変化は、経営者の早い世代交代、対面重視からインターネット利用型への移行が見られた。コロナ禍における京都市の中小企業は物心共に厳しい状況に晒され、継続意欲が萎える状態と耐えながら構造を変えつつ本質を継続するレジリエンスというの2つの状態があることが明らかになった。This paper summarizes the results of a three year study of the effects of the Coronal disaster. In the third year, the effects of the Coronal disaster showed a shift from direct to indirect factors. Changes in business operations were seen in the early generational shift of management and the shift from an emphasis on face-to-face meetings to Internet use. It became clear that small and medium-sized enterprises in Kyoto during the Corona disaster were exposed to severe conditions, both materially and emotionally, and that they were in two states: one in which they lost the will to continue, and the other in which they endured, changing their structure and resilience to continue with their essential nature.研究論文(Original paper)departmental bulletin pape

Design for primary horn based on dominant beam mode and evaluation for near field distribution
Get PDF反射鏡アンテナの1次放射器として用いられるホーンアンテナは，開口面法によって設計されており，最近では，リフレクトアレーアンテナやトランスミットアレーアンテナの1次放射器としても用いられている．位相中心を含め1次ホーンの詳細なパラメータは，通常，数値的な計算や最適化などによって決定されているが，本論文では，そのような1次ホーンを得るための公式を，基本ビームモードを基にして提案している．具体的な例として，ホーンの軸長，あるいは開き角，あるいはホーン開口面と鏡面との距離を与えたときの1次ホーンの設計法を提案し，また，異なる位相中心を持たせた1次ホーンについても一つの検討を行なっている．Horn antennas used as a primary radiator for reflector antenna systems can be designed by using the aperture-field method. Recently, such horns are used as primary radiators for reflectarray antennas and transmitarray antennas. Detailed dimensions of the horn including phase center are finally determined by numerical calculation and optimization. This paper proposes formulation based on the dominant beam mode for obtaining the primary horns. As examples, a design procedure for a primary horn with specified dimensions (an axial length or a flare angle, or a distance between the horn aperture and the reflector) and a study on primary radiators with different phase centers are also presented.原著論文departmental bulletin pape
