Attracting and sending young Vietnamese to Japan to study at their own expense: Using Hanoi V Japanese Language School as an example
Get PDF最近年の、日本に私費留学するベトナム人の若者の大半は、農村出身または少数民族である。本稿で提示した各資料は、制度や奨学金の種類はそれぞれ異なるが、経済的余裕のない山間地域からでも奨学金制度を用いて留学できる入学案内になっている。日本語を学んでいくに従い、多くの費用がかかることも明示し、日本では学業と合わせてアルバイトすること、定めた進学先で一定期間勤務することを前提とした奨学金制度になっている。
日本での「稼ぎ」を目指した日本語学校への「留学」「修学」の実態から、技能実習生を日本に送るベトナム側の送出し機関と同様に、ベトナム側の日本語学校は、「学校」と名のついた、労働者または日本側が求める資源人材の「送出し機関」になっている構造を、ここに分析した。In recent years, the majority of Vietnamese students who pursue self-financed education inJapan originate from rural areas or ethnic minority backgrounds. The documents presented inthis study, despite differences in scholarship systems and funding mechanisms, serve asadmission guidelines demonstrating that even individuals from economically disadvantagedmountainous regions can access study abroad opportunities through scholarship programs.These documents explicitly acknowledge the substantial financial burden associated withlearning Japanese, while also outlining scholarship frameworks that necessitate part-timeemployment alongside academic pursuits or a commitment to work at a designated institutionfor a specified period upon graduation.
By examining the realities of "studying abroad" and "academic enrollment" in Japaneselanguage schools, often pursued with an underlying objective of income generation, this studycritically analyzes the structural role of Vietnamese language schools. Similar to theVietnamese agencies responsible for dispatching technical intern trainees to Japan, theseinstitutions function as de facto "sending organizations" under the guise of educationalinstitutions, facilitating the supply of laborers or human resources tailored to the demands ofthe Japanese labor market.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF.歳差・章動の本格的な解明は、まずダランベールによってなされ、引き続きオイラーによってなされた。従来、このオイラーの論文を取り上げた例はあるが、オイラーの記述に沿った解説が主であり、現代の歳差・章動理論との比較は十分になされていない。そこで、本報ではこの点を取り上げた。両者の理論展開は基本的に同じであるが、主な相違点は以下である。現代では、モーメントと運動の結合に対しては、オイラーが後年開発した方程式を用いる。一方、オイラーは地球を均質な球体としてモデル化し、モーメントと地軸の角度変化の関係式を用いている。座標変換では、現在では回転座標変換、オイラーは球面三角法を用いている。理論解の検証に関しては、現在では整備された天文定数・観測値が利用するが、オイラーの時代には未整備であったので、歳差量の観測値と潮汐力の比を用いて検証している。.departmental bulletin pape
国際交流ファシリテーター事業における外部講師の招聘実績の振り返りと展望 ―20年間のアーカイブ化実現に向けて―
Get PDF本稿の目的は、新潟国際情報大学における国際交流ファシリテーター事業の約20 年間の外部講師招聘実績を整理・分析し、そのアーカイブ化の意義と活用可能性を検討することである。本稿では、年度ごとの事業報告書、当時の資料、録画映像、写真、参加者への聞き取りをもとに、外部講師の招聘実績を目的別に分類し、時期ごとの特徴を分析した。その結果、外部講師の映像記録は、ワークショップ実践者のための学習資源として、また次世代へ継承する資料として重要な意味を持つことが明らかになった。一方で、アーカイブ化の実現のためには解決すべき課題も存在することが浮き彫りとなった。The International Understanding Facilitator Program at Niigata University of Internationaland Information Studies will celebrate its 20th anniversary next year. Over the past twodecades, 141 guest lecturers have delivered lectures and conducted workshops, contributingto the education and development of international understanding facilitator. This paper aimsto organize and analyze these 141 guest lecturer engagements, examining the significance andpotential applications of archiving these materials.
Drawing on annual project reports, original documents, video recordings, photographs, andparticipant interviews, this study categorizes guest lecturer invitations based on their purposeand analyzes their characteristics across different periods. Furthermore, it explores the valueand possible applications of this extensive 20-year archive of guest lectures and videorecordings. The findings indicate that video recordings of guest lectures serve as valuablelearning resources for workshop practitioners and materials for future generations. However,the study also identifies several challenges that must be addressed to ensure the effectiveutilization of these archives.departmental bulletin pape
