JUROR CANDIDATES: SOME ASPECTS OF THE REQUIREMENTS AND THE PROCEDURE FOR FORMING LISTS
Get PDFThis article highlights some aspects of the institutions of requirements to the
candidates for jury (jurors) and procedures of drawing up their lists. These institutions are
decisive for the formation of legitimate collegium of jurors and contribute to the stability
of sentences reached on jurors' verdicts basis. The relevance to the research topic is also
attached by the fact that from 01.06.2018 the consideration of criminal cases involving

Information dissemination through social media under a disaster in a newly developed residential area
Get PDF2021 年１月に発生した停電災害時における、平常時に地域活動を行っているメンバー（地域の自発的な祭の実行委員）のSNS 上の情報発信を分析した。その結果、災害時に求められる恐怖の低減、町内外の情報収集・共有による客観的な状況把握、さらには今後の行動の提案までが、短時間になされていたことが判明した。今回の事例により「平時の自発的な地域活動のネットワークはこのように災害時に効果的に働くこと」と同時に「新興住宅地であるがゆえに平日日中に災害が起きた場合は、彼らは町に不在である」という欠点も浮き彫りになった。この欠点の解決方法として中学生ならびに高齢者を地域の活動をとおしてSNS 上のネットワークを取り込むことを提案する。departmental bulletin pape
Fare System of Transit Service in Canadian Cities
Get PDFカナダ国アルバータ州エドモントン市は世界で初めてLRT（light rail transit）を導入した公
共交通先進地として有名であり、実地調査の結果を既に拙稿で発表している。
本稿では、エドモントンをはじめとする５都市の公共交通システムの運賃制度に焦点を当て、実地調査を行って分析することにより、その問題点の考察を行った。その結果、運賃制度が簡素である利点が全５都市で認められた一方で、IC カード化を行った都市でも従来の運賃収受方法を踏襲していることが明らかになった。
今後の課題として、エドモントン以外の４都市の大人運賃以外の運賃種別の比較、オタワ市の実地調査、エドモントンのIC カード乗車券についての調査、原価および費用の分析などが挙げられる。departmental bulletin pape
Relationship between Companies and Employees in Creating a Sustainable Society and Environment : Focusing on French Companies

に向けた企業活動（以下「サステナブル事業経営」と記す）に対し、政府、市民、社員等からの社会的圧力が高まっている。こうした背景の下、多くの企業がサステナブル事業経営を戦略の中枢として捉え、社会、自然環境、そして自らの持続可能な成長を目指し、既存の事業経営の転換を進めている。
本稿は、フランス企業におけるこうした動きと社員との関係性に着目し、フランス産業界最
大の経営者団体MEDEF（Mouvement des entreprises de France：フランス企業運動 以下
MEDEF と記す）が実施した、大手企業100 社のステークホルダー向け開示資料分析、及び全国の企業に勤める社員を対象にした2 回のアンケート調査の結果を中心に分析した。その結果、社員による自社のサステナブル事業経営に対する認識、評価、及び自社への態度が、同分野を推進する専門部署の有無、職業階層、及び年齢層により異なることが判明した。このことから、企業のサステナブル事業経営への転換行動では、これらの要因を考慮に入れ、進める必要性があるとの仮説を導き、今後この分野での更なる研究が望まれるとの結論に至った。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF新潟国際情報大学藤田晴啓ゼミナールは2012 年以来、佐渡市羽茂小泊集落との交流活動を続けてきた。毎年秋、３年ゼミナール生全員が小泊集落の村社である白山神社奉納能の行事に参加するとともに、住民の集落活性化に関する意識調査を実施してきた。本報告の前半は、「経営情報学部紀要第３号（2020）」にて報告した、2013 年に実施した活性化に関する意識調査を引き継ぐ形で、2019 年10 月15 日に集落全戸に実施した、能、能舞台の活用、活性化に関する意識調査の結果である。2020 年、学生が主体となる調査事業を発展させ、令和２年度佐渡市「域学連携地域づくり応援事業」の「集落活性化調査研究- 農・能イベント持続的発展のための協働と情報拡散-」を受託した。本稿後半は同受託研究により2020 年10 月24 日から26 日にかけて小泊集落にて実施したワークショップ等の活動報告である。本号「経営情報学部紀要第４号」（2021）から「地域貢献報告書」のカテゴリーを新設したので、この場を借りて報告する。departmental bulletin pape
Analysis of Educational Effects of Remote University Physical Education Classes by Text Mining： Research Using the Impression Report of Fitness Training Classes
Get PDFDue to the COVID-19 pandemic, general classes have been migrated to distance
learning courses in universities. At Niigata University of International and Information
Studies, physical education was conducted as a distance learning class. However, the
learning effects that students can obtain in the class is not known yet. In this study, we
investigated the learning effects of distance learning (fitness education) in physical education.
The subjects were 81 students (67 males and 14 females), and they performed six physical
fitness tests (Sit-ups, Push-ups, Flying splits, CS-30test, Standing on one leg with eyes closed,
2-step test) in class. They also submitted an impression reports after the class. We first
organized the words submitted as an impression report by text mining. Based on the terms
related to fitness education (muscle, strength, strength training, etc.) and the impressions of
the students, it was considered that they were able to acquire knowledge and understand
how to practice exercise in class. Then, we performed co-occurrence network analysis to
clarify words that have close relation to one another. As a result, words were classified into
8 groups. Each of these eight groups corresponded to the basic principles of physical
education. Therefore, distance class in universities was thought to have multiple learning
effects. Based on that, distance learning of physical education in university would bring
multiple learning effects to students. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the educational
effect differs depending on the gender and physical fitness level with the correspondence
analysis. Even if it is a distance lesson, university classes have an educational effect on
knowledge, exercise, and training methods that could lead to the lifelong health and physical

Database Construction for Calculating Food Composition - Applied to Dietary Education and Health Learning -
Get PDF栄養成分計算データベースは2003 年から学外にフリーで公開しており、15 年にわたり、毎日100 件以上のアクセスを維持してきた。高木研究室では卒業研究にデータベースの作成を取り入れてきたが、卒業論文で作成した約70 のデータベースの中で飛びぬけてアクセス数や問い合わせが多かったことから、有用性が高いと考えられた。公開から10 年経過した2013 年度より継続して機能の追加、改善を行った。栄養計算は一般的にPC やExcel を使った業務利用が多いが、データベースの基礎データとなっている食品成分表の本来の目的は、メニュー開発などより、自己の健康管理、健康増進などであったといえる。今回の追加した機能の多くも、健康管理、健康増進、食育、食生活、食の自己学習などを主体にしたものとなった。
平成21 年と28 年に中学生用と小学生用の食生活学習教材が文部科学省より公開されたが、実際の教育現場で食育に対応できるのは年間２コマ程度である。しかし食品成分表本来の作成目的に近い、食育教育が小中学校に導入されたことは意義がある。低学年から食事の重要性を認識でき、父兄との共通の話題にもなることから、栄養計算データベースに「食育」教育の重要性を認識できる機能を充実させることが有効と考た。departmental bulletin pape
