Clinical Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Atrial Fibrillation and Heart Failure
Objective: To study the clinical treatment of chronic atrial fibrillation and heart failure in elderly patients. Method: In our hospital, 120 patients with chronic atrial fibrillation complicated with heart failure were selected from March 2011 to March 2014 as the study subject. The clinical treatment of chronic atrial fibrillation with heart failure was discussed by comparing with the control group and the treatment group. Results: After 1 months of treatment, the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group, the average recovery time of the treatment group was (4.45 + 0.88) day, and the average recovery time of the control group was (7.76 + 1.34) day. Conclusion: To improve cardiac function and ventricular remodeling, heart rate control, blocking neurosecretory system in the treatment for elderly patients with chronic atrial fibrillation and heart failure patients affect significantly, has very important clinical value
Intervention Effect of Compatibility of Salvianolic Acid A & B on PDGF-C/PDGFR-α Signaling Pathway in Renal Fibrosis
Objective: To explore the effect of salvianolic acid A & B component molecules of drug compatibility on PDGF-c/PDGFR-α signaling pathway in renal fibrosis of rats. Methods: 40 male SPF SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, salvianolic acid A group, salvianolic acid B group and salvianolic acid A + B group, with 10 rats in each group. Each group was treated for two weeks. After the intervention, samples were collected. And scores of HE and Masson was compared. The expression of PDGF-c/PDGFR-α in rental tissue in them was also tested and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the score of HE and Masson in intervention groups was markedly decreased, and scores in salvianolic acid B group and salvianolic acid A + B group were reduced significantly (p < 0.05); Compared with the control group, the expression of PDGF-c/PDGFR-α in rental tissue in intervention groups was lower(p < 0.05), especially in salvianolic acid B group and salvianolic acid A + B group (p < 0.05).Conclusion: salvianolic acid A & B component molecules of drug compatibility could significantly improve the pathological changes in the kidney tissue of rats, suppress the expression of PDGF-c/PDGFR-α in renal tissue, and improve the renal function, renal tubular function and renal pathology
Influence of Cinepazide Maleate on Vascular Endothelial Function of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
oai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/1Objective: To study influence of cinepazide maleate on vascular endothelial function of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 150 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into the observation group and the control group, two groups were treated by conventional therapy about acute myocardial infarction, the observation group added 5%GS250 mL + cinepazide maleate 160 mg IV drip q.d, the control group added 5%GS250 mL IV drip q.d, the treatment course were 3 weeks, changes of vascular endothelial function and the blood serum no level before and after treatment were detected. Result: vascular endothelial function after treatment in observation group were obviously improved than that before treatment (p = 0.03) , blood serum no level was obviously increased (p ﹤ 0.05); about 3 weeks after treatment, vascular endothelial function in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group (p = 0.04), the blood serum no level of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group (p ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion: Cinepazide maleate remarkably improves vascular endothelial function of patients with acute myocardial infarction
Clinical Effect Observation of Spiral CT in The Etiological Diagnosis of Senile Acute Abdomen
Objective: To discuss the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT in etiological diagnosis of senile acute abdomen. Methods: To select 80 cases of elderly patients with acute abdomen received treatment from June 2006 to August 2012 in our hospital. Among them, 40 patients were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT technique and considered as CT group; 40 patients were diagnosed by liver MRI technology and considered as MRI group. The diagnostic accuracy and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared, and the comparison results were analyzed statistically using SPSS statistical software. Result: The diagnosis rate of CT group was significantly higher than that of MIR group, while the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of MIR group, p < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: multi-slice spiral CT can accurately diagnose the cause of senile acute abdomen. It has important clinical significance for the treatment of senile acute abdomen, and it has clinical application value
Clinical Analysis of 38 Cases of Obstetric Emergency Hysterectomy
Objective: To discuss and analyze the clinical situation of emergency obstetric hysterectomy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 38 cases obstetric emergency hysterectomy medical records from 2002 to 2011 in our hospital is made. Result: 38 cases of emergency obstetric hysterectomy indications are uterine massive bleeding. placental factor medical records are 20 cases, accounted for 52.3%, with the cure rate of 97.4%, and perinatal child mortality rate is 7.9%. Conclusion: Hysterectomy is a quick, effective means of treatment of acute obstetric massive bleeding, effectively reduced the rate of cesarean section, also can reduce the incidence of obstetric hysterectomy
Clinical Control and Study of Bleeding after Tooth Extraction
Objective: To explore the clinical prevention and treatment of hemorrhage after tooth extraction. Method: Between March 2013 and April 2014, 352 patients in our hospital experiencing hemorrhage after tooth extraction were observedwith the clinical data retrospectively analyzed and the causes of bleeding summarized. A specific control scheme was developed. 148 patients were selected from July 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital for tooth extractions. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, consisted of 74 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine extraction methods and the observation group was treated with new extraction methods. Results: There were 3 cases of tooth extraction hemorrhage in the observation group accounting for 4.1%, including alveolar hemorrhage in 1 case, granulation or foreign body hemorrhage in 2 cases;with all cases of haemorrhage within 12 h of extraction. In the control group, there were18 hemorrhage cases, accounting for 24.3%, including alveolar hemorrhage in 4 cases,bleeding gums in 3 cases, granulation or foreign body hemorrhage in 5 cases and othercauses of bleeding in 6 cases; with all cases of haemorrhage within 24 h of extraction.Satisfaction survey results showed that the satisfaction of the observation group was 4,higher than the control group by 98.6%. Conclusion: After tooth extraction, the effectsof bleeding and treatment were notable, and thus this approach can be further promoted
Analysis of the Effect of Dynamic Hip Screw and Anatomical Locking Plate
Objective: To analyze the effects of dynamic hip screw (DHS) and anatomical locking plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. Method: 56 cases of intertrochanteric femur fracture from March 2009 to October 2011 were treated by surgical treatment. The cases were divided into A and B groups with A group treated with DHS and B group with anatomical locking plates. Results: Treatments of the two groups were successful. Operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative drainage, hospitalization time and fracture healing time of B group were significantly less than that of A group (p < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in B group was significantly less than that in the A group (p < 0.05). The excellent and good ratings of B group was 93.1% and 66.7% for the A group. The fine rating of B group was higher than that of A group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Anatomical locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly has certain advantages
Clinical Observation of Combined Application of Oxiracetam and Hyperbaric Oxygen Clinical Curative Effect on Vascular Dementia Patients
Objective: To evaluate the application of oxiracetam combined with hyperbaric oxygen on vascular dementia clinical curative effect. Method: Three groups of patients were given active treatment basic diseases, including antiplatelet, promote cerebral circulation and cerebral protective agent. And respectively take the hyperbaric oxygen therapy, olathe temple therapy and combination therapy, both before and after treatment with MMSE score evaluation method. Results: After 3 weeks of treatment, B group in the total efficiency was 81.25%, while C group was 93.75%, which is significantly higher than in A group of 56.25% and the differences was statistical significance. The three groups before treatment and after treatment with MMSE score changes were obviously difference (p < 0.05), where C group was the most significant changes in MMSE scores (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The combined application of oxiracetam and hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve patient with vascular dementia intellectual impairment and increase the ability of activities in daily living. This method has definite curative effect, high safety as well as can promote clinical promotion
A Comparative Study of Right Ventricular Apical Pacing and Right Ventricular Septal Pacing
Objective: Assessment of cardiac function by the assessment of ventricular pacing and right ventricular apex pacing. Method: Analysis of 30 patients with VVI pacemaker (pacing RVA, right ventricular apical pacing RVS 15 cases) was analyzed, and the differences of cardiac function and pacing parameters were analyzed in one year. Results: There was no significant difference in the impedance, voltage threshold and R wave height between the 1 year after the effective pacing and the years after the pacing electrode. 1 year after the two groups of patients with significant differences in EF. Conclusion: Right ventricular septal pacing and right ventricular apical pacing are equally safe and effective, right ventricular apical pacing can lead to left ventricular systolic dysfunction and decreased left ventricular function
Comparative Study of the Effect of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery on Acute Cholecystitis
Objective: To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery on acute cholecystitis. Method: clinical data of 200 cases of acute cholecystitis patients in our hospital from July 2006 to July 2010 were divided into laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) group and open cholecystectomy(OC) group. Comparison was made from various aspects to show the feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy of acute cholecystitis. Results: the operation time, off-bed activity time, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay time of LC group were all lower than OC group (t = 2.785, t = 2.825, t = 2.831, t = 2.904, p < 0.05); OC group’s postoperative complications was 23.0%, higher than that (9.0%) of LC group(χ2 = 3.764, p < 0.05). Conclusion: Under the chosen strict condition of surgical indications and delicate surgery operation, the application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis is safe and feasible
