    Dynamic changes and significance of sputum cells in bronchiolitis

    Objective: To observe the cell composition and changes of sputum cells in children with bronchiolitis at different stages of disease, and to explore their role in the pathogenesis of disease. Methods: 75 children hospitalized in 2016 compliance with standard bronchiolitis were selected. The course of the disease was divided into acute attack period, the improvement period and remission period. The levels of sputum cells, such as sputum shedding epithelial cells, neutrophils, eosinophil, lymphocytes and other sputum cells were examined by light microscopy at different stages of acute exacerbation, disease progression and remission. The expression and proportion of cells were compared, and the differences of cell expression and clinical significance were compared. Results: In the early stage of acute bronchiolitis, the sputum cells were mainly neutral and exfoliated epithelium, lymphocytes and eosinophil were small. When the condition improved, the epithelial cells and the neutrophils decreased, while the lymphocytes and allergic family history of children with eosinophil correspondingly increased. During the remission period, neutrophils and sputum shedding epithelium continued to decrease, while the lymphocytes, eosinophil continued to increase. Conclusions: Epithelial cell shedding is a common phenomenon in the acute attack of bronchiolitis, which may be associated with the wheezing symptoms of children. During the acute stage and improvement phase, there is a significant increase in sputum neutrophils attributable to infection. Eosinophilia is associated with anaphylactic individual and family history, and increased eosinophilia is associated with high airway reactivity and prolonged wheezing. Lymphocytes play a role in maintaining chronic airway inflammation

    Treatment of Non-erosive Effect of Clinical Study of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

    Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of “Chaihu Shugan Powder Zuojin Pill†in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods: Sixty patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (30 cases in each group). The patients were treated with “Zaohu Shugan Powder†and “Zangjin Pills†and omeprazole respectively. For 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy and changes in clinical symptoms were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: “Chaihu Shugan Powder Zuojin Pill†can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease

    This thesis uses “Volume Control†ballon-stent model, and according to results of deformation of a stent and vascular during implantation, we obtain the stress contours of the stent during implantation. The results conclude by ANSYS simulation show that during the implantation process, expansion of balloon body will make the narrow part of the blood wall fragment tough. After placement of the stent, due to blood flow in vessel makes that the inner wall of blood vessels has uneven distribution of shear stress; And, in the vicinity of the stent structure, it has a lower [7] shear stress to vessel wall. During the expansion of the stent, the maximum principal stress concentrate on the connection between coronary stent itself and stiffeners

    A Comparative Study of Two Pneumatic Nebulizers for the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD); pre and post modification with polypropylene membrane

    Background and Objective: Pneumatic nebulizers (PN) are commonly used to treat COPD. We aimed to evaluate and compare two PNs with respect to effectiveness and delivery, and the effect of using a membrane filter to prevent drug wastage.Methods: COPD patients (240) were divided into an experimental group (EG); treated with a YZB/GEM1058-2009 medical atomizer, and a control group (CG); treated with a DNA100 medical atomizer. A polypropylene membrane was then applied to each nebulizer.Results: Wastage per inhalation was 79.56% in the EG, and 87% in the CG and reduced to 35.3% in the EG and 42.1% in the CG following application of a polypropylene membrane. The  ratio of drug not atomised per inhalation was 10.32% in the EG, and 24.52% in the CG and altered to 30.2% and 37.3% with the polypropylene membrane.  The total effective rate, cure rate and weekly efficiency were 96.7%, 73.3% and 93.3%, respectively in the EG, and 93.3%, 60% and 83.3% respectively in the CG, and increased to 100%, 93.3% and 100%, respectively in the EG, and 100%, 83.3% and 93.3%, respectively, in the CG with the membrane application. The number of days required to be effective was 4±2.4 days in the EG, and 7±3.8 in the CG and decreased to 3±1.4 in the EG, and 5±3.1 in the CG with the membrane. Conclusions: There was a high percentage of drug wastage with both PNs. YZB/GEM1058-2009 was significantly more effective than DNA100 but a polypropylene microporous membrane significantly improved the effectiveness of both.Keywords: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Pneumatic Nebulizer; Drug waste; Polypropylene microporous membran

    ObjectiveTo explore an effective diagnosis and treatment scheme for paraquat poisoning and to improve the survival rate of patients.MethodsThrough the case of a paraquat poisoning survivors combined with symptomatic epilepsy, we explore the treatment plan and review the recent literature related to the treatment of paraquat poisoning.ResultsAfter 6 months of follow-up, the patients survived, liver function and renal function had no obvious abnormalities, lung CT showed mild interstitial lung, and the quality of life of the patients was good.ConclusionRational application of hemoperfusion, hormone and other supportive treatment methods and real-time adjustment of individualized medication according to the patient's condition can effectively improve the survival chance of paraquat poisoning patients

    Rescue and Nursing of Acute Severe Viral Myocarditis in Children

    Objective: To explore clinical rescue and nursing measures for children with acute severe viral myocarditis. Method: Patients in the hospital were immediately given positive anti-heart failure, anti-shock therapy and correct treatment of arrhythmia. Large doses of gamma globulin, adrenal cortical hormone, pulse therapy, direct current cardioversion, vitamin C, oxygen inhalation, ECG and other treatments were given. Results: 58 cases were rescued successfully and the prognosis was good. However, there were 3 cases of patients with severe myocardial damage, ECG, ventricular fibrillation, and 1 invalid death. Conclusion: In the treatment of acute severe viral myocarditis of children, timely, accurate and safe implementation of various rescue measures is the key to improving the success rate

    The Application Value of Optical Coherence Tomography in Primary Acute Angle Closure

    Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in the diagnosis of acute primary angle-closure glaucoma (APACG). Method: 52 eyes were chosen for OCT applications at different stages of APACG and compared with the normal control group. The peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) between the two groups was compared. Results: The average thickness of RNFL APACG was significantly thicker during the earlier phase of treatment and thinner after 6 months of treatment as compared to the normal control group. Conclusion: OCT can reflect the change in the thickness of glaucoma RNFL, and can provide more information for clinical early diagnosis of glaucoma and is a worthy application of the inspection method

    Observation on Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Amiodarone in the Treatment of Malignant Arrhythmia after Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI)

    To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ethylamine iodine in the treatment of malignant arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction. Method: 35 patients with malignant arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction were enrolled in our hospital from May 2013 to August 2014. The patients were treated with ethidium iodide load of 75-150 mg/times. The patients were treated with intravenous infusion of 0.5-1.0 mg/min micro pump at 15-20 min. The clinical curative effect and the heart rate were analyzed at 15 min, 1, 2 and 24 h after treatment respectively, mean arterial pressure changes and adverse reactions and so on. Results: The total effective rate was 91.43% in the clinical treatment. The heart rate, mean arterial pressure and the difference before treatment were significant (P <0.05) at 15 min, 1, 2, and 24 h after treatment and the drug dose was adjusted in 3 patients after bradycardia after return to the normal range. Conclusion: Ethylamine iodine can be used in the clinical treatment of acute myocardial infarction and malignant arrhythmia. It can achieve significant clinical curative effect, high safety and mild adverse reaction. It is worthy to be popularized and applied

    Clinical Study on Treatment of Parkinson's Disease using Electroacupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation

    Objective: To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation in patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods: Twenty patients with Parkinson's disease were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of admission. In each group, 10 cases were treated with electroacupuncture in the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the Wechsler comprehensive assessment scale, Barthel index and UPDRS III score of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (p <0.05). The total effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 60% in the control group. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (p <0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of Parkinson's disease with electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation is effective and can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients

    Clinical effect of combined anterior and posterior approach surgery for cervical spondylotic myelopathy

    Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined anterior and posterior approach surgery for patients with spinal type. Methods: Randomly selected from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital 96 cases of cervical spondylosis patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 , the technical way of the operation of these 96 cases of loyalty if they were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups. A group of 32 cases were treated by combined anterior and posterior approach in treatment of cervical myelopathy. B group of 32 cases patients with anterior cervical corpectomy decompression and bone graft fusion internal fixation surgery to treat cervical vertebra disease, C treatment group of 32 patients used conventional posterior decompression and fusion surgery for lateral mass screw fixation. Postoperative follow-up, the three groups of X-ray intervertebral stability and fusion, neurological function JOA score and clinical efficacy of the effective date were compared. Results: three group of patients after half a year, the JOA scores were improved, the patients of the A group after a year of score(16.3±1.83),the scores of B and C two groups were respectively (15.7±1.15)ã€ï¼ˆ15.59±1.21), there was statistically differences between the three groups ( P < 0.05). After one year’s follow-up, the bone graft and internal fixation material had no loosening, displacement and subsidence, the fusion rate of A group reached 90.6%, the fusion rate of B group was 53.1%, the fusion rate of C group was 56.25%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). For clinical effectiveness is divided into apparent, effective, fair, invalid. the effective rate of group A was 87.5%, and the effective rate was 50% in group B, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: the treatment effect of A group was better than that of B and C two groups before and after operation, and the effect was significant
