Application Value of Coagulation Function Test in Prognosis of Patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases
Objective: to explore the application value of coagulation function test in the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: from December 2018 to December 2019, 100 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were randomly selected as the study group. According to the follow-up results of patients, they were divided into study group A (good prognosis, n = 64) and study group B (disability or death, n = 36) 100 subjects served as the control group. The test results of coagulation function of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively. The test results of the study group before and after treatment were compared with those of the control group, and the test results of the study group A and study group B after treatment were compared. Results: the coagulation function of the study group after treatment was significantly improved compared with that before treatment (P < 0.05), and there was a significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P < 0.05), and there was no difference after treatment (P > 0.05); after treatment, the coagulation function of study group A and study B was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: coagulation function test has a certain application value for the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and can be used as an index to judge the patient’s condition and treatment effect, which has good application value in clinical practice
The Effect of Obesity on Insulin Resistance in Terms of Cytokines and Hormones
With the increasing incidence and mortality of obesity, obesity-related health problems have become a worldwide priority. Clinical observation shows that obesity related to adipocyte differentiation is an important pathogenic factor of insulin resistance, and weight loss can reduce insulin resistance, indicating that obesity is related to insulin resistance. As the understanding of mechanism between obesity, cytokines, hormones and insulin resistance becomes clear, it is possible that these cytokines or hormones could be used in the use of biomarkers and the design of targeted therapies for insulin resistance. This review provides an overview of how obesity effect adipokines,hepatokines and inflammatory cytokines whose changes result in or exacerbate insulin resistance
Discussion on PDCA Working Mode of Clinical Pharmacists in ICU
Objective: exploration of the application effect of PDCA working mode in the daily work of clinical pharmacists in ICU. Methods: on the basis of PDCA cycle theory, a plan for the construction of ICU clinical pharmacists' work mode is made, so as to evaluated its application effect combined with work examples. Results: the work mode of clinical pharmacists in ICU based on PDCA cycle theory adheres to initiative, timeliness and pertinence, which can solve the problem of irrational clinical medication, and improve the rationality and safety of medication. Conclusion: the application of PDCA cycle theory in the work mode of clinical pharmacists in ICU is worthy of promotion
Analysis of Acupoint Selection Rules for Electroacupuncture Treatment of Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head Based on Data Mining Technology
Objective: Analysis was focused on the data mining technology of electroacupuncture (EA) of osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) of the rules and characteristics of point selection in the clinical treatment, to provide a basis for clinical electroacupuncture treatment of ONFH. Methods: The Chinese and English literatures obtained from the CNKI and PubMed database on the treatment of ONFH by electroacupuncture, the Endnote database for the treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head by electroacupuncture was established, and the rule of point selection was analyzed by data mining and statistical software Excel ,SPSS,SPSS Modeler. Results: A total of 17 articles were included, and 44 acupoints were selected with a total frequency of 169 times. The most frequently used acupoints in turn are Juliao(GB29),Shenshu (BL23), Biguan (ST31);The selected acupoints mainly belonged to bladder meridian; The acupoints are mainly distributed in the lower limbs, the five shu points are used mostly in the special points, among them, the he-sea points is the most widely used; the dense-sparse waves is mostly used in the electroacupuncture waveform. Cluster analysis can be divided into three categories. The result of correlation analysis showed that "Shenshu(BL23)→Ashi Point" had the highest support degree. Conclusion: electroacupuncture treatment of acupoint selection of Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is centered on Juliao (GB29), Shenshu(BL23), Biguan(ST31), Huantiao(GB30) and Ashi acupoints,with emphasis on selection of acupoints along local points and dialectical matching

Study on the Effect of PIWIL2 Expression on EMT of Breast Cancer Stem Cells and Its Mechanism
Objective: This study mainly elaborated the specific molecular mechanisms of breast cancer metastasis and EMT, which has important clinical value in judging the prognosis and treatment of breast cancer patients. Methods: A total of 493 patients with breast cancer were studied. The expression of PIWIL2 gene was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and section analysis, and the correlation between gene expression and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of the patients was investigated. TGF-β1 was used to induce breast cancer cells, and EMT model was constructed at the same time to compare the changes of EMT model cells in the control group and obervation group. The expression of PIWIL2 gene in EMT model was detected by Western bloting. After transfection and RNA interference, PIWIL2 expression was silenced. At the same time, the morphological changes of the cells after the reduction of PIWIL2 gene expression were observed through microscope. The gene changes related to EMT were detected by RT-PCR and Western bloting. The expression of PIWIL2 gene was decreased by invasion test. And the expression of breast cell invasiveness and other related expressions such as MMP-13, MMP-9, VEGF shall also be decreased. The effect of MAPKERK and P13K/AKT pathway on the regulation of PIWIL2 expression was studied by obseving the cellular mophology through the microscope. And RT-PCR and Western bloting were used to detect the expression, including Snail, Vimentin and SIug. The effects of PIWIL2 and the downstream transcription factor SIug in ER pathway in breast cancer cells were analyzed by light microscopy, RT-PCR, Western bloting and Transwell invasion experiment. Results: PIWIL2 expression was negatively correlated with its survival rate in estrogen receptor a negative patients, while was not directly related to estrogen receptor positive patients. After the induction of TGF-β1 in MCF-7 breast cancer cells, the cells were spindle shaped and would lose the intercellular adhesion. With the development of EMT, the inhibition of PIWIL2 gene expression would block the effect of TGF-β1 on EMT in MCF-7 cell lines. The changes of EMT-related genes expression can be shown by RT-PCR and Western Bloting. SiRNA sclienced the Piwi12 expression, which will decrease the cellular invasiveness. At the same time, such matrix metalloproteinase as MMP9 and MMP13 and the mRNA transcription vascular endothelial growth factor was significantly down-regulated. After silencing the expression of SIug, all EMT of TGF-β1 gene will be inhibited, and the estrogen a signal pathway can inhibit the expression of PIWIL2 and the downstream transcription factor SIug. Slug is a common downstream transcription factor of estrogen a and PIWIL2, which also serves as an important bridge connecting estrogen a and Piwi12. It can accept Piwi12 and estrogen a to inhibit or stimulate signals, and then effectively regulate the EMT of breast cancer cells. In addition, ER signal can also participate in the expression of Piwi12 and antagonize Piwi12 to promote EMT
Effect of Cefazolin Sodium on Perioperative Prophylactic Anti-Infection in Patients Undergoing Gynecological Surgery
Purpose: The purpose is to investigate the effect of cefazolin sodium on perioperative prophylactic anti-infection in patients undergoing gynecological surgery. Methods: 112 cases of gynecological surgery from January 2019 to April 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 56 cases in each group. They were given cefazolin sodium + metronidazole and cefazolin sodium monotherapy respectively. The perioperative white blood cells and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: There was no difference in the normal rate of white blood cell count between the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05), and no adverse reaction in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 7.14% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the use of cefazolin sodium in perioperative period of gynecological surgery can prevent infection, with advanced security, less adverse reactions and high value
Application of Microscrew Implant Anchorage in Orthodontics
Objective: To study the value of microscrew implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods: A total of 80 cases received orthodontic treatment in recent two years were selected and divided into experimental group and control group based on their received orthodontic measures, each group contains 40 cases. The control group was treated with general orthodontic treatment plan, while the study group received microscrew implant anchorage for the treatment. The clinical conditions of the two groups were counted and observed. Results: After different treatments, the effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group. All the indicators (including the improvement of molar displacement, incisor inclination angle and incisor convex distance) were available. In addition, there are obvious differences between the two groups in the occurrence of adverse reactions including inflammatory reaction, soft tissue edema and discomfort. Conclusion: In oral clinic, microscrew implant anchorage can achieve ideal curative effect for those who need orthodontics. Besides, its safety is relatively high, which is worth popularizing widely
S1PR2 and S1PR3 as Emerging Targets for Treatment of Chronic Pain
Chronic pain has posed a serious challenge for many people’s daily life all over the world, with approximately 41% of Europeans in developing countries suffering it. Until recently, major treatments have relied on agents such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and narcotics, which, however, have become less acceptable due to side-effects. Therefore, novel classes of pain-relievers are urgently needed to fill this void and improve the life quality of patients.Sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) is one of the most notable lysophospholipids, whose role on pain generation has been increasingly recognized. Drugs targeting sphingosine-1-phosphate receptors (S1PRs) could be developed as novel analgesics, either as monotherapy or potential adjuncts. In this review, recent advances of the roles of S1PRs in peripheral sensory aspects are summarized, especially S1PR3 and S1PR2
