    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberlanjutan dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan Agrowisata Gumuk Watu di Desa Dukuhdempok, Kecamatan Wuluhan, Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) untuk menilai keberlanjutan berdasarkan dimensi ekologi serta Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan strategi prioritas. Hasil MDS menunjukkan bahwa dimensi ekologi berada pada kategori cukup berkelanjutan. Atribut pengungkit utama meliputi luas lahan, akses pasar, penanganan keluhan, dan regulasi kelembagaan. Hasil AHP menetapkan strategi prioritas secara berurutan: peningkatan akses pasar, pengelolaan keluhan, penyesuaian regulasi organisasi, dan pengelolaan lahan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk pengembangan agrowisata berbasis potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan

    Pendapatan Usaha Penetasan Telur Itik Skala Kecil di Kabupaten Jember : Income of Small-Scale Duck Egg Hatchery Enterprises in Jember Regency

    This study aims to analyze the income efficiency level of small-scale duck egg hatching businesses with an incubator capacity of 1,000 eggs in Jember Regency in 2025. The analysis focuses on financial aspects, including production costs, revenue, income, profitability, the revenue-cost ratio (R/C ratio), and the Break-Even Point (BEP). Data were collected through field observations and direct interviews with hatchery farmers in Jember, East Java. The results showed that the average production cost per period was IDR 5,500,000 with a total revenue of IDR 5,600,000, resulting in a net income of IDR 100,000 per period. The BEP value was 786 units with a BEP price of IDR 6,875 per duckling, while the R/C ratio was 1.02 and profitability was 1.82%. Although the profit margin is relatively low, duck egg hatching businesses in Jember remain feasible to operate with improved management efficiency, particularly in feed cost control and hatchability optimization

    Supplementation of Mulberry leaf extract on growth performance and carcass percentage of broilers

    The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Mulberry leaf extract (MLE) supplementation in drinking water on growth performance and carcass percentage of broiler chickens. The research method is quantitative. The broilers were supplemented with MLE in drinking water for 28 days. The research consists of five treatments with four replications, T0 = drinking water (negative control), T1 = 0.05 g tetracycline antibiotics/liter of drinking water (positive control), T2 = 1 ml MLE/liter of drinking water, T3 = 3 ml MLE/liter of drinking water and T4 = 5 ml MLE/liter of drinking water. Research parameters include growth performance and carcass percentage. Data analysis was conducted using ANOVA, and it was followed by the Duncan test. The results of the study showed that supplementation of the extract in drinking water did not affect feed intake, water intake, non-carcass percentage, and abdominal fat, but affected the final weight, carcass percentage, and feed conversion ratio. The study concluded that the supplementation of MLE with a dose of 0.05 g/liter of drinking water increased final body weight, average daily gain, carcass percentage, and decreased feed conversion ratio of broilers

    Tingkat Pengetahuan Pasien dan Keluarga tentang Hak dan Kewajiban di Rumah Sakit X

    All healthcare facilities, including hospitals, are responsible for providing clear information regarding patients’ rights and obligations. A preliminary study at Hospital X revealed that staff did not fully explain the rights and obligations stated in the general consent form, but only gave a brief overview of the right to receive effective and efficient services and the obligation to comply with hospital regulations. This study aims to describe the knowledge of patients and their families regarding the rights and obligations outlined in the general consent form at Hospital X in 2025. Using a quantitative descriptive design with 100 respondents selected through accidental sampling, data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 40% of respondents had good knowledge, 27% had moderate knowledge, and 33% had poor knowledge. These findings suggest that inpatient registration officers should provide a complete explanation of patients’ rights and obligations to ensure patients and their families have a clear understanding. Additionally, it is recommended that hospitals assign dedicated officers to handle the general consent process apart from inpatient registration staff to ensure that information regarding patients’ rights and obligations is effectively communicated.Semua fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk rumah sakit, bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan informasi yang jelas mengenai hak dan kewajiban pasien. Studi pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit X menunjukkan bahwa petugas tidak menjelaskan secara menyeluruh mengenai hak dan kewajiban yang tertera pada formulir persetujuan umum, melainkan hanya memberikan penjelasan umum mengenai hak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien serta kewajiban untuk mematuhi peraturan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan pasien dan keluarga pasien tentang hak dan kewajiban yang tercantum dalam persetujuan umum di Rumah Sakit X pada tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih dengan accidental sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, dan data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 40% pasien dan keluarga memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, 27% memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup, dan 33% memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang. Sehingga, sebaiknya petugas pendaftaram rawat inap memaparkan secara lengkap mengenai hak dan kewajiban pasien agar pasien atau keluarga dapat mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya dengan baik. Selain itu, perlu disiapkan petugas khusus yang melayani general consent selain petugas pendaftaran rawat inap, agar pemberian informasi hak dan kewajiban pasien tersebut dapat tersampaikan dengan baik

    Pengaruh Effective Monitoring, Green Competitive Advantage, dan Personal Financial Need terhadap Financial Shenanigans pada Perusahaan Sektor Teknologi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

    The growth of Indonesia’s technology sector has become a significant driver of national economic development. However, this growth has also been accompanied by an increased risk of financial shenanigans or financial statement manipulation. This condition highlights the importance of understanding the factors that influence the potential for fraud, particularly in developing technology companies. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data. The results show that effective monitoring and personal financial need have a positive and significant effect on financial shenanigans, while green competitive advantage has a negative effect. These findings imply that the presence of independent commissioners does not necessarily prevent financial shenanigans if the supervisory function is not carried out substantively. In addition, personal financial pressure may increase the likelihood of opportunistic managerial behavior, whereas a strong commitment to green competitive advantage can serve as both an ethical and strategic mechanism to reduce the tendency of financial shenanigans in technology companies

    Hubungan Pengetahuan Gizi dan Kemampuan Membaca Informasi Nilai Gizi dengan Frekuensi Konsumsi Minuman Kemasan Berpemanis

    Sugar-Sweetened Packaged Beverages yang dikenal juga sebagai minuman kemasan berpemanis merupakan jenis minuman kemasan yang mengandung gula atau pengganti gula seperti aspartame, sukralosa, sakarin dan lain sebagainya.  Salah satu kelompok yang banyak mengonsumsi minuman kemasan berpemanis adalah remaja. Pengetahuan gizi terkait minuman kemasan berpemanis dan kemampuan membaca informasi nilai gizi dapat mempengaruhi frekuensi konsumsi minuman kemasan berpemanis pada remaja. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah  untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi, dan kemampuan membaca informasi nilai gizi dengan frekuensi konsumsi minuman kemasan berpemanis pada remaja. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 10 dan 11 di SMAN Arjasa pada bulan Maret 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis statistik menggunakan SPSS 26 dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebanyak 43 subjek (46,2%) memiliki pengetahuan gizi terkait minuman kemasan berpemanis yang baik. Subjek yang memiliki kemampuan membaca informasi nilai gizi dalam kategori baik berjumlah 81 orang atau 87,1%. Subjek dengan frekuensi konsumsi minuman kemasan berpemanis tinggi berjumlah 83 orang atau 89,2%. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi terkait minuman kemasan berpemanis dengan frekuensi konsumsi minuman kemasan berpemanis pada subjek di SMAN Arjasa (p = 0,063), tidak terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan membaca informasi nilai gizi dengan frekuensi konsumsi minuman kemasan berpemanis pada subjek di SMAN Arjasa (p = 0,45)

    Academic Challenges Faced by English-Major Freshmen in Their First Year

    In their first year of learning at the university, freshmen are usually put in transition.  Unlike other fields of study, freshmen majoring in English might encounter unique academic requirements, including language barriers, especially in a non-English-speaking country. This study aims to explore and describe the challenges in their first year and how they cope with them. Using semi-structured interviews, five freshmen were selected for data collection. The findings reveal some challenges English-major freshmen faced, including academic and language challenges, classroom experience and learning environment, and time management struggles. Due to these obstacles, participants employed various strategies to adapt, such as seeking peer support, adjusting study habits, and improving self-management. The study emphasized the importance of supporting first-year English-major students in their academic transition to achieve successful adaptation and integration. However, the use of a small number of samples and the particular institutional context in which the study was conducted limit the findings of the study

    Performance Analysis of Naive Bayes Method for Diabetes Diagnosis

    Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by high blood glucose levels, requiring early and accurate detection to prevent long-term complications. Machine learning is increasingly important in data-driven diagnostics, with the Naive Bayes algorithm widely used due to its simplicity, transparency, and efficiency. This study evaluates the classification performance of Naive Bayes for early diabetes screening using a clinical dataset containing incomplete and heterogeneous medical records. The pre-processing involved data cleaning, replacing missing values with the median, labeling patients based on a glyhb threshold ≥6.5%, preventing data leakage, and converting categorical variables into numerical form. Model training was performed with a 70:30 split, and performance was evaluated through accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, and AUC. The classifier achieved an accuracy of 90.81% and an AUC of 0.919, outperforming standard baseline Naive Bayes implementations which typically report accuracies in the range of 76-78% on similar datasets. Despite this stability, the model showed varying sensitivity in identifying positive diabetes cases, largely due to class imbalance. Therefore, Naive Bayes is considered reliable as a preliminary screening method, but improvements through oversampling or cost-sensitive learning techniques are recommended to enhance recall and ensure more accurate patient identification in future clinical applications

    Kepuasan Pasien di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan (MJ Health) Johor Bahru, Malaysia

    Although Johor Bahru offers a variety of healthcare services, including both public and private hospitals, there are still differences in patients' perceptions of the quality of care received. Several factors, such as waiting time, accessibility, medical facilities, healthcare professionals' skills, and communication between patients and medical staff, can influence patient satisfaction. This is particularly relevant to MJ Health, where no previous surveys have been conducted to assess patient satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze patient satisfaction levels regarding healthcare quality at MJ Health Johor Bahru and identify the key factors contributing to their satisfaction. A quantitative approach was used, employing a questionnaire distributed to 250 respondents between February and July 2023. The findings indicate that staff professionalism (X3) has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction, with β = 0.35, p < 0.01. Given this result, hospitals are advised to conduct regular evaluations through patient satisfaction surveys to identify areas for service improvement and enhance overall healthcare quality.Meskipun Johor Bahru memiliki berbagai pilihan layanan kesehatan, baik rumah sakit pemerintah maupun swasta, namun masih terdapat perbedaan dalam persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas layanan yang diterima. Beberapa faktor seperti waktu tunggu, aksesibilitas, fasilitas medis, keterampilan tenaga kesehatan, serta komunikasi antara pasien dan tenaga medis dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien, terutama di MJ Health yang belum pernah dilakukan survei untuk menilai kepuasan pasien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas layanan kesehatan di MJ Health Johor Bahru serta mengidentifikasi faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien tersebut. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner pada sejumlah 250 responden selama periode Februari hingga Juli 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan X3X_3X3 (Profesionalisme Staf): β=0.35,p<0.01\beta = 0.35, p < 0.01β=0.35,p<0.01. Profesionalisme staf (X3X_3X3) memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien. Rumah sakit disarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi berkala melalui survei kepuasan pasien untuk mengetahui aspek layanan yang perlu diperbaiki

    Perbandingan Antimikroba Nisin Dan Bakteriofag Dan Aplikasinya Untuk Active Packaging Di Bidang Pangan: Comparison Antimicrobial Nisin and Bacteriophage and Their Applications as Active Packaging in the Food Industry

    Active packaging menggunakan antimikroba alami seperti nisin dan bakteriofag mampu menjaga kualitas dan keamanan pangan. Nisin dan bakteriofag memiliki mekanisme yang berbeda dalam menghambat bakteri gram positif dan bakteri gram negatif. Nisin mampu menghasilkan pori-pori pada membran sel bakteri, sedangkan bakteriofag menggunakan endolisin untuk mendegradasi dinding sel bakteri. Pengaplikasian nisin sebagai active packaging membutuhkan penerapan nanoteknologi seperti enkapsulasi dan casting untuk menjaga keefektivitasannya. Sementara, bakteriofag perlu dikombinasikan dengan biopolimer untuk menjaga stabilitas dan efikasi antimikrobanya. Kedua antimikroba alami tersebut masih berpeluang untuk dikembangkan sehingga mampu memberikan solusi alami dalam industri pangan untuk mencegah kerusakan mikrobiologis
