    Permasalahan dalam pemasaran Pupuk Organik Komplet (POK) mencakup pemahaman terhadap dinamika pasar, preferensi konsumen, serta metode promosi yang efektif untuk produk ramah lingkungan. Tantangan tersebut diperparah oleh meningkatnya persaingan, laju inflasi, perlambatan pertumbuhan ekonomi, kemajuan teknologi yang cepat, serta perubahan demografis yang mengakibatkan pergeseran selera konsumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kelompok Tani Mekar Sari Dua, Desa Ampel, Kecamatan Wuluhan, Kabupaten Jember, dengan tujuan menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal pemasaran POK, merumuskan alternatif strategi, dan menentukan strategi prioritas berdasarkan analisis SWOT dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama terletak pada keberadaan uji laboratorium, sementara kelemahan utamanya adalah kemasan yang kurang menarik. Di sisi eksternal, peluang terbesar adalah meningkatnya kebutuhan pasar terhadap pupuk organik, dan ancaman utama adalah rendahnya minat petani. Strategi prioritas yang dipilih adalah peningkatan inovasi mutu melalui pengembangan demplot “Go Organik” sebagai media promosi, dengan nilai TAS 6,47

    Effects of fermented Ginger and Coleus amboinicus extracts on growth and immune response in broilers

    This study investigated the effects of fermented of ginger (Zingiber officinale) and Coleus amboinicus extracts administered via drinking water on broiler growth performance and immune response. A completely randomized design was employed with four treatments and five replications, totaling 100 broiler chicks divided into cages of five birds each. The treatments consisted of drinking water supplemented with ginger fermented extracts at concentrations of 0% (T0, control), 2% (T1), 4% (T2), and 6% (T3). Parameters measured included feed intake, body weight gain (BWG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), and relative weights of lymphoid organs (thymus, bursa of Fabricius, and spleen). The results showed that fermented extract supplementation significantly improved broiler performance. T1 had the highest BWG (1415.4±31.17g), while T3 showed the highest feed intake (2496.56±59.37g). The most efficient FCR was observed in T1 (1.75±0.045). In terms of immune response, T2 significantly increased spleen weight (0.15±0.02%) compared to the control (0.09±0.01%). Phytochemical analysis demonstrated that fermentation enhanced the bioactive content of the extract, increasing total phenols 20.64 ppm, flavonoids 163.08 ppm, and antioxidant activity 20.8% inhibition 5000. These findings suggest that administering 2% fermented extract via drinking water optimally improves broiler growth, while 4% enhances immune response. Fermented ginger and Coleus amboinicus extract show potential as natural feed additives and could serve as a sustainable alternative to antibiotics in poultry production

    Perancangan dan Implementasi Sistem Deteksi Sumbatan Otomatis pada Greenhouse dengan Instalasi Aeroponik Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) sebagai Penunjang Praktikum di Laboratorium Teknik Tata Air

    Metode pertanian kontemporer yang dikenal sebagai aeroponik memungkinkan tanaman tumbuh tanpa media tanah, dengan penyemprotan larutan nutrisi langsung ke akar. Salah satu masalah utama dengan aeroponik adalah kemungkinan terjadi sumbatan pada saluran distribusi nutrisi, yang dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem deteksi sumbatan otomatis yang bergantung pada Internet of Things (IoT) pada fasilitas budidaya aeroponik. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan sensor aliran dan tekanan untuk memantau aliran larutan nutrisi dalam waktu nyata. Mikrokontroler ESP32 mengirimkan data ke platform IoT seperti Blynk atau ThingsBoard. Jika ada sumbatan yang menyebabkan anomali aliran, pesan akan dikirim. Dalam penelitian ini, luaran yang ditargetkan adalah alat deteksi sumbatan yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan praktikum mahasiswa Keteknikan Pertanian. Berdasarkan temuan peneliti terdahulu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyumbatan nozzle terjadi karena sumbatan partikel. Partikel kecil nutrisi ab-mix menggumpal dan menumpuk di area nozzle, menyebabkan penyumbatan. Dengan sensor yang berbasis IoT yang menggunakan ESP32, android dapat menerima pemberitahuan dari jarak jauh. Jika terjadi sumbatan pada nozzle, akan ada pemberitahuan "Sumbat Nutrisi Kurang", dan jika tidak, akan ada pemberitahuan "Deras Nutrisi Cukup". Untuk tanaman selada, sistem penyumbatan nozzle dan kontrol jarak jauh berbasis IoT berfungsi dengan baik dan memberikan notifikasi 2,5 detik untuk setiap penyumbatan nozzle. Sensor pendeteksi penyumbatan nozzle memantau efektifitas nozzle secara real-time dengan akurasi 80% dan memastikan penggunaan air konstan dengan tekanan 0,2 bar. Sistem panen selada aeroponik dengan sensor penyumbatan nozzle meningkatkan hasil panen, dengan HS 28 dan bobot selada 100 gram hingga 200 gram per batang

    Studi Molecular Docking Interaksi Myosin dan Polisakarida untuk Prediksi Sifat Gel Protein Udang: The Study of Molecular Docking of Myosin and Polysaccharide Interactions to Predict Protein Gel Characteristics of Shrimp

    Udang merupakan komoditas perikanan yang berpotensi diolah menjadi produk berbasis gel protein. Namun, gel protein udang diketahui cenderung rapuh sehingga diperlukan bahan aditif seperti polisakarida untuk memperbaiki struktur gel. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi potensi lima polisakarida pangan lokal glucomannan, xyloglucan, β-glucan, iota-carrageenan, dan pectin dalam pembentukan gel protein udang secara in silico. Simulasi molecular docking dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi HEX 8.0.0 antara protein myosin homolog dari spesies udang dan masing-masing polisakarida, kemudian dianalisis dengan Discovery Studio Client 4.1. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa jenis, jumlah, dan jarak ikatan non-kovalen mempengaruhi kestabilan kompleks protein-polisakarida. Kompleks myosin–ι-carrageenan menunjukkan kestabilan tertinggi (E total –483,94 kkal/mol) dengan interaksi dominan berupa elektrostatik (salt bridge dan π-anion). Interaksi kompleks myosin–xyloglucan dan myosin–pectin masing-masing didominasi oleh ikatan hidrogen dan interaksi hidrofobik. Myosin dengan glucomannan dan β-glucan menunjukkan interaksi paling lemah melalui ikatan hidrogen. Secara keseluruhan, urutan kekuatan interaksi terhadap myosin adalah ι-carrageenan > xyloglucan > pectin > glucomannan > β-glucan. I-carrageenan dan xyloglucan berpotensi menghasilkan gel protein udang yang bersifat padat dan lembut,  pectin  berpotensi menghasilkan gel protein udang yang padat dan rapat.     Geospatial Analysis of Stunting: A QGIS-based Case Study in Jember Regency

    Malnutrition, particularly stunting, remains a significant public health concern in Indonesia. In Jember Regency, the prevalence of stunting in 2024 reached 11.4%, which is notably higher than the East Java provincial average of 5.1%. Despite various intervention efforts, the reduction in stunting cases has not been significant, largely due to the lack of evidence-based approaches. This study aimed to analyze the spatial distribution of stunting cases using a geospatial approach. Data were obtained from the electronic Community-Based Nutrition Recording and Reporting System (e-PPGBM) of the Jember District Health Office for the years 2024–2025. The unit of analysis was 31 sub-districts in Jember Regency. Spatial analysis was conducted using Quantum GIS (QGIS) version 3.40.2. In 2024, 58% sub-districts were categorized as very high prevalence, 19.4% sub-districts as high, 19.4% sub-districts as moderate, and 3.2% sub-districts as low. In 2025, the distribution shifted, with 32.3% sub-districts categorized as very high, 25.8% sub-districts as high, 25.8% sub-districts as moderate, and 16.1% sub-districts as low. Trend analysis revealed that 12.9% sub-districts experienced an increase in stunting cases, 41.9% sub-districts remained unchanged, and 45.2% sub-districts showed a decline. Regarding the spatial relationship between regional distance and stunting incidence, urban and coastal areas tend to have fewer cases than highlands areas. Research findings indicate that this is due to limited access to animal protein sources, particularly seafood. Most residents rely on their own livestock products, such as eggs, chicken, and others. Prioritizing interventions in areas with high and very high prevalence rates while strengthening programs to sustain regions with low stunting cases, supported by enhanced geospatial analysis in nutritional surveillance to enable more effective stunting reduction strategies

    Designing the Production Facility Layout Using the BLOCPLAN Method (Case Study: PT Sehat Sejahtera Bersama, Jember)

    PT Sehat Sejahtera Bersama is a business that produces soy beverages. There are currently no established guidelines for equipment arrangement at the PT Sehat Sejahtera Bersama facility. The flow of industrial processes is not considered by the machines used in it. As a result, there is less space for employees to move around, and time is wasted doing repetitive tasks, making the industrial process less effective and lowering output. The blocplan technique is the approach taken to overcome this problem. The facility layout problem at PT Sehat Sejahtera Bersama can be solved using this approach by considering the final layout, material transportation distance, degree of relationship closeness, and area requirements. The area at PT Sehat Sejahtera Bersama is 244.33 m², and the total space required is 647,1 m². In the suggested layout, which is the 17th layout out of 20 possible layouts, the choice of the blocplan method is based on the R-Score value, which is almost the same or close to 1

    Desa Seputih merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Jember yang tercatat memiliki potensi dalam bidang sejarah dan memiliki bentang alam pedesaan yang khas, namun potensi tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebagai daya tarik wisata. Saat ini, Desa Seputih memiliki potensi peninggalan sejarah berupa Sarkofagus, kekayaan alam berupa dua air terjun dan DAM untuk pengairan sawah ditambah dengan potensi penunjang wisata berupa keberagaman industri UMKM berupa industri kerajinan rotan, kerajinan akar pohon jati dan industri tembakau, kopi, kacang tanah serta keripik singkong. Seluruh potensi yang telah terpetakan tersebut sejatinya dapat dijadikan berbagai paket wisata yang dapat menarik wisatawan. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini mencoba mendampingi warga Desa Seputih untuk dapat mengelola potensi desanya menjadi desa wisata yang memiliki nilai tambah ekonomi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diawali dengan observasi awal, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan pendampingan berupa sosialisasi Gerakan Sadar Wisata yang fokus pada penerapan Sapta Pesona, selanjutnya yaitu evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian. Sasaran dari kegiatan Gerakan sadar wisata ini adalah kelompok Sadar Wisata, Karang Taruna, Perangkat Desa, Seniman, Budayawan, dan sesepuh atau orang yang memiliki pengaruh di Desa Seputih.     Bahari Samudra MSMEs is a business engaged in marine aquaculture and fisheries, located in Banyuwangi, with lobsters and other marine fish as its main commodities. Despite having good cash flow, this MSME faces challenges in increasing sales because it still relies on traditional methods and lacks the use of digital technology. The main issues include the absence of a website, low knowledge of digital marketing, the lack of a digital financial recording system, and unstructured business management. This community service activity aims to improve the digital capacity of MSMEs through the following solutions: (1) website design and development, (2) digital marketing training, (3) digital accounting training, and (4) business management assistance. The implementation methods include preparation and field surveys, development of learning media, website implementation, training on the use of social media for marketing, and evaluation and monitoring. The expected outcomes of this activity are increased visibility and competitiveness of MSMEs, improved digital literacy, expanded market access, increased sales turnover, and contributions to strengthening the local economy. This program is designed as a concrete effort to encourage Bahari Samudra MSMEs to adapt to technological developments and changes in consumer behavior in the digital era

    Perbandingan Kinerja Algoritma KNN-DT-RF-SVM untuk Deteksi Dini Risiko Kematian Ibu

    Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia remains a significant health issue, with data indicating a mortality rate far exceeding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) target. This study aimed to explore and compare the performance of K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), and Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithms in detecting maternal mortality risk. Using a medical dataset of pregnant women from Sumbersari Community Health Center, models were developed to classify three pregnancy risk categories: low risk (KRR), high risk (KRT), and very high risk (KRST). Model evaluation was conducted based on accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results showed that the Random Forest algorithm achieved the highest performance with an accuracy of 76.7%, followed by Decision Tree and SVM with 70%, while KNN had the lowest accuracy at 50%. The main challenge encountered was data imbalance in the classification of very high-risk cases. This study suggests the use of data balancing methods such as SMOTE and additional data augmentation to enhance model performance. These findings can serve as a foundation for Puskesmas to implement machine learning-based early detection systems to reduce maternal mortality rates.Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan yang signifikan, dengan data menunjukkan tingkat kematian ibu yang jauh di atas target Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan membandingkan kinerja algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Decision Tree (DT), Random Forest (RF), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dalam mendeteksi risiko kematian ibu. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidakseimbangan data dalam klasifikasi risiko sangat tinggi. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan metode balancing data seperti SMOTE dan penambahan data untuk meningkatkan performa model. Temuan ini dapat digunakan untuk puskesmas dalam memberikan dasar untuk implementasi sistem deteksi dini berbasis machine learning guna mengurangi angka kematian ibu

    Information regarding marketing distribution data plays a crucial role for business actors in formulating their future business strategies. Marketing distribution data enables companies to perform market segmentation more accurately. By understanding the characteristics and preferences of consumers in each segment, companies can tailor their products and marketing messages to meet specific consumer needs. MetaPolije serves as an alternative solution for mapping marketing distribution data. MetaPolije is a web-based platform designed to facilitate user access. It was developed using the Scrum software development method, which consists of four main phases: planning, sprint, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. MetaPolije provides information about the profiles of objects in a given area, along with comprehensive demographic data for that area. The data visualization displays maps down to the sub-district level, which is customized according to partner requests. Similarly, the various categories of objects shown can be adjusted based on user partner requirements. The demographic data displayed comes from the Sidoarjo Regency Statistics Agency (BPS). Therefore, whenever the Sidoarjo Regency BPS releases the latest population data, the MetaPolije platform updated also. The information presented on the MetaPolije platform can be utilized by policymakers to better understand consumers and for crafting marketing strategies that are more suitable and relevant based on existing data. By utilizing MetaPolije, businesspeople gained better data visualization regarding the types of businesses currently present in a particular area. With the support of available demographic data, it can assist in making subsequent decisions related to appropriate business development policies moving forward
