Juridical Review of Compensation in Village Cash Land Procurement
Development commonly occurs by managing and utilizing natural resources. For example, the use of village land and private land for public interest. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Government Regulation in this case implements compensation in Land Acquisition for Public Interest by Law No.2 of 2012 and how the rights of the village government whose land is affected by Land Acquisition for Public Interest. The land that will be used for the Trans Java Semarang – Solo toll road sector V Salatiga – Boyolali construction project in Tanjungsari Village, Banyudono District, Boyolali Regency. This study uses a normative sociolegal research method and it can be concluded: 1. That compensation for village treasury lands affected by the project according to Law no. 2 of 2012 does have binding legal force. However, in practice, there are still weaknesses such as the method, the basic form of calculating compensation, and the land acquisition mechanism that is carried out. 2. Whereas the obstacles that occurred in the compensation process did not guarantee rights holders get their rights and obligations compared to the previous project. This is because the basis for calculating the compensation only takes into account physical losses, namely: land, buildings, and plants on it. Non-physical losses related to sociology experienced by land rights owners are not calculated and regulated in statutory regulations. This shows that most of the Government's actions in this land acquisition case do not favor the interests of the community in particular.Â
Introduksi Teknologi Tepat Guna dalam rangka Hilirisasi Komoditas Unggulan Kabupaten Pasuruan Pada Kelompok Pengolahan Hasil Ikan Lempuk
Ikan Lempuk (Gobiopterus spp.), merupakan ikan yang memiliki protein yang tinggi, dan menurut beberapa artikel ikan ini hanya dapat hidup di dua negara, yaitu Jepang dan Indonesia salah satunya. Sedangkan di Indonesia sendiri ikan lempuk hanya dapat hidup di danau Ranugrati Kabupaten Pasuruan. Ikan lempuk menjadi hasil olahan petani di wilayah danau Ranugrati. hasil petani ikan lempuk dimanfaatkan oleh kelompok UMKM Ikan Lempuk sebagai pelaku usaha di sekitar Ranugrati dalam bentuk lempuk crispy. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok UMKM ini diantaranya yaitu, waktu penirisan hasil produksi yang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama. Serta proses penirisan yaitu, membuang sisa minyak hasil gorengan sampai menjadi hasil produksi yang kering. Salah satu solusi alat teknologi tepat guna, yang dapat membantu mempercepat penirisan minyak hasil olahan ikan lempuk setelah melalui proses penggorengan yaitu dengan menggunakan Spinner. Spinner sendiri adalah sebuah alat berbentuk tabung dengan berbagai kapasitas sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pemutaranya menggunakan tenaga rotasi dinamo listrik dengan kecepatan putar yang sangat tinggi. Sehingga sisa minyak yang diputar didalam akan turun dan dikeluarkan. The Concept Of Property In Online Sales Mystery Box In Indonesia
The online buying and selling trend have become popular among various groups. Various items are sold online on marketplaces, and one of the items is the mystery box, where buyers purchase a secret box without knowing its contents. This research aims to identify the concept of property in the mystery box as an object of buying and selling transactions in Indonesian marketplaces, as well as the validity of the agreement from these transactions. This research is conducted using normative legal research methods with Statue Approach and Conceptual Approach. The results of this study indicate that the concept of property in the mystery box is relative because its contents cannot be predicted and there is an element of chance in every transaction. Therefore, the principle of individualiteit (individuality) regarding the object is not fulfilled because in property law, it is absolute for objects to be substantial and tangible to maintain its rights as stated in Article 499 of Burgerlijk Wetboek. The agreement for buying and selling mystery boxes also disregards the contra preferentum rule principle, due to the lack of information from the seller about the item that is being sold, thus it can lead to multiple interpretations and losses.Â
Dampak Austempering pada FCD-50 terhadap Meningkatnya Kekuatan Tarikd dan Perubahan Struktur Mikro
To determine the increase in properties produced through the austempering process on FCD-50 in this study with variations in holding time which were then carried out tensile tests and metallographic tests to determine the increase in tensile strength and changes in microstructure in FCD 50 cast iron. By comparing changes in tensile strength and microstructure before and after the austempering process at a temperature of 9000C, then the holding process was carried out for 25-35-45 minutes and rotation was carried out using Water media. Experimentally, this study showed that the average maximum tensile strength of the specimen after treatment increased by 45,355 kgf / mm2, an increase of 20% from the specimen without treatment
AUTOMOTIVE DIAGNOSTIC APPLICATION UTILIZING THE DEMPSTER-SHAFER THEORY FOR ENHANCED ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY
In the rapidly evolving landscape of automotive diagnostics, integrating advanced computational methods presents significant potential for enhancing accuracy and reliability. This paper presents research about a car diagnostic application leveraging the Dempster-Shafer Theory of evidence for vehicle malfunction diagnosis. The Dempster-Shafer Theory, a mathematical framework for modeling uncertainty and combining evidence from various sources, allows for a comprehensive synthesis of information from vehicle sensors, onboard diagnostic (OBD) data, and user input, providing diagnostic results with quantified confidence levels. The main problem addressed is the challenge of improving accuracy and reliability in automotive diagnostics, especially when dealing with incomplete, imprecise, and conflicting data from these diverse sources. The proposed system effectively manages this data, thus improving the robustness of diagnostic outcomes. To solve this problem, the method applied is the Dempster-Shafer Theory, which is used to manage and combine the data inputs within the application’s architecture. This architecture includes a user-friendly interface for vehicle owners and mechanics, a data processing module that applies the Dempster-Shafer Theory, and a cloud-based service facilitating continuous learning and updates. Preliminary testing indicates the system’s potential to deliver precise diagnostics, reducing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs. The comparison between the expert’s opinion and the expert system’s results revealed only a negligible difference, with the system replicating human expertise with about 95% accuracy. These results demonstrate that the applied method has successfully addressed the problem, offering a reliable maintenance and repair tool for vehicles applicable in both personal and professional contexts

The emergence of various fintech-based companies in the increasingly widespread field of online lending and borrowing has brought several new legal problems, namely the large number of personal data belonging to user customers appearing on various sites or illegal online loan applications, so that collection actions are carried out in an intimidating manner. Issues taken regarding the form of legal protection for customers' personal data in online loans, what forms of responsibility of online loan service providers in the event of leakage and misuse of personal data against customers, and future arrangements regarding the protection of personal data for customers entering into online loan agreements. This research uses a normative juridical research type using a statutory approach, a comparative approach, and a conceptual approach. The form of legal protection is in accordance with M. Isnaeni's view, namely through internal protection where protection is realized through agreement clauses in accordance with Article 26 POJK 77/2016, and external protection emphasizes the protection provided by the government through the ratification of the UUPDP. The responsibilities of online loan providers have been regulate in Article 37 POJK 77/2016, for errors or omissions that are the responsibility of the organizer, forms of accountability in the form of compensation, compensation, and criminal provisions. As well as future arrangements regarding the protection of personal data, the existence of the UUPDP has not been able to reach public protection because there are no implementing regulations that further regulate technical implementing regulations regarding personal data protection practices
No Viral No Justice Perspektif Teori Efektivitas Hukum Soerjono Soekanto
The phenomenon of "no viral no justice" is a new media culture that produces a form of social control innate in the era of information disclosure as a form of criticism of the authorities. The public has the view that a criminal report is difficult to immediately get a follow-up if it is not viral first. The participation of the millennial community towards the phenomenon of "no viral no justice" needs to be examined from the perspective of the effectiveness of Soerjono Soekanto's law. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze millennial community participation in the phenomenon of "no viral no justice" from the perspective of Soerjono Soekanto's legal effectiveness theory. The research method used is this research using a qualitative approach with the type of empirical juridical research (field). The results of this study show that the response of the millennial community to the phenomenon of "no viral no justice" is divided into two types. First, millennials who respond to legal cases with features that have been provided on social media platforms. The second response is millennials who do not use application features in responding to legal cases that are widely discussed on social media but still respond outside social media in the form of chats and small discussions carried out in their daily lives. Millennials in their participation in the phenomenon of no viral no justice show that they have awareness if there are rights violated, awareness of legal remedies to protect interests, and the ability or power to take advantage of legal efforts to show. However, millennial community participation in the phenomenon of no viral no justice in terms of experience being a member of an organization that fights for interests. And not having bad experiences in the process of interaction with various elements of the formal legal circle has not been carried out optimally
Gender Politics Law On Sexual Violence In Indonesia: Women's Involvement In Developing Responsive Laws
This research is motivated by the hypothesis that Law no. 12 of 2022 concerning Crimes of Sexual Violence is influenced by gender political contestation. Women are the actors behind the emergence of these policies so that they are involved in the contestation of formation and ratification. Therefore the focus of this research is the involvement of women in the political contestation of the TPKS Law. This research is a juridical-normative type of research using gender, historical, and philosophical approach which are then analyzed using legal political theory. So it was concluded that women and gender activists initiated and advocated for the TPKS Law in a comprehensive and professional manner, namely by means of; First, presenting a gender equality paradigm in the TPKS Law. Second, advocacy and stakeholder engagement. Third, the synergy between women activists and the community, Parliamentary Women's Caucus of Republic of Indonesia (KPP RI), the Ministry of Women's Empowerment, political parties, executive and legislative institutions. Not only that, we conclude that the involvement of women in the drafting of the TPKS Law indicates that women play an active role in building gender-responsive national laws. PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI TEPAT GUNA (TTG) MESIN ADONAN DALAM PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIFITAS UKM KERUPUK SINGKONG DI KABUPATEN MALANG
Pembuatan kerupuk bahan baku singkong di Kecamatan Bantur, Kab Malang melalui banyak proses dari awal produksi hingga menjadi kerupuk kering siap saji. Kondisi lapangan, mitra dalam pengolahan adonan kerupuk menjadi permasalahan utama, diantaranya: pencampuran pati/tepung tapioka dengan adonan pada kondisi panas (adonan selesai di kukus), tenaga manual (tangan manusia), proses pengadukan dan pencampuran lama, dan hasil yang kurang merata antara pati/tepung tapioka dengan adonan. Tim pengabdi memberikan solusi Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) dengan membuat mesin adonan yang digunakan untuk mencampur adonan singkong dengan pati/tepung tapioka. Mesin yang dilengkapi meja stainless steel ini bekerja menggunakan motor listrik sebagai pengganti tenaga manusia, dan tabung silinder stainless steel untuk mengolah dan mencampur adonan agar dapat mempersingkat waktu kerja, efisiensi tenaga dan peningkatan kapasitas produksi. Kegiatan lapangan dilakukan dengan pelatihan operasional mesin, perawatan dan perbaikan dasarnya. Kegiatan produksi dengan menyediakan mesin dapat mengolah adonan singkong dan pati/tepung tapioka menjadi adonan bahan kerupuk singkong 5 kg dengan durasi waktu 10 menit. Aplikasi TTG ini dapat membantu mitra dalam optimalisasi proses produksi dan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas hasil usaha kerupuk singkong. PERBEDAAN WAKTU PERAH SUSU SAPI USAHA TERNAK DAIRY FARM DESA SLAMPAREJO KECAMATAN JABUNG KABUPATEN MALANG
Desa Slamparejo sebagian besar penduduknya sebagai peternak sapi perah. Pekerjaan ini sudah turun-temurun, sehingga menjadi mata pencaharian utama bagi peternak sapi perah. Proses pengambilan susu sapi dilakukan pada pagi hari dan sore hari. Perolehan susu sapi antara pagi dan sore terjadi perbedaan yang relatif tinggi, sehingga akan berdampak pada penghasilan peternak. Peternak selama ini tidak pernah memperhatikan penghasilan yang diperoleh dari susu sapi, peternak lebih berpikir positif setiap kali melakukan penyetoran susu ke pengepul, tidak ada penghitungan berapa pendapatan yang di terima dari hasil susu sapi. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi bahwa sebenarnya peternak bisa menghitung pendapatan bersih dari hasil memerah susu sapi, sehingga usaha yang selama ini diketahui bahwa hasil yang diperoleh dalam satu bulan menjadi meningkat atau turun. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah pendampingan dengan memanfaatkan hasil perhitungan dengan cara manual dapat memberikan informasi keuntungan bersih. Hasil pengabdian memberikan gambaran bahwa selama satu bulan peternak mendapatkan penghasilan bersih dari tiga ekor sapi adalah sebesar Rp. 4.080.500,- pemerahan susu sapi antara pagi dan sore menjadi ukuran yang dapat membantu dalam mengkalkulasi penghasilan susu sapi
