Prinsip Tanggung Jawab Terbatas Perseroan Perorangan Sebagai Entitas Hukum Baru
The Covid-19 pandemic has compelled Indonesia to support its economy through the Job Creation Law. This law aims to serve as an economic growth stimulus, especially for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector through the establishment of Sole Proprietorships. The hope is that this initiative will enhance Indonesia's ranking on the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) Index. Despite the implementation of limited liability in Sole Proprietorships, there are challenges related to the doctrine of Piercing the Corporate Veil. This research utilizes a normative juridical method, employing both statutory and conceptual approaches. The study is expected to contribute theoretically and practically by guiding entrepreneurs in understanding the legal implications and providing valuable insights for policy formulation to create a conducive business environment for MSMEs in Indonesia. The research findings indicate that the application of limited liability cannot be fully enforced in Sole Proprietorships. The doctrine of Piercing the Corporate Veil proves that founders are fully responsible in case of legal violations
Aplikasi Arduino Uno R3 pada Exhaust System Engine SAA12v140e-3 HD 785-7 untuk Meningkatkan Nilai Intelligence
The condition of the HD785-7 unit which is more than 30,000 hourmeters old and the working environment is difficult, and there has never been any checking and maintenance on the exhaust gas temperature, this causes the exhaust gas temperature sensor and electrical system to be neglected which results in inaccurate reading of the exhaust gas temperature value in the VHMS (Vehicle Health Monitoring System) which makes the achievement of IA (Intelligence Availability) worsen for the HD785-7 unit at PT Pamapersada Nusantara on the KPCS site. After making observations through the data, an implementation of the exhaust gas temperature value improvement program was carried out by placing the exhaust gas temperature sensor properly, routable the VHMS (Vehicle Health Monitoring System) wiring harness, and repairing the exhaust gas temperature system wiring with the target of reducing the number of error and abnormal readings on the exhaust gas temperature value in the VHMS (Vehicle Health Monitoring System), so that the achievement of IA (Intelligence Availability) is in accordance with the target of the KPCS site of PT Pamapersada Nusantara, which is 75%. After the exhaust gas temperature value improvement program was carried out and monitoring of the IA (Intelligence Availability) data was carried out, the error reading and abnormal values of the exhaust gas temperature decreased to 56.75%, the result was that the IA (Intelligence Availability) achievement increased to 83.85% and reached the IA (Intelligence Availability) achievement target from PT Pamapersada Nusantara, which was 75%

REVERSE ENGINEERING AND MODIFICATION OF WIND TURBINE BLADE THROUGH 3D SCANNING AND CFD 6DOF ANALYSIS
Efforts to increase the potential of low-speed wind energy can be achieved by optimizing blade shape. Reverse engineering is a method used to replicate components that will be developed or produced domestically, thereby reducing import value and wait times for ordering components. In this study, blades from foreign production will be tested through reverse engineering using a Scan-arm 3D Scanner. The result of the 3D scanning process, which is in the form of a point cloud, is processed with Rev Eng software to form a mesh. Then, the geometry data in mesh form is exported in .stl format for further processing in CAD software. The geometry modification process is carried out for optimization. The results of the modification process are then analyzed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) with the 6 degrees of freedom method. The torque and rotational speed obtained from the CFD analysis are used to calculate the theoretical mechanical power. The aim of this research is to modify the blade obtained through reverse engineering. By using the latest technology in the field of reverse engineering, the modification process is conducted to obtain blade geometry that can operate at low wind speeds. The Detailed Engineering Design (DED) data from each blade modification serves as a reference for the production/manufacturing of the reverse-engineered blade. The reverse engineering process can accelerate product design and development. By using a 3D scanner, complex geometric shapes that are difficult to interpret can be accurately digitized. In the reverse engineering process of the turbine blades, two modified variants were made. From the results of the CFD 6DoF method simulation, it was found that variant 1 had better aerodynamic properties than the original with changes in twist and an increase in the blade tip width. Determining Dealer Location by Using Fuzzy - Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) Method in Electric Vehicle Manufacturer
Selecting the most strategic dealer sites for electric vehicles (EVs), particularly electric motorbikes, is crucial for market penetration and profitability. The decision-making process is complicated by uncertainties related to market proximity, accessibility, operational costs, and infrastructure. The Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) technique solves these problems by merging fuzzy logic with traditional AHP to handle uncertainty and subjectivity. This research provides five criteria for dealer site selection: Building Facilities, demographics, cost, market circumstances, and accessibility, each with their own sub-criteria. Cost (0.224) is the most important factor, followed by demographics (0.212), market circumstances (0.205), Building Facilities (0.193), and accessibility (0.166). Rent cost is the most important sub-criterion, having a global weight of 0.186. The report identifies four possible locations for PT. XYZ's electric motorcycle dealers. Alexandrite 3 (Boulevard) has the highest score of 0.279, excelling in terms of rent and environmental management expenses. Shophouse 1B (BA3 no. 16) comes in second with a score of 0.261, recognized for its size and parking facilities. Ruko Maggiore 1 holds the third position with a score of 0.238, demonstrating strong performance in land expansion and architectural design. Jalur Sutera comes fourth with a score of 0.200, adding considerably to shophouse size and parking lot.Â

Rating ulasan aplikasi play store memiliki nilai strategis karena merupakan informasi penting bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan di dunia digital. Salah satu aplikasi yang dijadikan subjek penelitian ini adalah PLN Mobile. Sejak diluncurkannya aplikasi PLN Mobile, terbukti masih banyak opini masyarakat yang tidak puas dengan penggunaan aplikasi PLN Mobile. Oleh karena itu, masih memiliki kelemahan bagi pengguna aplikasi dan pengembang aplikasi saat menganalisis komentar penulis pengguna. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian dengan membandingkan beberapa algoritma machine learning terdiri dari logistic regression, decision tree, random forest serta algoritma deep learning terdiri neural network multi-layer perceptron (MLP) dan long short-term memory (LSTM) untuk mengklasifikasikan senitmen positif atau negatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 3.000 ulasan pengguna aplikasi PLN Mobile, yang terdiri dari 1.965 ulasan positif dan 1.035 ulasan negatif. Data tersebut kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan model logistic regression yang memiliki akurasi sebesar 84,47%, decision tree yang memiliki akurasi sebesar 79,30%, dan random forest yang memiliki akurasi sebesar 83,64%. Sedangkan model algoritma deep learning khususnya Neural Network Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) memiliki akurasi sebesar 84,47%, sedangkan pengujian dengan Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) memberikan akurasi sebesar 78,83%. Analisis Sistem Monitoring Jaringan Internet Menggunakan PPPoE Server dan Bot Telegram
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menganalisis sistem monitoring jaringan internet menggunakan PPPoE server yang terintegrasi dengan bot Telegram di salah satu penyedia layanan internet (ISP) di Kediri. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengatasi masalah jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, yang dapat mengganggu operasional bisnis dan mengurangi kepuasan pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, pengumpulan data melalui survei dan wawancara, serta analisa dan pengujian sistem monitoring. Protokol PPPoE dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menyediakan keamanan dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan koneksi internet. Bot Telegram digunakan untuk memberikan notifikasi otomatis ketika terjadi gangguan pada jaringan. Pengujian sistem mencakup dua tahap, yaitu pengujian functional suitability dan usability. Pengujian functional suitability melibatkan evaluasi terhadap kelengkapan fitur sistem yang direncanakan dan berhasil diimplementasikan, yang mendapatkan hasil 1 atau sama dengan Baik. Pengujian usability dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem monitoring yang dikembangkan, yang memperoleh skor 88% dengan interpretasi Sangat Layak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan respons terhadap gangguan, serta menjaga kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan

The research was conducted because there was a legal vacuum regarding the transfer of rights to shares in PT Individuals as a result of the shareholder's death by using normative juridical research methods with statutory, conceptual and comparative approaches. The result is that PT Perorangan shares are inherited objects. PT Perorangan shareholders must be individuals, 17 years old, and legally competent. The transfer of shares of PT Perorangan resulted in changes to the company's status and data. The status of PT Perorangan remains as PT Perorangan because the object of inheritance is still joint property whose management is represented by one person, the object of inheritance falls to the heirs who are not yet competent at law, and the heirs refuse to have children. PT Perorangan changed to PT Persekutuan Modal because the heirs are more than one person and the object of inheritance has been divided. The status of PT Perorangan was lost after obtaining the determination and the liquidation report was received by the PN due to the heirs who refused to have no offspring and the object of inheritance became an unclaimed property
Enhancing Auction Execution: Implementation Strategies For Collection Rights Auction Objects
Banking institutions play a crucial role in facilitating access to additional capital for businesses. As creditors, banks provide credit loans, and borrowers must fulfill certain conditions set by the bank to secure the loan. However, the transfer of claim rights through auctions, specifically for billing rights in the form of receivables, presents potential challenges. After the auction, the debtor becomes connected to the auction buyer as the new creditor, which may lead to irregularities in credit payments and potential losses for the bank. This research focuses on addressing the issues surrounding the execution of credit auctions and the subsequent management of non-performing loans. By examining different types of auctions, including execution auctions, district court execution auctions, and voluntary non-execution auctions, we aim to identify potential problems and devise effective strategies for credit recovery. Our findings will provide valuable insights for banks to mitigate risks, restore credit performance, and optimize loan recovery processes

The purpose of this research is to determine the form of unclear norms in the preparation of academic texts, and to determine the involvement of universities through academic texts in the formation of regional regulations. The method used in this research uses normative legal research methods which raise the theme of legal systematics or the systematics of statutory regulations with vertical and horizontal levels of synchronization, with legal, conceptual, historical, theoretical and interpretive approaches. The results of this research show that explanatory words or adverbs, and/or academic texts have very different positions so that their diction cannot be in harmony because each position is very different. Apart from that, there are inconsistencies in norms which cause laws and regulations to be out of sync with each other, so that there is no normative harmonization from a vertical and/or horizontal perspective. Meanwhile, higher education institutions' involvement in academic texts is still situationally involuntary, namely a temporary situation within the limits of academic paper preparation activities and there is no aspect of continuity of this involvement. Thus, the position of academic texts is very respectable, however, in terms of legal norms governing academic texts, they are still not clear, so there is no legal certainty
