This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of granting remission to female prisoners at Ternate Class III Correctional Institution and identify obstacles that affect the supervision of remission. The research method used is empirical legal research with a social legal research approach, focusing on individual or community behavior related to the application of legal rules. The results showed that the effectiveness of remission involves components of the criminal justice system, such as the Court and Correctional Institution, with a process that involves the local Correctional Technical Implementation Unit to the Directorate General of Corrections. Based on Presidential Decree No. 174 of 1999, there are two types of remission, namely general remission given on the commemoration of the Indonesian Independence Proclamation on August 17, and special remission given on religious holidays of convicts. Obstacles that affect the supervision of remission include delays in applying for remission due to slow execution from law enforcement, as well as administrative errors by law enforcement officials related to the identity of prisoners. Hak-Hak Pengguna Dalam Click-Wrap Agreements: Prinsip Quasi Ex Contractu Sebagai Alternatif Perlindungan Hukum
In the digital era, technology accelerates processes and enhances effectiveness, transforming the traditional documentation of agreements on white paper to electronic formats. Three forms of electronic agreements exist: (a) contracts conducted through websites, (b) contracts involving electronic data interchange, and (c) Click-Wrap Agreements. The latter is particularly intriguing, where buyers electronically consent by clicking "I Agree" or "I Accept," signifying their understanding of the terms. Even if a consumer agrees without reading, they remain bound by the terms. To counter potential unfair enrichment through Click-Wrap Agreements, the Quasi Ex Contractu principle offers a solution. This principle obliges the unfairly enriched party to compensate for losses incurred by the affected party. The research focuses on understanding the Quasi Ex Contractu and Ex Contractu principles and how the former can serve as an alternative legal protection for consumer rights in Click-Wrap Agreements. This study aims to educate the Indonesian public about the Quasi Ex Contractu principle as a safeguard for consumers, providing a basis for aggrieved parties to seek restitution for losses from Click-Wrap Agreements. The researchers recommend establishing clear legal policies to protect consumers in Click-Wrap Agreements and increasing public awareness about the importance of reading electronic agreement content before committing
Kepatuhan Pengemudi Kendaraan Roda Dua Terhadap Sinyal Lalu Lintas
This research aims to determine the level of compliance of people using two-wheeled motorized vehicles towards traffic control lights(traffic light) in Palu City, and to determine the efforts of the traffic police unit in increasing the compliance of two-wheeled motorized vehicle users with traffic control lights(traffic light) in Palu City. This research is empirical research, where the data is qualified as primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews, and secondary data was obtained through literature study. The data collected was then processed using a qualitative analysis approach. The research results show that the level of compliance of two-wheeled vehicle drivers with Traffic Lights in Palu City is still very low. This is because there are still many two-wheeled motorized vehicle drivers who are determined to break through traffic control lights. And then the efforts of the traffic police unit to increase the compliance of motor vehicle drivers in fact only provide action, they do not give warnings, not all motor vehicle users come from the city of Palu, but there are also many motor vehicle users from outside the Palu city area, some of whom don't understand. about the rules for obeying traffic lights
IMPLEMENTASI SAKELAR PINTAR DAN PENGAMAN ARUS BOCOR PADA INSTALASI KELISTRIKAN MUSALA MIFTAHUL JANNAH KOTA BANJARBARU
Instalasi kelistrikan yang memadai dan efektif mutlak harus dipenuhi untuk berbagai kebutuhan operasi, salah satunya kebutuhan akan pengoperasian lampu-lampu penerangan baik yang ada di dalam maupun di luar ruangan. Tidak hanya efektif, instalasi kelistrikan yang dipasang harus juga memenuhi standar dan tingkat keamanan yang sudah ditetapkan. Penggunaan sakelar konvensional (manual) masih menjadi primadona dan pilihan untuk memenuhi proses pengoperasian lampu penerangan yang terpasang, hal ini mengharuskan kita melakukan pengoperasian (menyalakan/mematikan) lampu penerangan secara berkala sesuai dengan waktunya. Tantangan muncul apabila lampu penerangan tersebut berada pada fasilitas umum seperti pada lampu PJU komplek, sekolah, kampus, tempat ibadah dan lain sebagainya. Begitupun pada lampu penerangan yang terpasang di Musala Miftahul Jannah Landasan Ulin Timur kota Banjarbaru masih menggunakan pengoperasian secara manual, sehingga lampu-lampu yang berada pada teras Musala masih tetap/dibiarkan menyala walaupun hari sudah terang. Kondisi seperti ini mengakibatkan terjadinya pemborosan energi listrik dan umur pakai lampu menjadi berkurang. Disamping itu tidak adanya pengaman arus bocor (residual current breaker with over current/RCBO) yang terpasang pada instalasi kelistrikan Musala mengakibatkan adanya potensi bahaya yang timbul karena beberapa sambungan kabel tidak berisolasi, stop kontak yang terpasang pada bagian bawah tidak dilengkapi dengan penutup atau dilengkapi dengan fitur child protection sehingga mudah dijangkau oleh anak-anak. Kegiatan pengabdian ini akan difokuskan pada revitalisasi instalasi kelistrikan musala, instalasi sakelar pintar dan pengaman arus bocor. Target kegiatan pengabdian ini terpasangnya sakelar pintar dan pengaman arus bocor, terciptanya instalasi kelistrikan yang efektif, aman sesuai dengan standar. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu terpasangnya 1 unit sakelar pintar, 1 unit pengaman arus bocor, 5 unit stop kontak dengan fitur child protection sehingga menjadikan instalasi Musala lebih efektif dan aman sesuai standar

Comparison of Pine Seed Quality Classification Using the Naive Bayes and KNN Methods
Pine seeds are the seeds of pine trees, which are a type of open-seeded plant known as gymnosperms. Gymnosperm plants have seeds that are not protected by fruit, unlike flowering plants (angiosperms). Pine seeds are typically found inside hard cones. Pine seeds possess several distinctive characteristics, including their small, flat shape and are often equipped with thin wings that aid in their dispersal when released. The process of selecting pine seeds for planting must adhere to established standards of seed quality to enhance desired attributes such as color, texture, and shape in seedlings. Suitable pine seeds for use in planting or propagation are those in a new condition. Quality pine seeds cannot be distinguished by visual inspection alone; alternative tools are required. Given the challenge of differentiating seeds suitable for primary propagation, the researcher proposes a comparison of Pine seed classification using two different methods: the Naïve Bayes Method and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). This is expected to enable the accurate detection of pine seeds. The feature extraction method used is the Gray-Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM). The dataset used consists of 165 pine seed samples, comprising 55 images of fresh pine seeds, 55 images of dry pine seeds, and 55 images of decayed pine seeds. Between the two methods, K-NN exhibits the highest percentage value compared to the Naïve Bayes method in the k-fold cross-validation, achieving an accuracy of 95%
Numerical Study of Chord Length and Twist angle Effect towards NACA 4415-FX60 Airfoil Combination in Horizontal Wind Turbines Application
The selection of the appropriate blade shape requires optimization in order to be applied to the relatively low wind conditions in Indonesia. This study proposed a new approach of wind turbine blades design by utilizing the combination of NACA 4415 and FX 60. The effect of twist angle and the chord length carried out in this study to better understanding the blades characteristics. The 6 DoF analysis can be used to determines the theoretical mechanical power of the wind turbine blades. The blade twist geometry analyzed in this study is 15, 20, and 25 degree. From the simulation results, the highest mechanical power was obtained on blades with a twist angle of 5 degrees and a chord length of 0.15m with an average value of 39.95 W. The simulation results show that, at a speed of 8 m/s the blade with a chord length of 0.2 m and a twist angle of 5o has the greatest torque of 5.16579 Nm, with a rotational speed of 76.0668 rpm per minute, this combination can be applied to a low rpm generator A twist angle can improve torque distribution along the blade, but a twist angle that is too sharp can reduce lift and increase drag. It was found that a wider chord length tends to produce lower rotation in the wind turbine. This is caused by the increased surface area on the turbine blade with a longer chord length, which results in an increase in the torque required to rotate the blade at a given speed
PEMANFAATAN PUPUK ORGANIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI JAGUNG DI DESA CAMPOR KECAMATAN PROPPO KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN
Pemupukan merupakan salah sata cara pengelolaan tanaman agar menghasilkan produk yang tinggi baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas. Akan tetapi pemberian pupuk anorganik yang terus-menerus justru akan menjadikan kandungan unsur hara tanah terganggu terutama C-organiknya. Untuk mendukung perkembangan pertanian yang lestari dan berkelanjutan, perlu dilakukan pemupukan yang berimbang dengan mengurangi pemberian pupuk an-organik dan menambahkan pupuk organik. Pengelolaan lahan perlu memperhatikan masukan rendah tetapi mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam (tanah, air, tumbuhan dan hewan), dan manusia (tenaga, pengetahuan dan keterampilan) yang tersedia di tempat, serta layak secara ekonomis, mantap secara ekologis, adil secara sosial dan sesuai dengan budaya lokal. Hal ini ditujukan untuk memenuhi kriteria produksi yang berkelanjutan dan sistem usahatani konservasi diharapkan secara teknis dapat dilaksanakan oleh para petani, secara ekonomis menguntungkan, secara sosial dapat diterima masyarakat dan tidak merusak lingkungan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan wawasan petani tentang pengelolaan lahan pertanian. Kegiatan dilakukan di Desa Campor Kecamatan Proppo Kabupaten Pamekasan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui kaji terap dan penyuluhan. Kesimpulan hasil kegiatan adalah perlu terus dilakukan pendampingan agar petani mampu meningkatkan produksi jagung, baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas melalui pengelolaan lahan yang tepat
ANALISIS KUAT TEKAN PAVING BLOCK UNTUK PERKERASAN JALAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai kualitas paving block untuk perkerasan jalan yang diambil dari empat lokasi produksi yang berbeda terhadap uji paving yang sesuai (Standar Nasional Indonesia) SNI 03-0691-1996. Adapun Paving block yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk bata dan kombinasi perlakuan sebanyak empat perlakuan dengan 16 sampel dimana setiap perlakuan diambil empat sampel benda uji untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir rata-rata dari masing-masing sampel. Lokasi produksi paving block yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari Pakis, Batu, Turen, dan Wajak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Of Varians RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan α sebesar 5%. Pada hasil penelitian ini didapatkan kuat tekan paving block paling tinggi yaitu dari Turen dengan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 57.31 Mpa, ke-2 dari Batu sebesar 40.93 Mpa, ke-3 dari Wajak sebesar 34.63 Mpa, dan yang paling rendah yaitu dari Pakis dengan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 23.70 Mpa. Selain itu, rata-rata daya serap air paling tinggi yang diperoleh pada paving block yaitu dari Turen sebesar 8.77% dan penyerapan paling rendah dari Wajak sebesar 7.63
