No full textThe Assault on the Borders of Law... (Trotta, 2023) is a book analyzing the ontological consubstantiality between the modern constitutional paradigm and the phenomenon of constituent power as an event of normative destruction and creation. The author argues that the transformations brought by the global economy to the form of the State have resulted in a weakening of the normative effectiveness of constitutions, and consequently, in a decline of the constituent discourse. Noguera proposes the concept of "borderism" as a new analytical framework to examine normative transformation in the current context of the deterritorialization of law.El asalto a las fronteras del derecho... No full textAt the subnational level, various public administrations have adopted a civic culture approach as a management tool to encourage desirable behaviors and discourage those that generate collective problems. This study asks: how do social representations around theater influence the construction of civic culture in Medellín? The objective is to identify these representations and analyze the role of theater as a public policy resource in the San Ignacio District. A qualitative-ethnographic design was employed, combining participant observation in local theaters and semi-structured interviews with spectators aged 25 to 35, complemented with indicators from the Civic Culture and Citizen Perception Surveys. The findings show that theater attendance fosters values such as diversity, respect, and empathy, which reinforce social norms and coexistence. Thus, theater emerges as a public policy tool with the capacity to promote prosocial behaviors and contribute to the consolidation of civic culture.A nivel subnacional, diferentes administraciones públicas han adoptado un enfoque de cultura ciudadana como herramienta de gestión para incentivar conductas deseables y desincentivar aquellas que generan problemas colectivos. Esta investigación se pregunta: ¿cómo inciden las representaciones sociales en torno al teatro en la construcción de cultura ciudadana en Medellín? El objetivo es identificar dichas representaciones y analizar el papel del teatro como recurso de política pública en el Distrito San Ignacio. Se empleó un enfoque cualitativo-etnográfico con observación participante en teatros locales y entrevistas semiestructuradas a espectadores de 25 a 35 años, complementadas con indicadores de las encuestas de Cultura Ciudadana y Percepción Ciudadana. Los hallazgos evidencian que la asistencia a teatro promueve valores como diversidad, respeto y empatía, los cuales refuerzan las normas sociales y la convivencia, consolidando al teatro como herramienta de política pública con capacidad para promover comportamientos prosociales

Por un lado, tiene una significativa importancia como parte de los puestos de trabajo que ocupa la población activa y, por tanto, es determinante en los niveles de ocupación del conjunto del mercado de trabajo, y por otro lado la calidad de los recursos humanos de las Administraciones Públicas está directamente asociada a la posibilidad de estas para prestar los servicios que se comprometen a facilitar a la sociedad y su capacidad garantizar los derechos de los ciudadanos. No full textEl artículo parte de la hipótesis de la prevalencia de las nociones de autonomía y libertad en torno al derecho de propiedad privada frente al mundo más-que-humano. Asimismo, se delinea el concepto del enfoque capitalocéntrico del derecho de propiedad privada. Frente a este último, se propone que, para el cabal cumplimiento del Objetivo 15 de la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible —en el contexto de crisis ecológica global—, es necesario impulsar los derechos ecologizadores del derecho de propiedad privada, así como otros principios y figuras jurídicas afines. Estos albergan el propósito de conservar y salvaguardar los ecosistemas terrestres, así como a los demás animales y seres vivos, por el valor que tienen en sí mismos y desde una perspectiva de responsabilidad y cuidadoThe article starts from the hypothesis of the prevalence of the notions of autonomy and freedom in relation to the right to private property vis-à-vis the more-than-human world. Likewise, it outlines the concept of the capitalocentric approach to the right to private property.
