(14-) 15th cc. Only one red (darkish vermilion) large initial is visible, ornamented with blue hairlines. Small initials highlighted with red. Quadratic notation on a red four-line staff (14.5-15 mm, ruled with a rastrum), custos, linea, b rotundum, cephalicus. Photograph ofi J. 2'on p. 115.
Bears a stylistic resemblance to Antiphoners Nos. 34, 58 (Upsalense), 59 (Upsalense), 73 (Upsalense / Lincopense), 96 (Lincopense I Upsalense) and 98 (e.g. Upsalense).
ANTIPHONARIUM, Swedish. Agrees well with the late medieval uses of Uppsala,Västeräs and Skara, Breviarium Upsalense 1496 ff. [E vij]r - [E viij]', Breviarium Arosiense 1513 f. sanctorale 53', Breviarium Scarense 1498 ff. CXLV" - CXLVr. However, the opening word of the 4th antiphon at lauds is Casta according to the use of Västerås. A more common one seems to be Clausa.
The printed breviary of Linköping is similar, but the chapter at lauds differs from this one. Here it begins Ecce uirgo (ta), in Linköping Hec dicit. The breviary of Strängnäs does not assign a chapter for lauds, otherwise its patterns are also alike. Breviarium Strengnense 1495 f. [E v]".
