ANALISIS KONSEP GAYA GESEK PADA GERAK JALAN TRADISIONAL DI BANYUWANGI
Get PDFFisika merupakan ilmu yang dapat dijumpai pada kehidupan baik fenomena kehidupan dan kejadian alam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis konsep gaya gesek antara sepatu dengan jalan raya saat melakukan gerak jalan tradisional di Banyuwangi. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi. Adapun alur penelitiannya yaitu persiapan, analisis isi (unitizing, sampling, coding, reducing, infering, dan narrating), dan kesimpulan. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya gaya gesek antara jalan raya dengan sepatu pada saat gerak jalan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gaya gesek antara sepatu dengan jalan raya, dimana gaya gesek berlawanan dengan jalannya kaki (kedepan) pada saat gerak jalan. Dapat diketahui bahwa gaya gesek terjadi pada benda yang memiliki permukaan halus maupun kasar. Gaya gesek akan semakin kecil jika permukaan benda semakin halus. Begitu juga sebaliknya, semakin kasar permukaan benda maka gaya gesek semakin besar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya konsep gaya gesek pada Gerak Jalan Tradisional Banyuwangi

However, the growing epidemic will also have a negative impact on Indonesia, namely the waning sense of nationalism and patriotism among the people, especially the younger generation. With existing technological advances, various digital platforms such as social media can be misused by the younger generation, which of course has a negative effect on their behavior. Thus, indirectly globalization can result in the erosion of Pancasila values in the younger generation because of deviant behavior, in the form of crime, immorality, and various other negative behaviors. In this case, the values of Pancasila need to be re-instilled so that Pancasila can be maintained as the identity of the nation. This study aims to provide information about the form of Pancasila implementation and the importance of strengthening Pancasila values in social life in order to improve the personality of the younger generation in Indonesia in the era of globalization. Get PDFPenggunaan aplikasi berbasis web sudah menjadi bagian penting dalam institusi pendidikan saat ini khususnya perguruan tinggi. Aplikasi berbasis web ini dapat berkembang dengan adanya dukungan hosting server yang menjadi bagian penting dalam penyimpanan data aplikasi berbasis web, menjadikan hosting server sebagai sasaran utama serangan untuk mendapatkan data penting dari aplikasi berbasis web. Serangan pada server saat ini berkembang sangat pesat dikarenakan data-data yang ada pada server bisa disalahgunakan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, metode security hardening yang digunakan akan membantu proses keamanan data pada sebuah server. Penelitian ini mengindentifikasi keamanan yang terdapat pada server virtualxyz dan melakukan proses hardening untuk meningkatkan keamanan. Langkah-langkah penelitian ini menggunakan standar NIST SP 800-123 yang bertujuan untuk melakukan checklist yang mencakup update patch, konfigurasi, keamanan tambahan, dan testing pada server, setelah proses pengecekan dilakukan dilanjutkan dengan proses hardening yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pengecekan secara langsung pada server untuk menemukan rokomendasi yang tepat. Objek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah penguatan keamanan pada sistem operasi virtualxyz. Hasil dari pengecekan ditemukan 22 checklist yang tidak terpenuhi dari total 29 checklist yang ada. Hasil dari proses hardening memberikan rokemendasi yang dilakukan evaluasi terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan rekomendasi sudah tepat untuk meningkatkan keamanan pada server

The independent variable used in this study is workload, and the dependent variable used in this study is employee performance, while the intervening variable in this study is compensation. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The sampling method in this study uses a total sampling technique which determines the sample based on the total existing population, so that in this study a sample of 47 employees at PT. AdikaTirtaDaya Jakarta. The type of data used in this research is descriptive quantitative and data analysis using SPSS method. In testing the hypothesis model, it uses classical assumption test, path analysis, coefficient of determination test, and t test. the results of the research that has been done partially that the variable workload partially has a significant effect on employee performance through compensation but has a negative direction.AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kompensasi pada PT. Adika Tirta Daya Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan metode SPSS. Hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, analisis jalur, uji koefisien determinasi, uji asumsi klasik dan uji t. hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan secara parsial bahwa variable Beban Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kompensasi tetapi memliki arah yang negatif

Sistem yang bersifat real-time dan online meningkatkan efisiensi dan kinerja proses dibandingkan dengan proses manual yang membutuhkan lebih banyak waktu dan tenaga, serta proses pencarian data yang lebih sulit dan memakan waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem pemesanan pemeriksaan dan perawatan gigi berbasis website untuk mempermudah pasien dalam proses pemesanan. Digitalisasi menjadi sangat diperlukan dalam pemesanan di klinik agar pemesanan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga data cepat diproses. Alur dan sistem pemesanan pemeriksaan dan perawatan gigi ini adalah pengunjung yang akan booking harus memiliki akun, setelah membuat akun dan berhasil login pengunjung mengisi data reservasi lalu pengunjung akan dapat melihat status pada berada di akun tersebut. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle Waterfall, mengunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Pada sistem pemesanan ini terdapat fitur reservasi untuk melakukan pemesanan, reschedule, melihat jadwal yang telah dipesan, melihat status antrian, dan melihat data history. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pengujian blackbox menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya. Pengujian SUS dengan memberikan kuesioner SUS kepada 30 responden dan memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 78, dimana sistem ini layak untuk digunakan. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil analisis, perancangan, dan implementasinya, sistem sudah layak digunakan dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat untuk pemesanan perawatan gigi

In this study using research and development methods (Research and Development / R D). The model used by the ADDIE model consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Based on the product development steps, the ADDIE model is more rational and more complete than other development models, one of which is the 4D mode. The location of this research is at MTsN 1 Blitar. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of validation, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis techniques.The results of this study consist of: (1) The results of the validity of the product validity of teaching materials in the research and development (RD) assessment of media experts are indicated by the validity levels of 82% and 70%. Meanwhile, from the assessment of material experts, the level of validity is 81% and 73%. Both media expert and material expert validation test showed that the product met the validity criteria. (2) The results of practicality seen from the student response questionnaire used, obtained an average value of 84.4% so that guided discovery-based worksheets can be said to be practical. (3) The effectiveness is seen from the students' post test questions, the results of the analysis conducted in the experimental class showed an average score of 88.53 while the control class had an average score of 77.41. This shows that students who use LKPD with guided discovery learning approach have higher learning outcomes and are able to improve critical thinking skills compared to students who do not use LKPD with guided discovery learning approach

The development model in this study uses the Dick Carey method. Material experts, design experts, and learning media experts are all involved in the development process to provide input and suggestions for improvement. In addition, colleagues who are Javanese language teachers at SMPN 23 Surabaya and students as users as well as targets for the development of video-based multimedia Javanese subjects maca geguritan material SMPN 23 Surabaya also provided comments and suggestions for development products so that they are good and suitable for use. The Use of Video-Based Multimedia Development for Javanese Language Subjects Maca Geguritan Material Through the Dick and Carey Model at SMPN 23 Surabaya can effectively increase active learning interaction. Video-Based Multimedia Products Javanese Language Subjects Maca Geguritan material is the final product of this development research project. The substance, learning design, and feasibility of learning media from these experts are all at a very decent level. The feasibility of small group trials and field trials with qualifications, meanwhile, is very high and does not require revision
