Implementation of Teacher and Peer Feedback in Writing Hortatory Exposition Text
No full textFeedback from teacher and peer is doubted by experts to be implemented in the students’ writing process because of students’ preference in teacher feedback and students’ lack of ability to give feedback. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the implementation of teacher and peer feedback in the eleventh graders of SMAN 5 Malang in writing hortatory exposition texts. It is Collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) and the data were obtained through questionnaires, interview guides, observation checklist, field notes, and students’ writing assignments. The results showed that the implementation of teacher and peer feedback improved the students’ ability in writing hortatory exposition texts especially in the relating thesis statement, argument(s), and recommendation into one another. In terms of content, organization, language use, and mechanic, there were more than 75% of 32 students that could reach score at least 3 (the minimum score). The result also revealed that teacher and peer feedback could create students to become critical and independent learner

A variety of ways including promoting the culture of Indonesia that are attractive to foreigners aim to want to learn languages and cultures that are referred to as foreign speakers. Surabaya as one of the biggest cities in Indonesia becomes a reference in knowing the culture such as Javanese culture, typical dialect language, history of heroism and historical attractions of the city. The explicit problem is to introduce the history of the city of Surabaya in learning materials in the class listening to the Darmasiswa class. Understanding history is expected to be a bridge in knowing culture and bringing Indonesian to be easily studied by foreign speakers, it is also to find out the success of students in listening to the history material of the city of Surabaya. The research method through a qualitative descriptive approach with the results of data analysis of interviews and observations of learning in class, is expected to form a learning based on local wisdom that is more devoted to the history of the city of Surabaya able to obtain learning objectives, especially success in knowing the language and culture in the effort to internationalize Indonesian

The source of the research data is Serat Sastra Gendhing text editing. The research data are words, phrases, clauses, and sentences that contain knowledge about God in the text of Serat Sastra Gendhing. Data is collected through a classification process; identification; inventory. Data were analyzed by hermeneutic studies through methods of reduction, interpretation, and conclusions. The results of research in the form of knowledge about God contained in the text of Serat Sastra Gendhing as follows. God is in rasa, God is known in the union between rasa and pangrasa, knowledge of God involves all aspects of human beings. Knowledge about God is not only reflected in worship, but also in the rasa, pikiran, and perbuatan that implement the attributes of God

On May 7, 2020 through the President's Presidential Secretariat YouTube channel, President Joko Widodo gave a speech on the implementation of the PSBB. In the speech, the President said "berdamai dengan COVID". The phrase becomes polemic in the community. Some people consider the word “berdamai” is not suitable to use to deal with COVID. Some other groups say that the word “berdamai” in the phrase "berdamai dengan COVID" is the correct use. This paper discusses the meaning of the word "berdamai" in the phrase "berdamai dengan COVID". Determination of meaning is based on the context of the phrase "Berdamai dengan COVID" or contextual meaning. Based on the context of the situation, the word “berdamai” in the phrase "berdamai dengan COVID" does not mean mutually agreeing, or stopping to attack each other as found in the KBBI. Rather it means trying to adjust to new circumstances so that you can feel peace

In her novel Cala Ibi, Nukila Amal tries to disconstruct a fixed structure of a novel that is understood by the readers. The structure of plot, the choice of characters, characterization, and the choice off setting are almost all deviated from the position of the elements of a novel. From the beginning, the narrator has decided not to obey the structure of a novel. The indication of her trying to disconstruct the novel’s structure happens to almost all of the parts of the novel. Nevertheless, the meaning given to the readers is an interesting challenge. This novel is examined with a deconstruction approach that aims to describe how the deconstruction is displayed in the novel Cala Ibi. Deconstruction is done by giving attention to symptoms that are hidden, deliberately hidden, such as untruth, side characters, women, and so on

No full text‘Ulama are commanding religious figures with far-reaching knowledge; however, currently the term ‘ulama is distorted by unscrupulous people. Frequently, Ulama’s behaviors do not reflect their prestige as Prophet’s heir even though having a number of fanatical adherents. Their fatwa has authoritative influence in establishing post-truth narration. It can cause a horizontal gap and segregation in society if their fatwas are not true. This crisis affected by the increase of identity politics during pre-post political contestation. Meanwhile, the hugest disadvantages are beared by whose tend to believe in their thoughts and behaviors. We analyzed this phenomenon from the perspective of the Qur'an on the meaning of the term ‘ulama and their role in identity politics involvement. We used sociological-normative and descriptive-phenomenological methods to reread some related verses. This study showed, for example, refered to Q.S. Ali ‘Imran (3): 104, ‘ulama are allowed to have an active and positive role in the sphere of politics

Memastikan dan menjamin tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi dari masyarakat terhadap lembaga penyiaran tentu sangat penting di tengah persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif. Tak terkecuali pada lembaga penyiaran radio yang ada di kabupaten Pamekasan (radio karimata). Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi komunikasi yang baik sekaligus bagaimana mengemas iklan semenarik mungkin. Strategi Komunikasi pada hakikatnya adalah perencanaan (planning) dan manajemen (management) untuk mencapai satu tujuan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah pertama, bagaimana format program yang disukai pengiklan di Radio Karimata FM Pamekasan? Kedua, bagaimana strategi komunikasi radio dalam meningkatkan minat pemasang iklan di Radio KarimataFM Pamekasan?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yang dalam hal ini menggunakan tiga teknik wawancara, teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti, menunjukkan bahwa pertama format program yang disukai pengiklan di Radio Karimata FM Pamekasan adalah program iklan iklan spot dan adlib karena keduanya memiliki daya tarik tersendiri dalam mempengaruhi masyarakat luas. Sementara kedua dalam rangka meningkatkan minat pemasang iklan di Radio Karimata FM Pamekasan adalah meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki perusahaan, menjaga kualitas program yang diberikan pendengar agar tetap disukai oleh pendengar, memiliki jangkauan yang luas, serta kreatifitas yang terus dikembangkan dalam kemajuan perusahaan.
Abstract
Ensuring and guaranteeing a high level of public trust in broadcasting institutions is of course very important in the midst of increasingly competitive business competition. No exception for radio broadcasting institutions in Pamekasan district (radio Karimata). Therefore we need a good communication strategy as well as how to package advertisements as attractive as possible. Communication strategy is essentially planning (planning) and management (management) to achieve one goal. Based on this, the focus of this research is first, what is the program format preferred by advertisers on Radio Karimata FM Pamekasan? Second, what is the radio communication strategy in increasing the interest of advertisers in Radio Karimata FM Pamekasan? This study uses a qualitative approach to descriptive qualitative research, which in this case uses three interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation techniques.
Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it shows that the first program format that advertisers prefer on Radio KarimataFM Pamekasan are spot and adlib advertising programs because both have their own appeal in influencing the wider community. Meanwhile, the second, in order to increase the interest of advertisers on Radio KarimataFM Pamekasan, is to increase the Human Resources (HR) owned by the company, maintain the quality of programs provided by listeners to be liked by listeners, have a wide reach, and creativity that continues to be developed in the progress of the company

No full textTujuan dari penelitian untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan bagaimana mengembangan sosial-emosional anak usia dini, (2) Mendeskripsikan kondisi subjek dengan teori perkembangan sosial-emosional, (3) Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dengan perkembangan sosial-emosional. Itulah sebabnya diperlukan untuk mengetahui dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis data yang digambarkan dengan deskripsi. Hasil penelitian di PAUD Indriyasana, Desa Mogowu Harjo dapat disimpilkan bahwa perkembangan sosial-emosional anak yang lebih menonjol adalah 2 orang anak yang berkembang sangat baik, sesuai dengan harapan guru dan orangtua. Diantara perkembangan sosial-emosional anak melalui interaksi sosial dengan teman sebaya di PAUD Indriyasana adalah : 1) menunjukkan sikap suka memberi kepada temannya, sopan santun, 2) anak bermain dengan teman sebaya, 3) mentaati aturan yang berlaku dalam permainan.Sosial emosional anak usia dini merupakan suatu proses belajar anak bagaimana berinteraksi dengan orang lain sesuai dengan aturan sosial yang ada dan anak lebih mampu untuk mengendalikan perasaan-perasaannya yang sesuai dengan kemampuan mengidentifikasikan dan mengungkapkan perasaan tersebut. Sosial emosional anak berlangsung secara bertahap dan melalui proses penguatan dan modeling. Dalam mengembangkan kecerdasan sosial emosional anak usia dini diperlukan berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkannya Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan orangtua maupun pendidik PAUD dalam mengembangkan aspek sosial dan emosi pada anak usia dini, yaitu melalui keteladanan. Pembelajaran lainnya, yaitu keteladanan, maksudnya adalah pembelajaran yang ditampilkan melalui contoh-contoh yang baik, dan menggunakan berbagai contoh yang telah diterima oleh masyarakat dan sesuai dengan standar serta sistem nilai tertentu. Pendekatan ini penting karena anak usia dini merupakan peniru hebat dan mudah menyerap dari yang dilihatnya
Prophetic Communication: Transcendental Dimension In Islamic Philanthropy Messages
Full text linkIndonesia Islamic philanthropy had been growing tremendously. Trends in institutions platforms in managing Islamic philanthropy brought the divergence of channel message distribution. Those institutions made convergence interdisciplinary innovation. Islamic philanthropy institutions obligate to distribute the message in an ethical manner. They employed prophetic communication values in engaging the public sphere with persuasive communication commonly. Prophetic communication design is a custom to promote transcendental dimension of contemporary communication praxis. The prophetic term uses the cognition proximity design refers to Prophet Muhammad as a role model. This research was conducted to get an overview of the prophetic communication representation in the Islamic philanthropic messages distribution. Analytical techniques use qualitative document analysis. The subject in this research is the display of text on the site of Islamic philanthropic foundations official website Rumah Zakat, Yayasan Dana Al-Falah, and Lembaga Manajemen Infaq. The theme categories enrich found with selective coding. The results of the analysis are discussed using the concepts of prophetic communication, message production theory, goal-plan-action theory, action-making theory, and cognitive dissonance theory. For further research could obtain from the communication management of more specific philanthropic objects
The Implementation of Islamic Value Absorption in Regional Regulations in Madura Regency

The emergence of such Regional Regulations is believed to cause a lot of conflict in the society. Therefore, it is necessary to know How is the legal politics of values absorption or Sharia legal provisions in the Regional Regulations of Madura Regency? This research is a normative legal research. This research includes a conceptual approach, a statutory approach, and a case approach. The finding shows that the application and / or absorption of Sharia in Madura are due to the religious values that attached in the societies' daily life. So after conducting the research, it is found that the application and / or absorption of the Islamic values in regional legal products in Madura are divided into two types; firstly; direct absorption and / or application of regional legal products, in the form of Perda or Perbup. Secondly, the absorption and / or application of Islamic legal values to regional legal products do not directly manifest the sharia legal products, but substantially, the material contained in the legal products has absorbed the Islamic values into it
