PELATIHAN PEMBUKUAN SEDERHANA BAGI PELAKU UMKM PENGOLAHAN HASIL LAUT DI KELURAHAN KOLO KOTA BIMA
MSMEs are one of the sectors that support economic growth in Indonesia. The MSME sector must be able to provide its financial reports. This community service was carried out in Kolo Village, Bima City, NTB, one of the areas where MSMEs have not been able to fully keep simple bookkeeping. The purpose of the Community Service (PKM) activity entitled Simple Bookkeeping Training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) processing seafood in the Kolo Sub-District, Kota Bima is so that the people in Kolo Sub-District, Kota Bima, where the majority are MSME actors, are able to make simple bookkeeping of financial transactions. owned so that receipts, expenses and profits (profits) or losses obtained can be measured and controlled to determine the progress of their business from time to time. The method used is training on simple bookkeeping by using the Cash Receipt and Disbursement Book for all MSME operational activities. The Simple Bookkeeping Training for MSMEs in the Kolo Village, Kota Bima, received a positive response. Outcome of Community Service activities This community (PKM) is MSME actors who are able to keep books of their business on a regular basis using the Cash Receipt and Expenditure Book and calculate profits (profits) or losses correctly.UMKM merupakan salah satu sektor yang mendukung pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Sektor UMKM harus mampu menyediakan laporan keuangannya. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Kolo Kota Bima NTB, salah satu daerah yang UMKM-nya belum mampu sepenuhnya membuat pembukuan sederhana. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang berjudul Pelatihan Pembukuan Sederhana bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) pengolahan hasil laut di Kelurahan Kolo Kota Bima adalah agar masyarakat di Kelurahan Kolo Kota Bima yang mayoritas sebagai pelaku UMKM mampu membuat pembukuan sederhana atas transaksi keuangan yang dimiliki sehingga penerimaan, pengeluaran dan keuntungan (laba) atau kerugian yang diperoleh dapat terukur dan dikendalikan untuk mengetahui kemajuan usahanya dari waktu ke waktu. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan mengenai pembuatan pembukuan secara sederhana dengan menggunakan Buku Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas atas semua kegiatan operasional UMKM. Pelatihan Pembukuan Sederhana bagi UMKM di Kelurahan Kolo Kota Bima mendapatkan respon yang positif. Luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah para pelaku UMKM mampu melakukan pembukuan atas usahanya secara rutin dengan menggunakan Buku Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas serta menghitung keuntungan (laba) atau kerugian dengan benar.
 
Penguatan ApresiasiAnak Terhadap Sastra Melalui Literasi Cerita Bergambar Pada Rumah Singgah Hope Central Surabaya
Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan soft skills, khususnya dalam hal apreasi terhadap sastra anak. Sasarannya adalah anak-anak di rumah singgah yang masih jarang disentuh oleh program literasi pada umumnya. Kegiatan ini merupakan respon terhadap rendahnya tingkat literasi pada anak di Indonesia. Yang menjadi fokus adalah aplikasi literasi untuk anak usia sekolah dasar khususnya untuk anak-anak yang termarginal di rumah singgah.Output yang diharapkan dari program tersebut adalah peningkatan kemampuan anak di rumah singgah Hope Central dalam mengapresiasi sastra anak melalui literasi cerita bergambar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan initerdiri dari tiga tahapan ini meliputi participants’ identification and classification, visual literacy based training, qualitative assessment dan monitoring pasca pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pertama beberapa anak masih kesulitan membaca khususnya pada kalimat majemuk. Kedua, cerita bergambar membantu anak dalam memahami kalimat kompleks dan isi cerita pada sesi membaca mandiri. Ketiga, anak mampu mengapresiasi sastra anak melalui cerita bergambar. Keempat, membaca mandiri menjadi jadwal wajib sebelum program reguler belajar yang ada di rumah singgah.The purpose of this service activity is to improve soft skills, especially in terms of appreciation of children's literature. The target is children in shelter homes who are still rarely touched by literacy programs in general. This activity is a response to the low level of literacy in children in Indonesia. The focus is on literacy applications for elementary school children, especially for marginalized children in shelter homes. The expected output of the program is an increase in the ability of children in the Hope Central shelter house to appreciate children's literature through picture story literacy. The implementation of this activity consists of three stages including participants' identification and classification, visual literacy-based training, qualitative assessment, and post-training monitoring. The results of the activity show that first, some children still have difficulty reading, especially in compound sentences. Second, picture stories help children understand complex sentences and story content in independent reading sessions. Third, children are able to appreciate children's literature through picture stories. Fourth, independent reading becomes a mandatory schedule before the regular learning program in the shelter
PENGARUH NILAI KUAT TEKAN BATUPASIR TERHADAP PERBEDAAN KONDISI FISIK DI KOTA SAMARINDA PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Rock strength is the ability of a rock to maintain its strength until it breaks when given force. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of rock strength values in different physical conditions, namely natural, saturated, dry conditions and 2 wet-dry cycles on sandstones by testing uniaxial compressive strength according to SNI standards 2825-2008. The results of compressive strength testing at two different locations showed that the condition of the rocks around the Samarinda region was weak to moderate, with strength values at location 1 ranging from 1.61 – 14.31 MPa and at location 2 ranging from 8.26 – 36.27 MPa. The Elastic Modulus obtained at location 1 ranges from 1.88 -18.60 and at location 2 it ranges from 8.26 – 37.928. The more to the West from the city of Samarinda, the strength of the rocks is increasing. With the treatment of rocks that undergo repeated wet-dry processes, it does not cause a decrease in rock strength compared to the condition of rocks undergoing saturation. This is because the amount of water content that is large enough in saturated conditions results in weakening of the rock. The lower the water content, the stronger a rock.
Kekuatan batuan adalah kemampuan suatu batuan untuk mempertahankan kekuatannya hingga pecah ketika diberikan gaya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai kekuatan batuan pada kondisi fisik yang berbeda yaitu kondisi natural, jenuh, kering dan 2 siklus basah-kering pada batupasir dengan melakukan pengujian kuat tekan unikasial sesuai standar SNI 2825-2008. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan pada dua lokasi yang berbeda memperlihatkan kondisi batuan disekitar wilayah Samarinda adalah lemah sampai sedang, dengan nilai kekuatan pada lokasi 1 berkisar 1,61 – 14,31 MPa dan pada lokasi 2 berkisar 8,26 – 36,27 MPa. Modulus Elastis yang diperoleh pada lokasi 1 berkisar 1,88 -18,60 dan di lokasi 2 berkisar 8,26 – 37,928. Semakin ke Barat dari kota Samarinda, maka kekuatan batuan semakin meningkat. Dengan perlakuan batuan yang mengalami proses basah-kering secara berulang, tidak menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan kekuatan batuan dibandingkan dengan kondisi batuan yang mengalami penjenuhan. Hal ini disebabkan karena jumlah kadar air yang cukup besar pada kondisi jenuh mengakibatkan pelemahan pada batuan. Semakin rendah kadar air maka semakin kuat suatu batuan.

POTENSI LOGAM TANAH JARANG DI DALAM ABU BATUBARA
Coal is a fossil fuel that is still used as fuel for Steam Power Plants (PLTU). The greater the demand for electrical energy, the greater the need for coal to meet the fuel needs of the PLTU. The combustion of PLTU produces combustion residue in the form of fly ash and solid ash. Fly ash has its own problem level compared to solid ash. The issue of air pollution, sources of disease and radioactive pollutants are the negative impacts of fly ash left over from burning coal. Coal ash is formed from compounds that do not burn in the coal combustion process including the presence of rare earth metals (LTJ). LTJ is a valuable element which in certain levels can be processed into valuable goods. Separation of LTJ in coal can reduce the ash content and improve the quality of coal, so it is necessary to know the potential of LTJ contained in coal ash. The coal sample tested was coal from PT Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim Mining Unit. Identification of LTJ elements in the ash at the PLTU using XRD, ICP and SEM analysis. There is element Cerium (Ce) 55.3 ppm in fly ash and 22.6 ppm in bottom ash, element yttrium (Y) 36 ppm in fly ash and 10.7 ppm in bottom ash, element Lanthanum (La) 27.3 ppm on fly ash and 10.5 ppm on bottom ash. Neodymium (Nd) 26.1 ppm in fly ash and 6.9 ppm in bottom ash. Finally, there is an element of Samarium (Sm) 1.4 ppm in fly ash and 0.7 ppm in bottom ash. There is a promising potential for rare earths in coal ash, but for levels below 500 ppm it is still not feasible to manage, so it is necessary to enrich the rare earths first
PENGARUH VARIASI TEMPERATUR TOREFAKSI TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK DAN NILAI KALOR DARI PRODUK BRIKET ARANG ECENG GONDOK
Energi sangat dibutuhkan oleh semua masyarakat di berbagai negara, hal ini mengakibatkan perubahan iklim dan menipisnya energi tersebut, perlu upaya untuk mencari energi alternatif yang bersih, salah satunya adalah biomassa. Eceng gondok adalah biomassa yang tumbuh pesat di Indonesia, tetapi densitas energi yang dimiliki masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakteristik dan nilai kalor dari biomassa eceng gondok menggunakan proses torefaksi. Pada penelitian ini eceng gondok dilakukan proses torefaksi dengan variasi temperatur yaitu 200℃, 250℃ dan 300℃ dan waktu penahanan selama 1 jam. Biochar hasil proses torefaksi kemudian dijadikan briket menggunaan perekat tepung tapioka, dengan perbandingan 10% dari berat bahan baku, dan pengepresan pada tekanan 300 kg/cm2. Dari penelitian dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil uji proksimat kadar air terendah 5,75% pada sampel 300℃, kadar abu terendah 17,65% pada sampel 200℃, senyawa volatil terendah 39,52% pada sampel 300℃ dan fixed carbon tertinggi 25,92% pada sampel 300℃. Nilai kalor tertinggi dihasilkan pada sampel 300℃ yaitu sebesar 5140,44 cal/g. Shatter Index terendah 1,68% pada sampel 300℃. Laju pembakaran briket paling optimal pada sampel 300℃ sebesar 0,085 g/min dengan lama 47 menit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses torefaksi dan variasi temperatur torefaksi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap karakteristik dan nilai kalor yang dihasilkan briket eceng gondok.

Water hyacinth is a biomass that grows rapidly in Indonesia, but its energy density is still low. This research aims to improve the characteristics and calorific value of water hyacinth biomass using torefaction process. In this study, water hyacinth was subjected to a torefaction process with temperature variations of 200 ℃, 250 ℃ and 300 ℃ and a holding time of 1 hour. ¬The biochar resulting from the torefaction process is then made into briquettes using tapioca starch adhesive, with a ratio of 10% of the weight of the raw material, and pressing at a pressure of 300 kg/cm2. From the research and testing that has been done, the proximate test results obtained the lowest moisture content of 5.75% in the 300 ℃ sample, the lowest ash content of 17.65% in the 200 ℃ sample, the lowest volatile compounds of 39.52% in the 300 ℃ sample and the highest fixed carbon of 25.92% in the 300 ℃ sample. The highest heating value was produced in the 300 ℃ sample which amounted to 5140.44 cal/g. The lowest Shatter Index was 1.68% in the 300 ℃ sample. The most optimal burning rate of briquettes in the 300 ℃ sample was 0.085 g/min with a duration of 47 minutes. The results of this study indicate that the torefaction process and torefaction temperature variation have a significant effect on the characteristics and heating value of water hyacinth briquettes.

Analisis Residu Herbisida dalam Pengendalian Gulma Berdaun Lebar Di Savana Bekol Taman Nasional Baluran
The research was conducted in the savanna Bekol - Baluran National Park, East Java to find the best rate of herbicide to control broadleaved weeds in the savanna and to estimate the soil residue of herbicide used. The experimental design was a randomized block with six treatments and four replications. The treatments were herbicide applications consisted of (1) the rate of triclopyr at 670 g a.i ha-1 (TA), (2) rate of triclopyr at 1340 a.i ha-1 (TB), (3) the rate of fluroxypyr at 200 g a.i ha-1 (FA), (4) rate of fluroxypir at 400 g a.i ha-1 (FB), (5) Weeding Manual (PM) and (6) Control (K). The application of triclopyr at 670 g ai ha-1 was among the best of treatments applied. Sampling of soil at day 0 and day 28 after application indicated the residue of triclopyr 670 g ai ha-1 was 0.16 ppm and DT50 = 14 d. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan savana Bekol Taman Nasional Baluran, Jawa Timur untuk mengetahui dosis herbisida yang paling baik dalam mengendalikan gulma berdaun lebar di Savana Bekol dan mengestimasi residu herbisida di tanah. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok dengan enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari (1) Triklopir 670 g b.a ha-1 (TA), (2) Triklopir 1340 g b.a ha-1 (TB), (3) Fluroksipir 200 g b.a ha-1 (FA), (4) Fluroksipir 400 g b.a ha-1 (FB), (5) Penyiangan Manual (PM) dan (6) Kontrol (K). Aplikasi triklopir dengan dosis 670 g b.a ha-1 merupakan perlakuan terbaik diantara perlakuan lainnya. Sampling tanah pada hari ke 0 dan ke 28 setelah aplikasi herbisida mengindikasikan residu triklopir 670 g b.a ha-1 sebesar 0.16 ppm dengan waktu paruh 14 hari.

The Pengaruh Infeksi Plasmodium sp. Terhadap Trombosit Manusia: Tinjauan Literatur
Malaria is a health problem that can cause death. Research based on a literature review shows that malaria is an infectious disease that causes high morbidity worldwide and is the third leading cause of death in the world. Malaria is caused by Plasmodium infection of red blood cells, Plasmodium infection can cause various symptoms in humans, especially in platelets. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of Plasmodium sp. infection. Against Human Platelets. This research method uses a literature review (literature review). Literature review is research by searching and mapping literature. This research was conducted using various sources, including books, journals, magazines, and articles. Based on research, Plasmodium infection can disrupt the structure and function of platelets. Almost all blood components are affected by malaria. The risk of malaria is caused by environmental factors. the mobility of malaria sufferers at school and productive age, whose activities are mostly outside the home, makes them very vulnerable to malaria, because they are more often affected than people who do a lot of activities outside the home. So it can be concluded that malaria is influenced by environmental factors. The variability and range of environmental influences on malaria mediators is enormousMalaria adalah masalah kesehatan yang dapat menyebapkan kematian. Penelitian berdasarkan literature review menunjukkan malaria adalah penyakit menular yang menyebabkan morbiditas tinggi di seluruh dunia dan penyebab kematian ketiga di dunia. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review), literature review adalah penelitian dengan cara mencari dan memetakan literature. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber, termasuk buku, jurnal, majalah, dan artikel. Berdasarkan penelitian Infeksi Plasmodium dapat mengganggu struktur dan fungsi trombosit, Hampir semua komponen darah dipengaruhi oleh malaria. risiko malaria disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan. mobilitas penderita malaria di usia sekolah dan produktif ini, yang aktivitasnya sebagian besar di luar rumah, membuat mereka sangat rentan terhadap penyakit malaria ,karena mereka lebih sering terkena daripada orang yang banyak beraktivitas di luar rumah. Sehingga dapat disimpulakan malaria dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan. Variabilitas dan jangkauan pengaruh lingkungan pada mediator malaria sangat besar.
 
MENGUNTUNGKANKAH BERBISNIS INDUSTRI PANGAN LOKAL? STUDI KASUS UMKM YULIWARDI KOTO TUO PADANG
Local Food Commodities are still underutilized as raw materials for industry and other business activities. One of the entrepreneurs who uses local food commodities as raw materials for their business is MSME Yuliwardi which is engaged in providing snack boxes. The local foodstuffs it uses are purple sweet potatoes, cassava and others. With various creations and innovations, it has removed the stigma that doing business in the local food-based food sector is not profitable. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to analyze Yuliawardi's MSME business whether it is profitable or not. The method used is variable costing. From the research that has been carried out, it is found that Yuliwardi MSMEs have been running for 7 years starting from 2015. The initial capital was obtained through a loan to Nagari Bank. Raw Material Suppliers are obtained from farmers around the place of business and limes of Manis and its surroundings. Payment is made in cash directly upon pick-up of the goods. The total operating profit per month from the sale of boss products and snacks is IDR 26,203,300 with details of total receipts of IDR 79,065,000 and Fixed Costs of IDR 229,200 and Variable Costs of IDR 39,532,500. Conclusion Local food-based industries are very profitable to strive for and provide great profits.Komoditas Pangan Lokal masih kurang dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku industri dan kegiatan bisnis lainnya. Salah satu pengusaha yang memanfaatkan komoditas pangan lokal sebagai bahan baku usahanya adalah UMKM Yuliwardi yang bergerak dibidang penyediaan snack box. Adapun bahan pangan lokal yang digunakannya adalah ubi ungu, singkong dan lain lain. Dengan berbagai kreasi dan inovasi telah menghapus stigma bahwa berbisnis di bidang pangan berbasis pangan lokal tidak menguntungkan. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis usaha UMKM Yuliawardi apakah menguntungkan atau tidak. Metode yang dipakai adalah variable costing. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa UMKM Yuliwardi sudah berjalan selama 7 tahun dimulai dari tahun 2015. Modal awal didapatkan melalui pinjaman ke Bank Nagari. Supplier Bahan Baku didapatkan dari Petani disekitar tempat usaha dan limau Manis dan sekitarnya. Pembayaran dilakukan secara tunai langsung saat pengambilan barang. Total Laba usaha per bulan dari penjualan produk dan snack bos adalah Rp 26.203.300 dengan perincian total penerimaan Rp 79.065.000 dan Biaya Tetap Rp 229.200 dan Biaya Variabel adalah sebesar Rp 39.532.500. Kesimpulan Industri berbasis pangan lokal sangat menguntungkan untuk diusahakan dan memberikan keuntungan yang besar
Anti-Bacterial Effectiveness Of Cymodocea Rotundata Extract And Assay For Primary Bioactive Composition.
Anti-bacterial is a compound that can be used to inhibit bacterial growth. The compounds that play a role in damaging the cell membrane are phenols, flavonoids, and alkaloids. The phytochemical compounds above have the potential as natural Anti-bacterial on pathogenic bacteria, for example against Escherichia coli. Escherichia coli is a pathogenic microbe in humans that can cause digestive disorders and disrupt the work system of the stomach organs. Seagrass C. rotundata has compounds that are antibacterial, such as alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, steroids, and tannins. C. rotundata can be seen in Indonesian waters. However, it has not been widely used. This study aims to determine the difference in concentration of seagrass extract of C. rotundata against E. coli anti-bacterial activity. The research method used was experimental laboratories with different concentrations of seagrass extract (10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%). The results showed that the seagrass extract of C. rotundata was effective as an antibacterial with a middle category, which is the inhibition zone ranging from 5-10 mm. Based on the studies conducted, 72 hours incubation period at 40% concentration was the best concentration to prevent E. coli at the 8.5 mm inhibition zone. Furthermore, bioactive compounds produced by C. rotundata are flavonoid compounds by showing changes in the color of the solution to yellow-orange. In addition, also produces phenol bioactive compounds by showing a change in the color of the solution to greenish, and also produces tannin bioactive compounds by showing a change in the color of the solution to blackish green. The results showed that C. rotundata can be used as a recommendation for the development of Anti-bacterial drugs in the future
C Catappa Dip Addition on Betta Fish (Betta sp) Color Change
Betta fish, one of freshwater ornamental fish aquaculture commodities which has high sale value. Betta fish has various pattern and unique fish fin shape. Cattapa dip was a fish health product consisting of catappa leaves and vitamin C. This product could be use for betta fish cultivation so as not to be attacked by parasites, fungi, bacteria and also for helping the process of betta fish color changing. Cattapa dip could also maintain the stability of the water pH in betta fish cultivation. This product has a shape resembling a tea bag product which is very attractive and unique. This study consisted of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments given were Treatment A (0.3 gram of catappa leaves and 0.1 gram vitamin C), Treatment B (0.5 gram of catappa leaves and 0.1 gram of vitamin C), Treatment C (0.7 gram of catappa leaves and 0.1 gram of vitamin C) and K treatment / control (without treatment). The parameter observed during the study was the color change of Betta fish (Betta sp) which was measured by the percentage of color change based on RGB (Red Green Blue) using the Color Picker application. The results showed that the treatment with the addition of Kataplus in the form of dip as much as 0.5 gram of ketapang leaves and 0.1 gram of vitamin C was the best treatment. Based on the results of the color changes that occur in treatments A, B, C with 3 color indicators namely Green (green), Red (red), and Blue (blue). Color changes occurred in weeks 1st to week 4th where the best were obtained in treatment B with the average percentage produced, namely Red of 125,975%, Green of 111,375% and Blue of 116,6%. So it could be conclude that the use of Cattapa dip has an effect on color changes in Betta fish (Betta sp)
