The purpose of writing this final project is to find out the duties and
responsibilities of the crew outlet at Kabobs Premium Kebab BG Junction
Surabaya. The author observes the duties and responsibilities of the crew outlet at
Kabobs Premium Kebab BG Junction Surabaya. The author concludes that the
duties and responsibilities of the crew outlet at Kabobs Premium Kebab BG
Junction Surabaya are to provide service to customers, prepare equipment when
the opening shift of the restaurant is open, when the middle shift of the restaurant
is open to serve customers, and on the closing shift to do cleaning when the
restaurant is closed
TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB COOK HELPER DI KITCHEN KHAS GRESIK HOTEL
This final project aims to determine the duties and responsibilities of the
cook helper in the kitchen of KHAS Gresik Hotel. Data collection was carried out
by direct observation at KHAS Gresik Hotel for 4 months from 8 September 2021
to 7 January 2022 and also data collection with documentation, namely taking
data from company documents and the Surabaya NSC Polytechnic library. From
the discussion above, it can be concluded that a cook helper is needed to help the
cook's task in carrying out the work so that it runs smoothly
PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) PADA KITCHEN DEPARTMENT DI HOTEL LA LISA SURABAYA
The Final Project is being prepared with the goal of determining the
application of occupational safety and health in the kitchen department of Hotel
La Lisa Surabaya. The author observes the application of occupational safety and
health in the kitchen department of the La Lisa Hotel Surabaya. The kitchen
environment (kitchen environment) includes ventilation or fans, lighting or lights,
walls or walls, ceiling or air exhaust, doors and windows, drains (plumbing) and
drainage, and toilets. Then there's personal protective equipment (PPE), light fire
extinguishers (APAR), and evacuation routes. Based on the discussion that the
author has described, it can be concluded that the application of occupational
safety and health in the kitchen department at the La Lisa Hotel has been properly
implemented, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment by the kitchen
crew at the La Lisa Hotel, the presence of one fire extinguisher in the kitchen area,
and the existence of an evacuation route that allows all employees and hotel
guests to easily exit the building
PROSEDUR PELAYANAN ROOM SERVICE DI HOTEL KHAS SURABAYA
The purpose of writing this final project is to determine servicing room
service at the Khas Surabaya Hotel. The author, who also works as a waiter in the
food and beverage service department at the Khas Surabaya Hotel, observed the
room service procedures at the Khas Surabaya Hotel. The author can conclude
that the room service hotel the first step is to taking order, then preparation food,
beverage and equipment, and next is delivering the guest order to the room, and
the last is clear-up or cleaning dirty equipment from the room

This final project is entitled "Application of Prima Venaft Beauty Service at
PT Talia Saluna Jaya Abadi". This study discusses the Application of Excellent
Service for customers of PT Talia Saluna Jaya Abadi based on the elements of
excellent service.
Excellent service is a pattern of the best service in modern management that
prioritizes concern for customers. Excellent service is important to be applied in
the company, because the existence of excellent service can provide an image and
good name for the company. Optimal service in the end is also able to improve the
company's image in the eyes of business partners, consumers, and subsidiaries. By
having a good image, everything the company does will be considered good by
business partners, consumers, and subsidiaries. The results of the study can be
concluded that the application of excellent service for customers has gone well
and based on the elements of implementing excellent service
METODE PENGADAAN BARANG DAN JASA DI PT SUCOFINDO
PT Sucofindo is one of the companies engaged in independent
Inspection, Supervision, Assessment and Testing. The purpose of this study is to
describe the Method of Procureme nt of Goods and Services at PT Sucofindo.
Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that the Method of Procurement of Goods and
Services at PT Sucofindo uses 4 methods, namely Limited Auction, Open
Auction, Direct Appointment, Direct Procurement. These findings are in
accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018, Minister of SOE
Regulation No. 08/MBU/12/2019, and Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2021
