The author can conclude that the Standard Operational Procedure is a guideline for Receptionist in providing service in welcoming guests at the entrance , escorting guest to the table, and helping guests sit down

Procedure for Recording Goods Entered. The aim was to find out the procedure
for recording incoming goods at CV Sumber Jaya Utama Surabaya. This study
uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using
observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are not fully
in accordance with Mulyadi's theory (2016), where the procedure according to
Mulyadi has several parts, namely the production section, warehouse section,
inventory card section, cost card section, and journal section, while at CV Sumber
Jaya Utama Surabaya there are 3 sections that Carry out recording of incoming
goods, namely the warehouse section, the inventory card section, and the
recording journal section

Surabaya as a private university of course also uses special promotion strategies
to compete with other universities to get new students. This is specifically the duty
and responsibility of the new student committee so far has carried out
promotional strategies through the promotion team, offline and online. The
purpose of this study is to determine the promotion strategies used to increase
the number of new students. The collection was obtained through interviews
obtained from the chairman of the new student committee of 3 people. The result
of this study is an effective promotion strategy through Public Relations,
Personal Selling and Direct Marketing

The purpose of this research is to know and understand the procedures for selling Yamaha motorcycles at Amin Motor Banyuwangi. The type of research used is descriptive research, namely the author conducts interviews, observations and documentation obtained in the field. The results showed that the sales administration procedures at Amin Motor Banyuwangi were in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The documents and records used in cash and credit sales transactions at Amin Motor Banyuwangi are effective, this can be seen from the complete documents and records used, from sales orders, credit applications, delivery orders, sales invoices and proof documents payment

can prevent the growth of mold that can damage the equipment stored in it,
including the laptop. This storage cabinet uses a DHT11 sensor as a temperature
and humidity sensor and uses an Arduino Uno R3 microcontroller, besides that
inside the storage cabinet there is a halogen lamp which functions as a heater if the
humidity inside is high and the temperature decreases. The purpose of this research
is to reduce laptop trash or waste that is damaged due to mold growing on the
important components in it

Full text linkPK Rosella Baru is a subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI which is
a company that produces plastic sacks. The plastic sack produced by PK Rosella
Baru is used in order to fulfill the need for sugar production in every sugar factory
owned by PTPN XI. In addition, sack production is also carried out to fulfill
orders from parties outside PTPN XI and for his business. The problem that
occurs in these companies is that errors often occur in calculating salaries which
are detailed and still use manual calculations. To overcome this problem, a web-
based employee payroll information system is needed. The purpose of this
research is to design and build a web-based PK Rosella Baru employee payroll
application system to simplify and speed up the process of calculating employee
salaries accurately and transparently.
This study uses a type of qualitative research with the concept of Design
and Creation. The research locations are at PTPN XI Surabaya and a survey at PK
Rosella Baru using the waterfall design method. Based on the test results it can be
concluded that the research objectives have been achieved. This application can
simplify and speed up the process of calculating employee salaries in a
transparent, accurate, effective and efficient manner

The author concludes that a room attendant at the Oakwood Hotel Surabaya carries out his duties in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures that have been set by the hotel, so that the hotel room maintains its cleanliness, tidiness, beauty and comfort

Therefore, the duties and responsibilities of room attendants will always be needed by hotels to ensure quality

Based on the discussion in the previous chapter, the authors can draw conclusions for the process of cleaning eating and drinking utensils consisting of chinaware, silverware and glassware at the Sky Restaurant at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya still using the manual method
