Full text linkIn this Final Project the author takes the title of the process of making dessert at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya. The purpose of this writing is to find out the preparation process until serving dessert in the kitchen of hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya. The author carries out Field Work Practices for four months September to January, the author makes observations in the cold kitchen section or commonly referred to as Pastry and Bakery processing regarding the process of making desserts or desserts. The author can conclude that the process of making dessert is carried out according to the recipe at hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya so that whoever makes the dessert has no mistakes and the results will be the same

Full text linkThe purpose and benefits of this research are to find out the manufacture of
panna cotta pudding with vegetable milk and the authors want to provide other
options for consumers who are allergic or avoid animal milk. The author conducted
this research qualitatively. The recipe test was carried out three times and
interviewed 5 people who liked pudding. The experimental results from the third
experiment are preferred because they have a soft and dense texture.

The main topic in this final project is about sales admin activities at Royal Regantris Cendana. This research is a qualitative research that explains in detail about Sales admin activities at the Royal Regantris Cendana Hotel related to marketing activities. The technical data accumulation in this study was conducted by interviewing staff and observing at the hotel for four months. The results of this study are that the sales admin has participated in marketing activities by conducting telemarketing, and sending offer letters to clients. Full text linkSales administration is very important for the running of a company. In order for a company to run well, good sales administration is needed. This study aims to determine Sales Administration at CV Laskar Sinar Surabaya. This research uses descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely observation techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the sales administration at CV Laskar Sinar is quite good, because the sales flow and also the documents used are quite effective and are prepared systematically using the chronological method. Sales at CV Laskar Sinar use the payment method due a maximum of 7 days after making the note, but sometimes a problem is an error in recording the payment which results in re-billing of consumers who have already paid off

company and serves as a means of payment for operational needs. Without money
within the company, the business won't function properly. In order for the business
to run smoothly, proper and efficient cash management is necessary in terms of
procedures and recording. There are two types of cash that can be used in
business: Petty Cash and Cash in Hand. The focus of this study is Petty Cash,
which is used by relatively small companies and is not efficient for check
payments. This research aims to identify and develop effective petty cash
management procedures at PT Tiga Kekuatan Utama. The research methodology
involves literature review, interviews, and observations. The research findings
indicate deficiencies in the current petty cash management practices, such as lack
of transparency, unclear task separation, and insufficient supervision. Based on
these findings, the petty cash at PT Tiga Kekuatan Utama does not align with the
views of Mulyadi (2017), highlighting the need for standardized Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP) and required forms
