METODE PEMBAYARAN TAMU DI FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT HOTEL ARIA CENTRA SURABAYA
The goal to be achieved from the preparation of this final project is to find
out the payment methods available at the Aria Centra Surabaya hotel. The author
made observations at the Front Office Department Hotel Aria Centra Surabaya.
The author concludes that the payment methods that can be used by Hotel Aria
Centra Surabaya are cash payments, debit card and credit card payments, travel
agent vouchers, complimentary vouchers, and guarantee letters

The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out the marketing strategy of
kebab products during the Covid-19 pandemic at Baba Rafi's Turkish kebabs in
Surabaya. The marketing strategy carried out by Kebab Turki Baba Rafi during
the pandemic started from doing promotions, discounting prices, and innovating
by creating new menus. The conclusion of the marketing strategy carried out by
Kebab Turki Baba Rafi during the pandemic was using social media to be used as
promotional media, launching new menu variants, and maintaining the quality of
taste and service

The purpose of writing this final project is: to find out the method of
making brewed coffee at the TooTooMoo cafe in Surabaya. The author observes
the method of making brewed coffee drinks at the TooTooMoo cafe in Surabaya.

Al Huda Souvenir is a manufacturer of Islamic souvenirs consisting of Yasin Books, Recitation Books (Marriage & Pregnancy), Majmu' Syarif, Majmu' Maulid, Diba', Madad, Al Qur'an, and Sajadah. Al Huda Souvenir is an home industri that just opened in March 2021, therefore the author raised the title Islamic Souvenir Cash Sales Procedure at AlHuda Souvenir using a qualitative descriptive research method
PROSEDUR PELAYANAN PRIMA PADA LARITTA BAKERY SURABAYA
This study aims to determine how the procedures for excellent service to customers at Laritta Bakery Surabaya. The result of the research shows that the excellent service procedure at Laritta Bakerry Surabaya refers to the standard of excellent service. The implementation of excellent service procedures can be measured from each of the following indicators: Attitudes, Attentions, appearance and Actions categorized according to Standard Operating Procedures. Overall, the implementation of excellent service procedures is still not optimal because there are still indicators that are still in the sufficient category. Indicators of excellent servuce that have not been implemented properly are product understanding ande speed in serving customers

Sales are transaction activities carried out by two or more parties, sales
are also to develop strategic plans that are directed at buyers or consumers to get
sales that generate profits, sales are also one of the sources of income for a
person or a company that conducts buying and selling transactions, in a company
the greater the sales, the greater the revunue generated. The purpose of this study
was to determine how the performance of the company’s sales system.
The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, which
isdone by collecting related data from the propblems encountered and presenting
the sales results. The activities carried out are intertviews,documentation and
observations. The results show that the company’s sales system is still using
manual recording, and the company’s sales results go up and down every month

PROSEDUR PENG-INPUT-AN DATA SISWA SD BAHRUL ULUM KE PROFIL SEKOLAH DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA SURABAYA
The purpose of this study was to determine the procedure for inputting data
of students from Bahrul Ulum Elementary School to the school profile of the
Surabaya City (Dinas Pendidikan) Education Office. The type of research used is
descriptive qualitative, this research based on philosophy, which is used to examine
scientific conditions (experiments) where the researcher is an instrument and is
analyzed qualitatively which emphasizes more on meaning. Data collection
techniques were conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. The
results showed that the procedure for inputting student data from Bahrul Ulum
Elementary School to the Profile of the Surabaya City Education Office was in
accordance with the opinions expressed by Nafari (2009), Puspitawati and
Anggadini (2011), but the procedure for inputting student data was not completed.

PEMBUATAN MIE DENGAN SUBSTITUSI BAHAN PUREE UBI UNGU
The purpose of this final project is to determine the manufacture of
noodles with the substitution of purple sweet potato puree. This research on
making purple sweet potato noodles was carried out on August 19, 2021 in a
practical laboratory, Hospitality Study Program, NSC Polytechnic Surabaya, by
conducting pre-experimental research and experimental research. Furthermore,
the authors conducted a hedonic test on color, aroma, taste, texture and level of
preference. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the making of
purple sweet potato substituted wet yam noodles affects the quality of the noodles
themselves to be preferred by the panelists. The best product based on the
respondent's preference level was selected for product X3 (substitution with 40
grams of purple sweet potato puree) with an acceptance of the level of preference,
namely like. Product X3 with color acceptance criteria is bright, a little purple
sweet potato aroma, and a little purple sweet potato tast
