PENERAPAN SOP PELAYANAN PRIMA UNTUK CUSTOMER SOGO GALAXY MALL SURABAYA
This final project is entitled "Implementation of Service Excellent Soup for Sogo Galaxy Mall Surabaya Customers". This research is a qualitative descriptive study that discusses the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) to customer service at SOGO Galaxy mall Surabaya.
Standard operating procedures (SOP) serve as guidelines for employees in carrying out their respective duties so that the company can run optimally and as desired. In providing services, especially SOGO employees are expected to provide the best service by carrying out their duties in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP). The purpose of this study is to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) to customer service at SOGO
Galaxy mall Surabaya.
Based on the results of this study, it shows that SOGO employees in carrying out their duties are in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) that exist at SOGO Galaxy Mall Surabaya. Such as customer service standards, service time standards, telephone communication standards, and appearance standards are in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that SOGO employee service is excellent
STRATEGI PROMOSI PADA SMK BAHRUL ULUM SURABAYA
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the promotion
strategy at SMK Bahrul Ulum. The method used in this research is descriptive
research method. To get information about the data needed, the writer conducted
interviews with the principal, head of PPDB, and got directly involved in
promotional activities. From the results of the study it can be concluded that SMK
Bahrul Ulum Surabaya has been running well by using advertising methods
(distribution of brochures, banners and newspapers), electronic methods
(websites and Instagram), and sales strategies (providing scholarships). The
superior strategy in increasing students is the distribution of brochures because it
is simpler and can be reached by many people. The limitation of this research is
that it only focuses on private SMP/MTS schools, it is better to expand the
cooperative relationship with SMPN/MTSN
ANALISIS PENERAPAN AKUNTANSI PADA YAYASAN SOSIAL SABILILLAH AN NAHDLIYAH SIDOARJO
The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the accounting
application at the Sabilillah An Nahdliyah Sidoarjo Social Foundation with
generally accepted accounting principles. The research was conducted at the
Sabilillah An Nahdliyah Social Foundation, Sidoarjo. This type of research is
descriptive qualitative where the aim is to systematically describe the preparation of financial statements of non-profit institutions to determine the level of performance. Data analysis aims to formulate a financial report format based on PSAK No. 45. Data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that many components of the financial
statements that are not in accordance with generally accepted standards have not
even been presented. So the researchers tried to make financial statements for non- profit institutions based on PSAK No. 45 which can be used to find out how the management performance in the 2020 period is in accordance with the application of accounting at the Sabilillah An Nahdliyah Sidoarjo Social Foundation not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle
SISTEM PROMOSI ONLINE MASPION SQUARE BERBASIS WEB
Website is Mallintended to increase efficiency in terms of promotion of
events and products to the public. Maspion Square Mall which is located on Jl.
Ahmad Yani Surabaya so far has an information system that is still in manual
form, making it difficult and slowing down the promotion process.
Therefore it is necessary to do research to develop a website. The purpose
of making a website is to make it easier for management to identify events and
what is available at the mall in order to provide information to the public. The
steps taken in this case are mall function analysis,design website, and testing
website. In this implementation using HTML and as a framework used Bootstrap.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded several things,
namely: This software can be used to introduce all the information needed by Mall
visitors
SISTEM PENYIMPANAN ARSIP DIGITAL PADA PUSAT LAYANAN KARIR POLITEKNIK NSC SURABAYA
This study aims to determine the archive storage system through Google
Drive at the NSC Polytechnic Career Service Center. One form of new media
archive storage is digital archives. Digital media usually requires tools such as
computers and scanners. Archives that are stored in digital form can be in the
form of images or videos. The results of the study indicate that the digital filing
system at the Career Service Center is supported by hardware devices such as
computers and scanners as well as software such as Google Drive. The process of
the digital archive system includes the process of transferring archived media,
scanning documents, making agenda books, creating classification codes, creating
storage folders on Google Drive, creating archive lists and hyperlinks

The purpose of the study was to know the delivery procedures at the Sampang Madura branch Post Office. The type of research used is qulitative descriptive, illustrative delivery procedures, and information on the delivery procedures at the Sampang Madura branch Post Office. Data collection techniques are done with observation, interviews, and documentation. Studies have shown that delivery procedure on Sampang Madura branch Post Office runs well according to SOP
and opinion according to Yunarto (2005)

The purpose of this study is to explain how the procedure for distributing ziswaf funds at the Infaq Management Institute. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and data collection obtained through the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study explain the sequence of procedures in the distribution or distribution of ziswaf funds that apply at the
Infaq Management Institute and the procedures for distributing ziswaf funds at the Infaq Management Institute that have gone well and in accordance with the theory of Philip Kotler.

The purpose of this study is to explain the procedure for recording incoming goods at Stockist Center PT Natural Nusantara Sidoarjo. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are not in accordance with Mulyadi (2016), according to Mulyadi there are five sections, including the production section, warehouse section, inventory card section, cost card section, and journal section, while the procedure for recording incoming goods at Stockist Center PT Natural Nusantara there are four sections that carry out the recording of incoming goods, namely the agent, the owner, finance, and the warehouse section

Writing a final project entitled Standard Operational Procedure for Handling
Guest Laundry aims to find out how the Standard Operational Procedure for
Handling Guest Laundry at Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya. The author uses a

The purpose of this paper is to find out how the SOP (Standard Operating
Procedure) for cleaning guest units during a pandemic at Ascott Waterplace
Surabaya. The author who also works as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Ascott
Waterplace Surabaya makes observations of the room attendant and cleaning of
apartment units. The author concludes that with the Standard Operational
Procedure for Cleaning Units during the covid-19 pandemic at Ascott Waterplace
Surabaya, making room attendants or guests feel more secure and comfortable
with the implementation of health protocols that have been recommended by the
government, and can increase guest trust and satisfaction with services during the
COVID-19 pandemic
