A proposta terapêutica como alternativa ao enfoque repressivo das medidas protetivas de urgência
Get PDFThis writing aims to present the innovative therapeutic measures used as a treatment for the aggressor of violence against women. Consequently, differently from what is presented to us as a solution measure in the criminal process, the perpetrators of the aggression can reverse their behaviors and adopt new behaviors towards a society, analyzing how punitive measures and their success in relation to the recurrence of violence and ind changing the aggressor\u27s behavior, as amended by the Maria da Penha Law, given by Law No. 13.984 / 20. Disaster, the historical context of domestic violence and the reasons for its lengthy standardization are exposed, as well as the social construction of gender that has a notable influence on the problem of violence in the domestic and family sphere. Thus, must analyze the insertion of feminist criminology as a new form of criminology, bringing the possibility of purging the invisibility of women as active in the criminal process. The preparation of this article was based on a bibliographic review with the approach of legislative innovation by the hypothetical-deductive method.O presente escrito tem como objetivo apresentar as inovadoras medidas terapêuticas utilizadas como tratamento para o agressor de violência contra a mulher. Por conseguinte, diferentemente do que nos é apresentado como medida de solução no processo penal, os autores da agressão podem rever seus comportamentos e adotar novas condutas perante a sociedade, analisando as medidas punitivas e seu êxito em relação a reincidência da violência e na mudança do comportamento do agressor, conforme alteração na Lei Maria da Penha, dada pela Lei 13.984/20. Destarte, expõe-se o contexto histórico da violência doméstica e os motivos para sua delongada normatização, assim como a construção social de gênero que possui notável influência no que concerne ao problema da violência no âmbito doméstico e familiar. Posto isto, deve-se analisar a inserção da criminologia feminista como nova forma de criminologia, trazendo a possibilidade de expurgar a invisibilidade dada a mulher como atuante no processo penal. Advocacia preventiva e compliance no cenário empresarial brasileiro
Get PDFThe present work seeks to demonstrate the importance of preventive advocacy in companies to prevent conflicts that could be harmful to their functioning. The study is relevant to professionals with legal knowledge prior to the emergence of the problem, as they are able to deduce the best alternatives for solving the conflict. Another main objective is also to identify how Compliance (verb in English “to comply”, which means to comply, satisfy or perform an imposed action) rules and dictates can minimize corporate illicit acts and strengthen corporate instruments in decision-making, through the use of the deductive method centered on bibliographical research, establishing a theoretical approach in the strict sense. For this purpose, works related to authors from other areas of knowledge will be studied, such as: Administration areas; Business Law; Civil right; Civil Procedural Law; among others, since the theme needs an interdisciplinary approach, seeking a broader debate in its initial elaboration until reaching a particular debate.
O presente trabalho busca demostrar a importância da advocacia preventiva nas empresas para impedir que ocorram conflitos que possam ser prejudiciais ao funcionamento destas. O estudo é relevante aos profissionais com conhecimento jurídico antecedente ao surgimento do problema, pois estes são capazes de deduzir as melhores alternativas de solução do conflito, e também identificar como as normas e ditames de Compliance (verbo em inglês “to comply”, que significa cumprir, satisfazer ou realizar uma ação imposta) podem minimizar os atos ilícitos empresariais e fortalecer os instrumentos corporativos na tomada de decisão, através da utilização do método dedutivo centrado na pesquisa bibliográfica, estabelecendo uma abordagem teórica em sentido estrito. Para esse desiderato, serão estudadas obras relativas a autores de outras áreas do conhecimento, tais como: áreas de Administração; Direito Empresarial; Direito Civil; Direito Processual Civil; entre outros, visto que o tema necessita de uma abordagem interdisciplinar, buscando um debate mais amplo na sua elaboração inicial até chegar a um debate particular
O regime militar em Canoinhas (SC) e suas implicações para o desenvolvimento regional (1964-1985)
Get PDFThe present research intended to build a still unknown narrative about the characteristics and specificities of the implementation and maintenance of the military regime in the city of Canoinhas, understanding the impact of the establishment and maintenance of the Brazilian military regime (1964-1985) on the municipality and its repercussions on regional development. In addition, it intended to reconstruct the trajectories of social actors who opposed the military dictatorship, as well as to identify the political, economic and social groups, linked to the local elite, who supported the military regime in the municipality and who favored public policies implemented at the level during the period. Therefore, the results of the research and its consequent socialization, aim to develop more sophisticated strategies related to the development of the region under analysis, through joint collaboration between academia, civil society and public authorities.

Development.AaA presente pesquisa objetiva a construção de uma narrativa ainda desconhecida sobre as características e especificidades da implantação e manutenção do regime militar no município de Canoinhas, compreendendo o impacto da instauração e manutenção do regime militar brasileiro (1964-1985) sobre o município e suas repercussões sobre o desenvolvimento regional. Além disso, pretendeu reconstruir as trajetórias de atores sociais que se opuseram à ditadura militar, bem como identificar os grupos políticos, econômicos e sociais, ligados à elite local, que apoiaram o regime militar no município e que se favoreceram das políticas públicas implementadas em âmbito municipal durante o período. Portanto, os resultados da pesquisa e sua consequente socialização, tem o objetivo de elaboração de estratégias mais sofisticadas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento da região sob análise, através da colaboração conjunta entre academia, sociedade civil e poderes públicos

Análise físico-química e da eficácia microbiológica de álcool em gel comercializados em farmácias de Mafra (Santa Catarina)
Get PDFThe use of alcohol gel in hand antisepsis and surface disinfection procedures is a common practice in health institutions. With the Covid-19 pandemic, it became an habit for people to use it. The objective of the present study was to analyze the physical-chemical characteristics as well as the microbiological efficacy of different brands of gel alcohol sold in pharmacies during the Covid-19 pandemic period. The physical-chemical analyzes comprised the alcohol concentration, color, appearance, pH value and resistance to centrifugation, and for an analysis of the microbiological effectiveness, a surface disinfection test was performed against a standard Gram-negative bacteria Salmonella typhimurium (ATT 14028). The studied samples are within the expected standards for the physical-chemical aspects as well as showing efficiency in the elimination of bacteria on contaminated surfaces.

Quality control.O uso do álcool gel em procedimento de antissepsia das mãos e desinfecção de superfícies representa uma prática frequente nas instituições de saúde. Com a pandemia Covid-19, tornou-se hábito da população o uso do mesmo. O objetivo do trabalho foi analisar características físico-químicas bem como a eficácia microbiológica de diferentes marcas de álcool em gel comercializados em farmácias no período da pandemia de Covid-19. As análises físico-químicas compreenderam o teor alcoólico, cor, aspecto, valor de pH e resistência à centrifugação, e para a análise da eficácia microbiológica realizou-se um teste de desinfecção de bancada frente a bactérias Gram-negativas com cepa padrão de Salmonella typhimurium (ATT 14028). As amostras estudadas se encontram dentro dos padrões esperados para os aspectos físico-químicos bem como apresentaram eficiência na eliminação de bactérias em superfície contaminada.
