    SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA PENYAKIT PADA DOMBA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY MAMDANI

    Abstract—The decreasing sheep population has raised serious concerns regarding its impact on both the livestock industry and export opportunities. One of the main factors contributing to this decline is the prevalence of diseases among sheep. These illnesses present a significant problem as they can lead to reduced meat production, animal fatalities, and economic losses. The limited knowledge among farmers regarding these diseases and sheep care makes it challenging to diagnose and treat the conditions effectively. To address this issue and aid farmers in easily diagnosing diseases, a web-based expert system utilizing the fuzzy Mamdani method was developed. The selection of the fuzzy Mamdani method was based on its ability to handle uncertainty in disease diagnosis, providing reasonably accurate results by evaluating symptoms, determining disease severity, and recommending appropriate treatments. Through the fuzzy Mamdani method and the web-based platform, this system offers convenient access for farmers to diagnose diseases in their sheep online. According to the analysis results, reproductive health disorders are the primary cause of the decline in the sheep population. Consequently, the expert system for diagnosing sheep diseases serves as an alternative for early prevention and suitable treatment. System testing indicates an accuracy rate of 80%, signifying the system's capability to provide reasonably accurate diagnoses. The main goal of this research is to support the livestock and fisheries department in Purwakarta in diagnosing sheep diseases, preventing epidemic outbreaks, and implementing proper measures to mitigate the negative impacts on the livestock industry while promoting sustainable growth of the sheep populatio

    RECOGNITION OF REALTIME BASED PRIMITIVE GEOMETRY OBJECTS USING PERCEPTRON NETWORK

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptron model on pattern recognition of primitive geometric objects in real time based on video images. The samples used in this study were cubes, prisms, tubes and balls. The system was built using the Delphi 7 programming language with pre-processing stages system training includes the process of calculating matrix values from the original image, then proceed with the grayscale and edge detection processes using convolution with a kernel, namely the sobel operator and then the matrix results from the edge detection process are transformed using a perceptron network to obtain energy from the image of the object, then the resulting energy The transformation is stored in the database as a system test reference pattern recognition energy. Measurement of system performance evaluation in this study uses two parameters, namely detection rate and false positive rate. The recognition rate of primitive geometric objects using the perceptron network model in this study reaches 60.00% to 80.00%.     Today, the use of e-mail, especially for formal online communication, is still often done. There is one common problem faced by e-mail users, which is the frequent receiving of spam messages. Spam messages are generally in the form of advertising or promotional messages in bulk to everyone. Of course this will cause inconvenience for people who receive the SPAM message. SPAM e-mails can be interpreted as junk messages or junk mail. So that spam has the nature of sending electronic messages repeatedly to the owner of the e-mail. This is abuse of the messaging system. One way to solve the spam problem is to identify spam messages for automatic message filtering. Several machine learning based methods are used to classify spam messages. In this study, a comparison was made between several kernel functions (i.e., linear, degree 1 polynomial, degree 2 polynomial, degree 3 polynomial, and RBF) of the SVM method to get the best SVM model in identifying spam messages. The evaluation results based on the Kaggle 1100 dataset showed that the best model were the SVM model with a linear kernel function and a degree 1 polynomial, where both models returned Precision = 0.99, Recall = 0.99, and F1-Score = 0.98. On the other hand, the RBF kernel produced lower performance in terms of Precision, Recall, and F1-Score of 0.95, 0.95, and 0.94, respectively

    This study aims to evaluate the impact of the policy issued by the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020) on the public's ability to access content through Private Scope Electronic System Providers (PSE). The study uses sentiment analysis and data classification methods to analyze the content of PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020 and provides results on the accuracy of sentiment prediction. The results of the study show that the data classification method in sentiment analysis can provide accurate results in predicting the sentiment towards the content of PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020. The study also highlights the need for improvement and better policy to ensure the interests of the public in accessing online information. The negative sentiment of 80.34% obtained through sentiment analysis provides important contributions for policy evaluation and feedback for improvement. This study provides valuable insights into the public's sentiment towards the PERMENKOMINFO No.5 of 2020 policy and its impact on their ability to access content. It also contributes to understanding the legal uncertainty in accessing content and reinforces the case for better policy to ensure the interests of the public

    The number of vehicles that increase every year has a major impact on the occurrence of congestion and accidents and causes a significant increase in the volume of vehicles, especially on the highway. With this increase, many officers find it difficult to be able to anticipate or supervise vehicles directly. The research that we made, entitled Automatic Vehicle Counter System Based on Blob Detection for Highway Surveillance Using OpenCV, is a solution to this problem because by utilizing image transformation it makes it easier for the system to be able to detect vehicles and identify the number of vehicles entering the lane. The results obtained show an accuracy value of 97.11% based on testing with 10 video samples, with a total of 1329 vehicles detected out of a total of 1362, meaning that the total error is only 3.02%

    Abstract— People with low incomes are unable to obtain education and other government services. The problem of poverty faced by the government is closely related to people with low incomes who cannot meet their basic needs. The Central Bureau of Statistics describes poverty as the inability to meet basic food and non-food needs as measured by expenditure. This study aims to classify Banten province based on poverty levels, by dividing the number of poor people into high, medium, and low categories. The K-Means clustering method is very fast and easy to use in the K-Means algorithm clustering process. Where the grouping results are formed, namely group one has a moderate number of poor people in three districts/cities, Pandeglang Regency, Lebak Regency, and Tangerang Regency. The second group has the lowest population in one district/city, namely Tangerang City. The third group has the highest number of poor people in the four districts/cities, namely Serang Regency, Cilegon Regency, Serang City, and South Tangerang City. The clustering results show that the Provincial Government of Banten will give priority and special attention to poverty alleviation efforts in the district/city. This will allow for increased revenues and earnings, as well as improved livelihoods and the economy in the area. the K-Means algorithm can classify the poor based on the number of people per district or city in Banten Province

    Bali is one of the provinces with the most popular destinations for tourists. However, there are obstacles in developing tourist destinations in the province of Bali in terms of absorbing more tourist visits. Tripadvisor, the world's largest tourism information platform. In order to improve its service to users, Tripadvisor conducts online reviews to obtain ratings based on travel experience. The purpose of this study is to determine clustering and accuracy in tourist visits to tourist destinations in the province of Bali. Clustering is done using 3 clusters using the KDD method. The first process is data selection, then data processing which consists of several stages, first deleting rows of empty data, then cleaning duplicate data and the final result is 5261 clean data then data transformation, so that data can be read by python, The next process is data mining, this process uses the K-Means clustering algorithm which produces 3 clusters with cluster 1 being medium with 1495 data, high cluster 2 with 2315 data, and low cluster 3 with 1451 data. The Davies Boldin Index is used to evaluate the K-Algorithm means clustering, the result is 0.3 where the value is very good because it is not minus and the value is close to zero
