PELATIHAN PENGELOLAAN SDM DI ERA DIGITAL PADA KOPERASI SERBA USAHA KOMUNITAS WARGA BOJONG GEDE (KSU KOWAGE)
Get PDFKoperasi Serba Usaha Komunitas Warga Bojong Gede (KSU KOWAGE) berdiri pada tgl 01 oktober 2022, berbentuk koperasi serba usaha dengan nama KSU KOWAGE (KOMUNITAS WARGA BOJONGGEDE) yang mempunyai kekhawatiran masa depan yang penuh dengan ketidakpastian maka perlu persiapan-persiapan dengan menyusun perencanaan dan kekuatan besar agar dapat menghadapi ketatnya persaingan dan tingginya tuntutan kebutuhan hidup. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh KSU KOWAGE adalah mempunyai keinginan besar untuk mengembangkan usaha namun terkendala dengan keterbatasan seperti modal usaha yang kecil, lemahnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan adanya dampak Pandemi Covid-19 menuntut semua pihak bergeser ke era digital termasuk dalam pengelolaan SDM. KSU KOWAGE di era digital sekarang ini juga memerlukan adanya peningkatan strategi dan teknik pengelolaan SDM yang lebih efektif. Maka perlu pelatihan tentang strategi dan teknik pengelolaan SDM yang efektif dalam era digital, termasuk bagaimana mengembangkan keterampilan digital anggota koperasi, membangun budaya kerja yang sesuai dengan era digital, dan cara mengelola tim kerja anggota koperasi dari berbagai tempat. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah berupa ceramah dengan menyampaikan teori, sedangkan untuk metode praktikumnya yaitu simulasi dan tanya jawab. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu koperasi dalam menghadapi tantangan seperti kesempatan yang ditimbulkan oleh era digital dalam pengelolaan SDM dan membantu koperasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta produktivitas anggota koperasi dalam era digital. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan para peserta terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman tentang keterampilan digital, membangun budaya kerja yang sesuai dengan era digital, dan cara mengelola SDM dalam sebuah tim kerja serta meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas anggota koperasi dalam era digital.  
NON-CASH FOOD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES BASED ON COPRAS AND CODAS
Get PDFDetermination of recipients of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) is a matter that causes problems if it is not carried out in an objective, transparent, and targeted manner. Previous studies on BPNT were based on a specific method, which did not use a negative trend in the criteria. In this study, the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach was used to recommend the recipients of the BPNT program. Two MCDM models were used in this study, COPRAS and CODAS methods. Spearman's rank correlation method was used to determine the best model and measure the degree of similarity between the results obtained from different models. Spearman rank correlation shows that COPRAS and CODAS have a strong positive correlation of 0.89899. The combined COPRAS-CODAS ranking model produces a very strong positive correlation value of 0.9744 for both methods, so the model is used for recommendations for BPNT program recipients
EFFECTIVE BREAST CANCER DETECTION USING NOVEL DEEP LEARNING ALGORITHM
Get PDFUltrasound is one of the most common screening tools for breast cancer detection. However, the lack of qualified radiologists causes the diagnosis process to become a challenging task. Deep learning's promising achievement in various computer vision problems inspires us to apply the technology to medical image recognition problems. We propose a detection model based on the Rapid-CNN to detect breast cancer quickly and accurately. We conduct this experiment by collecting breast cancer datasets, pre-processing, training models, and evaluating the model performance. This model can detect breast cancer with bounding boxes based on the experiment result. In this model, it is possible to detect the bounding box that is more than what it should be, so we applied NMS to eliminate the prediction of the bounding box that is less precise to increase accuracy
ANALISIS LAPORAN KEUANGAN UNTUK MENILAI KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN TELEKOMUNIKASI
Get PDFThe rapid growth of the telecommunications industry and fierce competition make assessing the financial performance of telecommunications companies increasingly important. This study analyzes the financial performance of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2018-2022 with a special focus on liquidity ratio analysis. The purpose of this study is to identify companies that have optimal financial performance and understand the development of their financial position. A descriptive quantitative non-statistical approach was applied to this study. Financial data from five telecommunication companies listed on the IDX were collected and analyzed to assess liquidity performance during the study period. The results showed PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk had the best liquidity performance with an increase in cash and cash equivalents from 2018 to 2022. However, other companies experience fluctuations in liquidity ratios. To improve liquidity performance, these companies need to optimize the use of current assets, monitor current debt, and improve the cash cycle. This research provides an overview of the financial performance of telecommunications companies on the IDX and can be used by investors in making investment decisions. PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk shows the best liquidity performance, while other companies need to improve their liquidity performance.Pertumbuhan pesat industri telekomunikasi dan persaingan sengit membuat penilaian kinerja keuangan perusahaan telekomunikasi semakin penting. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2018-2022 dengan fokus khusus pada analisis rasio likuiditas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja keuangan yang optimal dan memahami perkembangan posisi keuangan mereka. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif non-statistik diterapkan diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Data keuangan dari lima perusahaan telekomunikasi terdaftar di BEI dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk menilai kinerja likuiditas selama periode penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk memiliki kinerja likuiditas terbaik dengan peningkatan kas dan setara kas dari 2018 hingga 2022. Namun, perusahaan lain mengalami fluktuasi dalam rasio likuiditas. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja likuiditas, perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut perlu mengoptimalkan penggunaan aset lancar, memantau utang lancar, dan memperbaiki siklus kas. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang kinerja keuangan perusahaan telekomunikasi di BEI dan dapat digunakan oleh investor dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. PT. NEW STUDENT CLUSTERIZATION BASED ON NEW STUDENT ADMISSION USING DATA MINING METHOD
Get PDFThe process of admitting new students to the Faculty of Information Technology (FTI) at Universitas Budi Luhur produces a large amount of student data in the form of student profile data and other data. This happens causing a buildup of new student data, thus affecting the search for information on that data. This study aims to classify regular undergraduate admissions data at the Faculty of Information Technology (FTI) Universitas Budi Luhur by utilizing the data mining process using the clustering technique. The algorithm used for clustering is the K-Means algorithm. K-Means is a non-hierarchical clustering data method that can group student data into several clusters based on the similarity of the data, so that student data with the same characteristics is grouped in one cluster and those with different characteristics are grouped in another cluster. An implementation using RapidMiner is used to help find accurate values. This research produced a description of what clusters were formed from data on regular undergraduate admissions at the Faculty of Information Technology (FTI) at Universitas Budi Luhur. This will help recommend decision-making to determine the marketing promotion strategy for each study program at Universitas Budi Luhur. Perkembangan perangkat keras sangat terasa berupa kecanggihan akses dan perkembangan perangkat lunak mengalami perkembangan dan sangat membantu serta berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kreatifitas. Bermula dari pemuda pemudi Islam berkumpul, tidak hanya dalam kepentingan spiritual namun juga menjadi tempat untuk bertukar pikiran untuk menghadapi masalah yang sedang dihadapi bersama sehingga terbentuklah Organisasi Remaja Masjid Baitul Halim (RBH). Dengan terbentuknya organisasi tersebut sehingga memberikan wadah terhadap remaja untuk berkreatifitas dalam bentuk berbagai kegiatan. Salah satu aplikasi yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media visualisasi dalam kreatifitas adalah aplikasi desain photoshop. Sehingga poster kegiatan yang akan berlangsung terlihat menarik dan diminati. Target luaran dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini bagi pelaksana adalah press release di media massa cetak atau elektronik dan publikasi di jurnal pengabdian masyarakat. Sedangkan untuk peserta, meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan RBH menggunakan aplikasi desain photoshop. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahap persiapan yaitu survei lokasi kegiatan untuk menggali permaslahan yang dihadapi, tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan aplikasi desain photoshop secara hybrid dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan remaja masjid baitul halim
ANALISA LITERASI KEUANGAN PADA PERILAKU PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN PETANI KOPI DAN CENGKEH DI JAWA TENGAH

This is because the agricultural sector provides the main job opportunities for residents in rural areas, and serves as a provider of food for the population. Besides that, agriculture is also one of the backbones of the nation's economy and supports the country's development. This study aims to analyze the saving behavior of coffee and clove farmers who live in Central Java, especially in Kendal, Temanggung, and Batang districts based on income levels, consumption patterns, and saving patterns owned by farmers. Data collected by a number of 102 respondents obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that the income level, consumption patterns, and saving patterns of coffee and clove farmers in central java influence each other. This research is expected to provide benefits and information regarding the importance of financial management, especially in 3 aspects, namely consumption patterns, savings patterns and investment patterns so that farmers have good and correct household financial management.Sektor pertanian memegang peranan penting dalam perekonomian bangsa. Hal ini dikarenakan sektor pertanian menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan utama bagi penduduk yang ada di pedesaan, dan menjadi penyedia bahan pangan bagi penduduk selain itu pertanian juga merupakan salah satu tulang punggung perekonomian bangsa dan mendukung pembangunan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku menabung petani kopi dan cengkeh yang berdomisili di Jawa Tengah khususnya di kabupaten Kedal, Temanggung, dan Batang berdasarkan tingkat pendapatan, pola konsumsi, dan pola menabung yang dimiliki petani menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang terkumpul sejumlah 102 responden didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendapatan, pola konsumsi, dan pola menabung yang dimiliki petani kopi dan cengkeh di jawa tengah saling mempengaruhi. MEASURING UX USING USABILITY AND HEURISTIC METHODS IN JKN MOBILE APPLICATION
Get PDFThe JKN Mobile Application is an application to provide services for BPJS Health participants that can access anywhere and anytime. Systems that many people use need to be evaluated. User satisfaction is one factor that can determine a system's success. This study measures the usability level of the JKN Mobile Application using the usability evaluation and Heuristic Evaluation methods. Usability can be identified based on four parameters: learning ability, efficiency, memory, and satisfaction. The Heuristic Evaluation method by Nielsen has ten principles: Visibility of system status, Match between the system and the real world, User control and freedom, Consistency and standards, Error prevention, Recognition than recall, Flexibility and Efficiency of Use, Aesthetic and Minimalist Design, Help user Recognize, Diagnose and Recover from Errors, Help, and Documentation. This study aims to evaluate the application design and determine which parts need improvement. The results of the usability test obtained a percentage of 62.25%, which means that this application is still feasible to use. However, in the heuristic testing, it was found that there were several inefficient tasks, and there needed to be more help & documentation
