    The background of this Community Service activity is that PKM partners of PKK cadres in Ragunan Village have several limitations in terms of identity, packaging and product marketing. For product identity, there is no logo (label) for packaging, so the product that has been made is less known. In addition, there is no safe packaging design for the delivery of business products sold. So far, sales have only been carried out through event bazaars around Ragunan village so that there is a lack of marketing networks. Limited sales range, and the target market is not wide and diverse, revenue or sales turnover does not increase. The purpose of this PKM activity is to expand market reach, build strong product appeal, increase sales turnover and increase economic independence. The method for this PKM activity is to provide socialization and training regarding new product logos for the packaging production process on packaging labels, packaging design for shipping packaging, socializing the e-commerce application that has been made to PKK cadres of Ragunan Village. Providing training in using e-commerce platforms to market their products. The targeted output is to create an online sales application (e-commerce) to be able to market the business products of PKK cadres in Ragunan Village widely. This community service reached the main conclusion that digital marketing strategies effectively help the economic empowerment of PKK cadres' households and this strategy shows positive results in increasing their economic independence and income

    In a market that is increasingly competitive and influenced by ongoing technological developments, companies are required to develop effective marketing strategies to achieve their goals, including creating value and satisfying customer needs. One of the pioneers in the dessert box industry in Indonesia is Bittersweet by Najla, renowned for its innovation in presenting sweet treats in box form. This study aims to investigate the influence of personal selling on purchasing decisions of products from Bittersweet By Najla. The study employs a quantitative method by collecting information from primary and secondary sources through questionnaires and literature studies. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis model as the research method. The population studied consists of residents in the vicinity who have made purchases at Bittersweet By Najla, with a sample of 50 respondents selected incidentally through a Likert scale-based questionnaire. Partial analysis results indicate that personal selling has a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, supported by a significant t-value (4.012 > 1.677) and low statistical significance (0.000 < 0.05). These findings provide valuable insights for companies in designing more efficient marketing strategies, emphasizing the development of personal selling skills to enhance product appeal, build consumer trust, and achieve desired marketing objectives

    THE EFFECT OF IMMERSIVE TECHNOLOGY ON ENHANCING STUDENT LEARNING: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

    Education is one of the fundamental factors influencing national development. Educators are required to constantly explore the newest and creative strategies to deliver topics to students and promote students’ engagement in the learning process. One technology that has numerous potentials to facilitate the education process is immersive technology. Immersive technology has the potential to improve student achievement by enabling better learning outcomes. This study aims (1) to analyze the trends and impact of immersive technology usage in education; (2) to identify immersive technology that supports students’ learning processes in the pandemic era; and (3) to identify the usage of learning theories in educational application development that implement immersive technology to enhance students’ learning outcomes. This study examined seventeen selected studies after adopting the selection process of the systematic literature review process by Kitchenham. The selected studies were published between 2018 and 2022 by Emerald Insight, IEEE Xplore, and Scopus. There are three kinds of immersive technology identified in this study: virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality. The study showed the nine types of students’ learning outcomes, and the results showed that using immersive technology significantly improved student learning compared to traditional methods. Furthermore, thirteen learning theories were adopted as the basis for developing educational applications. Future research directions are also suggested to continue developing promising and limited new technologies to enhance the variety of education-oriented applications. Immersive technologies designed for learning are still on a long journey, including considerations of readiness and potential effects that may arise for users such as privacy and security concern

The traditional method of manually calling each student for attendance not only consumes time but also results in prolonged manual record-keeping processes. Recognizing the need for a more efficient and structured system, this study aims to introduce an IoT-based attendance solution using RFID technology. By implementing this solution, the research aims to enhance the efficiency of the attendance process, reduce administrative burdens, and improve overall school management. Additionally, the study aims to contribute to the advancement of educational technology by applying the Research and Development (R&D) method to design, develop, implement, and evaluate the proposed IoT-based attendance system. Ultimately, the goal of this research is to provide a practical and effective solution that can be adopted by SMP As-Syahira Amka and potentially other educational institutions facing similar challenges in attendance management. By introducing an IoT-based attendance system, it is hoped that there will be an improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and security in the attendance process, as well as a positive contribution to creating a more modern and structured learning environment. Moreover, this research may provide new insights into the utilization of technology in education in Indonesia and encourage the adoption of innovative solutions to enhance overall educational quality

    COMPARISON OF ADALINE AND HEBBIAN ALGORITHMS ON PATTERN RECOGNITION WITH QUANTUM COMPUTING APPROACH

    In this research, a quantum computational approach was employed to enhance the Adaline and Hebbian algorithms. A comparative analysis of these algorithms was conducted, focusing on their performance, specifically the accuracy of test outcomes. The investigation was carried out utilizing a hepatitis prediction dataset comprising data related to individuals diagnosed with hepatitis, with observations on whether they were alive or deceased. The dataset encompassed 19 distinctive symptoms, with 18 symptoms utilized for hepatitis pattern recognition and ten symptoms employed as simulated test data for the Adaline and Hebbian algorithms integrated with quantum computation methodologies. The findings of the study revealed advancements in the Adaline and Hebbian algorithms, as influenced by the integration of a quantum computational framework. Notably, the simulation testing outcomes exhibited a remarkable accuracy rate of 100% for both the Adaline and Hebbian algorithms. Consequently, the results underscore the comparable performance of the two algorithms, highlighting their identical accuracy levels

    Coffee, as the second most traded commodity after petroleum, faces production challenges, especially due to pest or disease attacks on coffee leaves. Therefore, it is important to carry out early detection of the disease in order to minimize the risk and apply special treatment. Automatic detection of disease can be done through the application of Computer Vision technology. However, one of the main challenges faced is the limited training dataset. Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) is a Deep Learning method that is capable of modifying images with high quality. This research aims to synthesize coffee leaf images based on the public Coffee Leaf Disease dataset using the GANs method. Testing was carried out using the RMSProp optimizer, the learning rate was 0.0001 and was carried out for 300 epochs. The architecture built uses 26 layers in the generator model and 15 layers in the discriminator model. The results of the test show that the drilled network obtained an MMSE value of 0.1658, which is not too high because the resulting synthesized image is not very good

    Cyber security is a crucial aspect in today's digital era, especially with the increasing use of electronic transactions in various sectors of society. Through a community service approach, this programme implements a series of counseling activities, and a cybersecurity awareness campaign in Sukun Sub-district. This activity aims to increase cyber security awareness and electronic transactions in Sukun Sub-district, Malang City. The methods used include seminars and distribution of educational materials. Evaluation was conducted to measure the effectiveness of the programme in improving the knowledge and behavior of the community regarding cyber security and electronic transactions. The results of the activity evaluation questionnaire showed a significant increase in community understanding and awareness of cybersecurity threats and steps that can be taken to protect themselves when conducting electronic transactions. In conclusion, the community service approach is an effective strategy in increasing cybersecurity awareness and electronic transactions in Sukun Sub-district, Malang City. It is hoped that this activity can make a positive contribution in creating a safer and more trusted digital environment for the community

    The community service activities carried out focus on the application of renewable energy in the Lumbung Mataraman tourism area, Bendung Village, Semin, Gunungkidul. The community service activities carried out are strategic steps in supporting a sustainable green economy. By utilising appropriate technology (TTG) in the form of solar panels and wind turbines, this area is expected to reduce dependence on fossil energy and increase operational energy efficiency. In addition, the tourism area has the potential to become an educational model on the use of renewable energy, both for local communities and tourists.  The methods used in this research include qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach was conducted through interviews with local stakeholders, such as tourism area managers, communities, and renewable energy experts. In addition, field observations were conducted to understand energy needs and the potential for implementing renewable energy technologies. The quantitative approach involved analysing current energy consumption data and calculating the potential of renewable energy that can be applied, such as solar panels and wind turbines. The results of the activities show that the implementation of renewable energy in Lumbung Mataraman can reduce dependence on fossil energy sources, lower carbon emissions, and provide additional economic benefits through energy cost savings and educational media in the use of renewable energy
