Workplace Environment to Support New Graduate Visiting Nurse
Get PDF本研究は、自らの意思で新卒の段階で訪問看護ステーションでのキャリアを選択し就労継続している新卒訪問看護師を対象に、入職時からこれまでに経験した支援内容を明らかにすることを目的とした。3名（女性1名、男性2名）の新卒訪問看護師を対象に半構成的面接を行った。さらに、新卒訪問看護師が就労継続するための支援内容についての語りに注目し、質的記述的方法を用いて分析を行った。その結果、新卒訪問看護師が経験した支援は、【看護の基本的な知識や技術を在宅看護に応用できる研修体制】、【力量に合わせた訪問先の選択方法】、【安心して単独訪問できるバックアップ体制】、【療養者の個別性や生活を重視した学習支援体制】の4つのカテゴリーから構成されていた。これらのことから、管理者や先輩訪問看護師は、新卒訪問看護師が訪問看護ステーションで就労を継続できるための職場環境として、病院と訪問看護ステーションで協働した教育支援体制や新卒訪問看護師が単独訪問に自信を持ち自律できる受け入れ体制、在宅看護の視点が持てるような思考プロセスへの支援を整備していることが確認された。研究報告Report of researchdepartmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Connection between Children's Life and Childcare Contents “Environment” : From the life and play in infant's garden “Life course” is also in view
Get PDF本稿では子どもが日々通い保育者や友だちと過ごす保育所や幼稚園、そして認定こども園での幼児の生活や遊び等の諸活動を捉え直して保育内容 領域「環境」との繋がりについて考察を加えた。また園での飼育栽培活動に着目し保育内容 領域「環境」との関連や繋がりについて整理して考察を加え、生活科も視野に入れながら課題等を探った。また保育者として自然環境を重要視することの必要性や保育、教育の実践における子どもと自然との関わりに関する留意事項等を整理した。さらに保育を学ぶ学生の自然体験に関する質問紙調査の結果を踏まえ生活科に繋がる領域「環境」についての学生に対する教授及び指導のより良い在り方や授業の課題等を探った。結果、領域「環境」では自然が最も重要視されていることを確認でき、園での飼育栽培活動が子どもの健やかな成長発達に繋がる意義深い取り組みとなってきていることが判った。また質問紙調査の結果から、学生が飼育栽培活動における子どもへの配慮や援助について重視していることが明らかになった。そして乳幼児が園などで自然環境との触れ合いを通して直接体験する内容や環境教育に関わって保育者や教師の果たす役割が大きく重要となることが分かった。In this article, children are going day by day childcare centers and kindergartens spent with their friends and kindergartens, and certifi ed children's garden The activities such as life and play of infants were recaptured and the connection with the “childcare content area” environment was considered. In addition, based on the results of the questionnaire survey on the nature experience of students studying childcare, we explored the better way of teaching and teaching students about the “environment” that leads to the department of life and the problems of lessons etc. As a result, it was confi rmed that nature is regarded as the most important in the domain “environment”, and it was found that the breeding cultivation activity in the garden has become a meaningful effort leading to the child's healthy growth and development. The results of the questionnaire survey also revealed that students emphasize consideration and aid to children in breeding cultivation activities. Get PDF新幼稚園教育要領では「幼児期の終わりまでに育ってほしい姿」のひとつとして文字への関心・感覚を育むことが明記され、小学校で行われる国語科書写への円滑な学習が促されている。また一方で、新教育要領の改善事項のひとつに「我が国や地域社会における様々な文化や伝統に親しむ」という内容がある。文字は日本の文化や伝統に大きく関わるものであり、文字に関する学習は高等学校では芸術科書道として行われ、書の表現や鑑賞とともに書文化や伝統の理解について学習が行われている。日本の文化や伝統を担う書への理解と尊重する態度がより深まるようになるためには、書の感性が幼児期から培われるような文字環境を積極的に考慮していくことが重要である。毛筆による手書き文字に触れることができる文字環境は、生涯にわたる書への感性を開く入り口となるとともに、「水書用筆」での指導が導入された小学校での文字指導へのより円滑な移行をも期待できる。原著Articledepartmental bulletin pape
