Clinical Supervision with Nurses' Work Motivation in Hospital: A Survey Study
Nursing care is a key component of quality healthcare services, ensuring patient satisfaction and meeting hospital needs. However, patient dissatisfaction could reduce the quality of nursing care, caused by low nurses' work motivation. Clinical supervision was a form of coaching that increased nurses' work motivation through formative, restorative, and normative functions. Therefore, this study aimed to identify clinical supervision and work motivation of nurses providing care in Regional General Hospital. A descriptive correlation design was adopted with a cross-sectional method. Data were collected through a survey of 98 impatient nurses selected using simple random sampling. The survey used questionnaires that measured clinical supervision and work motivation, and then bivariate test analysis was carried out with the Spearman rho test. The results showed a significant relationship between clinical supervision and nurses' work motivation (p < 0.05), with a strong relationship strength (r = 0.637). Furthermore, the highest clinical supervision and work motivation were formative and intrinsic, respectively. In conclusion, effective clinical supervision can increase nurses' work motivation during work and contribute to the quality of nursing care in the hospital. This study recommended the continuous implementation of clinical supervision by room managers on an ongoing basis. Strategies for developing clinical supervision for nurses are important to increase nurses' work motivation to have an effective impact on performance in hospital

Penyalahgunaan Kedudukan Komisaris Pt. Condato Grup Indonesia Sebagai Tindakan Ultra Vires (Studi Putusan Nomor 352/Pdt.G/2021/Pn Jkt.Pst)
Abstract The board of commissioners acts as a supervisor and advisor to the board of directors. Commissioners who use their position to provide advice to the board of directors so that the commissioners can take action on behalf of the company without any authority constitute an act of abuse of the commissioner's position to take ultra vires actions. As illustrated in the case of PT. Condato Grup Indonesia (PT.CGI) in Decision Number 352/Pdt.G/2021/PN Jkt.Pst, the commissioners of PT. CGI took action to transfer payments from consumers to their supplier companies and withhold PT. CGI's profits. This study uses a normative legal research method, with a statutory, case and conceptual approach, through a literature study data collection technique that collects data in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials as analyzed using a qualitative analysis approach. Where several legal issues will be studied, namely how ultra vires actions carried out by commissioners can be categorized as abuse of position, how the judge's considerations in deciding whether the elements of an unlawful act in Decision Number 352/Pdt.G/2021/PN Jkt.Pst are fulfilled, and how the legal analysis is of the view that the commissioners of PT. CGI have committed ultra vires actions. This study concludes that commissioners who abuse their positions to influence the board of directors are ultra vires actions, as commissioners of PT. CGI have committed unlawful acts by abusing their authority to divert and withhold the company's profits ultra vires. In this case, ultra vires actions are the cause of the losses incurred by PT. CGI. Therefore, the commissioners are obliged to bear all losses, considering that the consequences of ultra vires actions are not binding on the company because they are null and void and trigger the application of the principle of piercing the corporate veil. Keywords: Position of Commissioner; Abuse; Ultra Vires. CGI timbul. The Validity of Marriage Registration in the Customary Viewpoint Indonesia
This study explores the validity of marriage registration according to customary law in Indonesia and its relationship with national legislation. Marriage registration is a crucial element of the Indonesian legal system, as stipulated in Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, which aims to provide legal certainty, ensure the legal status of children, and protect the civil rights of couples. However, many indigenous communities still hold fast to the tradition that traditional marriage ceremonies are sufficient to legitimize a marriage without requiring official registration. This study found that although customary law recognizes the validity of marriages through traditional rituals, the neglect of official registration with state institutions has legal consequences, such as unclear legal status for spouses and children in inheritance and population administration matters. This research underscores the need for policy integration between customary law and national law to ensure that the rights of indigenous communities remain protected without neglecting formal legal requirements. Potential solutions include public education and simplifying registration procedures to make them more user-friendly for Indigenous peoples
The Indonesian Orthodontists’ Perceptions about malocclusion and postural in Diagnosis: Survey analytic of Malocclusion and posture
The relationship between dental occlusion and posture remain controversial due to the lack of clear cause-and-effect evidence. Scientifically validated and reliable evidence can shape individuals' perceptions and influence their decisions regarding orthodontic treatment. This study aimed to conduct a survey to assess Indonesian orthodontists' perceptions regarding the relationship between malocclusion and posture (both oral and body posture) based on gender and years of professional experience. An online survey was conducted involving orthodontists who attended the Orthodontic Meeting in November based on a 7-item Likert scale modified questionnaire. Levene's test was performed continued with a prerequisite for the Multivariate Analysis of Variance test (p<0.05). The perceptions of 214 active members of the Indonesian Orthodontist Association showed a positive agreement regarding the relationship between malocclusion and posture (both oral and body). There was no significant interaction between gender and perception (p=0.417), nor between years of professional experience as an orthodontist and perception (p=0.182) regarding the relationship between malocclusion and posture. Since this survey-based analytical study found no interaction between gender and years of professional experience in orthodontists' agreement on the premise, these findings should be considered when updating the standard operating procedures curriculum for orthodontic diagnosis and multidisciplinary orthodontic approaches.
