    Peran Generasi Z untuk Bela Negara Serta Pemahaman Nilai Pancasila, dalam Berbangsa dan Bernegara

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran Generasi Z untuk Bela Negara serta pemahaman akan nilai-nila Pancasila sebagai dasar Negara Indonesia dalam berbangsa dan bernegara yang baik sesuai yang telah tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, karena dengan kemajuan Teknologi, peran Generasi Z masih belum memahami arti Pancasila yang benar. Sebagai penerus bangsa harus terus diberikan ilmu pemahaman tentang Pancasila agar para generasi muda Indonesia tidak mudah terpengaruh dengan faham-faham yang dapat menyesatkan demi untuk kepentingan bangsa dan negara Indonesia.   Kata Kunci: Generasi Z, UUD 1945, Bela Negara

    At the beginning of 2020, the world experienced a global disaster which is Covid-19 Pandemic (Coronavirus Disease 2019). This disease is transmitted through droplets of body fluids from the infected. Governments of many countries in the world provide solutions in the form of wearing masks and social distancing. This has great impact on human social activities including elementary school education. To overcome this, online learning methods is implemented (daring) which have a number of advantages and disadvantages compared to offline (luring) methods. This study aims to identify the implementation of online learning in elementary school students due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The study uses literature research by gathering data with documentation techniques that are filtering for data about relevant matters from a variety of documents, books, magazines,  and news. The criteria for selected articles and news are discussion of the impact of COVID-19 and online learning in elementary schools. The results in this study indicate that the impact of COVID-19 on the implementation of online learning in elementary schools can be carried out quite well if there is good collaboration between teachers, students and parents in online learning

    ABSTRACT   Employment law regulates the relationship between workers and employers. The employment relationship occurs because of the employment agreement between the employer and the worker. The failure of the agreement resulting in the release of workers in the form of Termination of Employment, positioning workers as the more disadvantaged party, so that legal protection is needed for workers due to Termination of Work (PHK). The objectives of this study are: 1) to understand the legal protection of workers due to Termination of Employment (PHK) in terms of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, and 2) to find a mechanism for resolving disputes over Termination of Employment (PHK) between workers and companies. The research method uses a normative juridical research approach that examines and analyzes established labor law norms capable of providing legal protection for workers due to termination of employment (PHK).   The conclusion of the research provides an understanding that the legal protection of workers due to termination of employment in terms of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower is carried out by considering social, economic and legal aspects to provide legal certainty for workers and employers are required to comply with the rules given both warnings and sanctions. enforced to be implemented properly. The results of this study found that the settlement mechanism for termination of employment between workers and companies, in accordance with Law Number 13 of 2013 concerning Manpower, begins with Bipartite, if there is no agreement, it is continued with Tripartite in the form of mediation with the government represented by the City Manpower Office/ District, then if there is no agreement, proceed to the Industrial Relations Court for legal remedies in the employment relationship between the workers and employers.   Keywords: Employment, Legal Protection, Workers, Termination of Employmen

    PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN PURWAKARTA

    This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the effectiveness of employees at the Health Office of Purwakarta Regency, West Java. The method used is a survey method. Respondents as many as 40 people were selected randomly (Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling). The instrument uses a questionnaire to collect data on motivation variables, work environment and employee work effectiveness. Data analysis used simple correlation technique, multiple correlation, and multiple regression technique. The results of the study: first, there is an influence of motivation with employee work effectiveness. This means that the higher the employee's motivation, the better the employee's work effectiveness. Vice versa, the lower the employee's motivation, the lower the effectiveness of the employee's work. Second, there is the influence of the work environment on the effectiveness of employees' work. This means that the better the work environment, the better the effectiveness of the employee's work. Vice versa, the less the work environment, the less effective the employee's work. Third, there is the influence of motivation and work environment on the effectiveness of employees' work. It means that the higher the employee's motivation and the better the work environment, the better the employee's work effectiveness. On the other hand, the lower the employee's motivation and the lower the work environment, the less effective the employee's work will be.   &nbsp

    PENDIDIKAN IBU BERSALIN DAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DALAM MEMANFAATKAN FASILITAS PERSALINAN DI PONED PUSKESMAS WANAYASA KABUPATEN PURWAKARTA

    This study aims to determine whether education and family support affect the decision of the mother to utilize birth facilities in the PONED. This research is a quantitative research using questionnaires. Sampling technique in this research using Probability Sampling with technique type Quota sampling. The number of samples is 90 respondents. The dependent variable is the utilization of birthing facilities in PONED whereas education and family support as independent variables. Data analysis was done gradually including univariate, bivariate (chi- square) and multivariate (logistic regression). The average research respondents were about 29.9 years old, with a minimum age of 21 and a maximum age of 45 years. Most of the elementary education is 58 respondents (64.4%). From the result of bivariate test there is significant influence between education to utilization of PONED facility and from variable family support, statistical test results a very significant influence between family support and utilization of PONED. From the multivariate test it was found that education and family support together had an effect on the utilization of birthing facilities at PONED at the Wanayasa Puskesmas. &nbsp

    Koran melakukan reka bentuk untuk memperbaiki perwajahannya agar lebih menarik jika tidak ingin ditinggalkan pembacanya. Mulai dari perubahan desain, layout hingga penyesuaian rubrikasi yang relevan dengan tuntutan perubahan dan diterima khalayak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perwajahan media Koran Pikiran Rakyat (“PR”) di era Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian, Koran “PR” mengubah perwajahan media karena faktor perkembangan teknologi informasi, internet, perubahan budaya baca dan tekanan masa pandemi Covid-19. Penerapan Desain, “PR” mengubah judul berita lebih singkat, ukuran foto besar dan terkait berita, serta memperbanyak infografis. Iklan dan promosi, mengacu stylebook iklan perusahaan. “PR” memilih warna-warna lembut dan hitam-putih. Untuk gaya desain, tampil simpel, namun elegan. Penerapan Layout, “PR” menyajikan halaman khusus pandemi Covid-19 bernama “Ubah Laku”. Inside pages, terjadi perubahan rubrikasi karena halaman berkurang dari 16 menjadi 12. “PR” memperbanyak ruang kosong, perubahan elemen garis dan perubahan kode wartawan. “PR” juga membuat variasi penempatan “Indeks” dan ragam layout halaman

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan program inovasi pembangunan dan pemberdayaan kewilayahan (PIPPK) yang belum berhasil di Kelurahan Kujangsari Kecamatan Bandung Kidul Kota Bandung. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu menurut Edwards III dari faktor-faktor krusial yang mempenggaruhi kebijakan yaitu Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi dan Struktur Birokrasi. Berlandaskan pada pendekatan teori tersebut, peneliti merumuskan proposisi sebagai Implementasi Kebijakan Program Inovasi Pembangunan Dan Pemberdayan Kewilayahan yang berdasarkan pada Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi belum optimalnya pernyataan informasi pihak aparat Kelurahan dengan Masyarakat. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui Studi Literatur (jurnal dan buku), Observasi Partisipan, Wawancara Mendalam dengan para informan dan Dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian di Kelurahan Kujangsari Kota Bandung menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Program Inovasi Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Kewilayahan ( PIPPK ) belum berhasil. Hal tersebut dilihat berdasarkan masih kurangnya tingkat partisipasi masyarakat di dalam kegiatan PIPPK dan tidak melibatkan Masyarakat dalam kegiatannya.   Kata kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, PIPP

    Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan subuah virus yang dapat menyebabkan orang yang terjangkit merasakan sesak nafas, batuk, demam bahkan meninggal. Massa New Normal merupakan peralihan dari kebiasaan baru untuk beradaptasi dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19 dengan menerapkan protokol 3M (Memakai masker, Menjaga jarak dan Mencuci tangan). Fakta yang terjadi masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengimplementasikannya dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Satgas COVID-19 memiliki peran penting dalam melakukan penyampaian pesan mengenai pencegahan COVID-19 kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan pengetahuan berupa pesan-pesan yang disampaikan tentang cara beradaptasi dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19. Dalam memberikan program ini, mesti menyusun strategi komunikasi agar penyebarluasan pesan dapat berlangsung secara efektif dan target yang tepat. Sasaran dari penyebarluasan pesan tersebut yaitu masyarakat Desa Langensari Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencarian fakta, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan pelaporan Strategi Komunikasi dalam Sosialisasi Pencegahan COVID-19 pada Satgas COVID-19 di Desa Langensari Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi deskriptif kualitatif. Obyek penelitian adalah Satgas COVID-19 di Desa Langensari Kecamatan Solokanjeruk Kabupaten Bandung yang ditentukan secara purposif berdasarkan strategi komunikasi. Teknik penumpulan data diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara mendalam sedangkan untuk data penunjang melalui studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pencegahan pandemi COVID-19 yang dilakukan Satgas melalui lima tahapan strategi komunikasi. Pertama, pencarian fakta dilakukan dengan terjun langsung mencari data tentang situasi dan kondisi. Kedua, perencanaan dengan merumuskan strategi komunikasi berdasarkan elemen-elemen komunikasi memilih komunikator yang memiliki kredibilitas, pesan yang digunakan bersifat informatif, persuasif dan edukatif,  komunikan menyesuaikan dengan kerangka referensinya, media yang digunakan WhatsApp dan spanduk, metode komunikasi terdiri dari redundancy dan canalizing. Ketiga, pelaksanaan yang dilakukan Satgas berupa implementasi dari perencanaan masyarakat merasa senang sebagian kegiatan terganggu karena keterbatasan anggaran. Terakhir evaluasi dan pelaporan dilakukan ketika diadakan rapat dengan ketua Satgas dengan mayoritas masyarakat sudah mengimplementasikan protokol Kesehatan 3M meskipun masih terdapat yang melanggar karena Satgas tidak menggunakan teknik koersif.   Kata Kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, COVID-1

    Indonesia as a sovereign state recognizes the existence of human rights (HAM) in Article 28 E paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945), which reads: "Everyone has the right to freedom of association, assembly and expression. ". The Indonesian government has regulated the freedom to express opinions in public as stated in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 1998 concerning Freedom to Express Opinions in Public. One of the ways to implement freedom of expression in public based on Article 9 paragraph (1) of the Law on Freedom of Expressing Opinions in Public, is through demonstrations or demonstrations. This demonstration is usually carried out to support or reject a policy issued by the government or private sector. Based on the results of the author's research, the process of law enforcement against perpetrators of anarchist demonstrations by the Police still has obstacles, namely that the law enforcers when enforcing the law with repressive actions are still referred to as human rights violations, arrogant police, etc. because according to anarchist protesters the freedom to express opinions in public is protected by law. The role of the police has three stages, namely pre-emptive, preventive and repressive. The three things that are most dominantly carried out by the police are persuasive and preventive, in other words, the approach is in the form of negotiation, however repressive actions can be taken if the escalation of protesters has led to illegal acts. : There is that every member of the police is less able to control his emotions towards the situation that has flared up due to protests.
