    This research was carried out at the SAMSAT Joint Office of Central Bandung, Bandung City which was motivated by the fact that an interesting problem was the implementation of the service policy for the extension of vehicle number certificates that was not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine, describe and analyze in depth the implementation of the policy for the renewal of vehicle registration certificates at the SAMSAT Office in Central Bandung. In analyzing the problem under study, the researcher uses George C Edward III's in Nugroho that is based on the factors theoretical approach, the factors of policy implementation consisting of communication, resources, attitude of implementers and bureaucratic structure. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach, as well as sources and data collection techniques using primary and secondary data sources collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique used is through triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the STNK extension service policy will not be more optimal if the 4 main dimensions, communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure are developed by adding one dimension, namely socialization, so the focus of this research will be optimal. &nbsp

    Sistem informasi, komunikasi, dan kemajuan teknologi pada revolusi industri 4.0 berkembang dengan pesat di semua bidang kehidupan, salah satunya bidang pendidikan. Pendidikan sebagai pencetak sumber daya manusia tentu harus peka dan proaktif terhadap segala perubahan yang akan terjadi khususnya dalah hal teknologi. Di revolusi industri 4.0 ini, persaingan sangat ketat dan hanya manusia unggul yang akan mampu beradaptasi dengan segala perubahan saat ini. Sekolah merupakan salah satu tempat dimana terjadi proses edukasi sekaligus penggunaan sistem informasi dan teknologi dalam menjawab tantangan era revolusi industri 4.0 ini. Salah satu implementasinya adalah penggunaan perangkat teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Penggunaan perangkat teknologi informasi dan komputer seperti Microsoft Office dan Camtasia dalam kegiatan belajar dan mengajar menjadi sebuah keharusan agar peserta didik mampu menyerap informasi dengan maksimal dan juga meningkatkan pengalaman belajar dan kreativitas mereka. Penggunaan Microsoft Office dan Camtasia semakin meningkat dengan adanya wabah Covid-19 sejak awal tahun 2020 di Indonesia. Kondisi seperti ini mengharuskan proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring (online). Dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran online, guru diharapkan dapat membuat suasana pembelajaran yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Mengingat fakta di lapangan yang membuktikan bahwa kebanyakan siswa merasa bosan ketika mengikuti pembelajaran online, dibutuhkan usaha ekstra dari para guru untuk mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan mudah dimengerti oleh siswa. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Cahaya Harapan merupakan sekolah swasta di daerah Padalarang yang terus berkembang dengan pendanaan untuk pengembangan infrastruktur maupun sumber daya manusia yang sangat bergantung dari masyarakat, khususnya dari siswa. Karena itu, sekolah ini membutuhkan dorongan dan bantuan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja para SDM, terutama guru, sehingga dapat menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkualitas dalam menjawab tantangan di era revolusi indutri 4.0 ini. Adapun target luaran kegiatan pendampingan bahan ajar berbasis Microsoft Office dan Camtasia ini adalah produk berupa dokumen yang menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru sudah dapat membuat bahan ajar berbasis Microsoft Office dan Camtasia, modul pembelajaran serta publikasi berupa artikel jurnal pada jurnal bereputasi ISSN

    ABSTRACT Restorative Justice is another way of criminal justice that promotes the approach of humanism on the one hand and victims and society on the other hand, as a manifestation of seeking and returning to a pattern of good relations. This process is done through discretion (policy) and diversion, namely the transfer from the criminal justice process to the non-formal process through deliberation. In other words, Child Crimes who are dealing with the law, in the era of legal protection and protection of human rights (HAM), are regulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 on the Juvenile Justice System (UUSPPA), attached to Restorative justice and diversion. In addition, it is also regulated in Law Number 31 of 2014 on the Protection of Witnesses and Victims, as well as Law Number 35 of 2014 on Child Protection. The formulation of the issues concerning the implementation of the SPPA Law, namely how is the application of Restorative Justice on child crime, the readiness of law enforcers, and related institutions, the next, how is the system of punishment and action, and how is the model and concept of protection against the Implementation of Restorative Justice on Child Crime. In this study, researchers used the method of Juridical Normative approach that by analyzing the articles of legislation related to the problems studied. The nature of the research is descriptive analysis, namely to provide as much data as possible about the conditions or symptoms that become the object of research. The research stages are literature study to obtain secondary data derived from primary legal material, secondary law material, tertiary legal material, and through field research, is data analysis without using formulas and figures. The results show that, in the implementation of the criminal justice system of children, in Indonesia, still faces various problems. Existing issues include detention of children who are not in accordance with the procedure, the long trial process ranging from investigations, prosecutions, courts, which ultimately put the convicted child in a penitentiary or returned to society with free judgment, will still leave trauma and negative implications on children. Based on the data obtained, the crime of children in Bandung City in 2017 amounted to 364 cases. Is Needed to know more about the implementation of Diversion and Restorative Justice against child offenders at the investigation stage in Bandung City Diversions, usually, are done in cases of minor crimes or cases of torture or theft. However, for cases of abuse or drugs are all delegated. However, usually, if the perpetrators of children, should be pursued peace. Peace, usually, is advised by the investigator, held first with legal experts in the Police and its decisions are taken in a meeting and usually there is no grace period for how long the peace process will take. However, sometimes in carrying out its duties, the police do not even offer diversion and restorative justice. In addition, the victim's family is also not willing to make peace marked by a statement on the stamp duty that asks the perpetrator to be extremely punished. Based on the findings in the field, the maximum diversion and restorative justice is not done because officials’ lack of the ability of the to understand the concept, so in its application it is rarely done, except the family of the victim or family of the perpetrator who do the peace outside the police. &nbsp

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem informasi pemasaran, dan kualitas pelayanan, dan keputusan pembelian, serta untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh sistem informasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji pada PT. Pemuda Fajar Perkasa di Kodya Bandung. Metode ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode asosiatif. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah konsumen tetap PT. Pemuda Fajar Perkasa di Kodya Bandung. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang dari populasi 66 orang. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara 2 variabel, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pengaruh sistem informasi pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji secara parsial sebesar 35.63%,sehingga sistem informasi pemasaran berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji. Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji secara parsial sebesar 40.82%, sehingga kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji. Pengaruh sistem informasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama (simultan) sebesar 76.4%,sehingga sistem informasi pemasaran dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian gas elpiji.     Akselerasi pembangunan, baik lokal maupun nasional seringkali dihadapkan pada keterbatasan berbagai sumber terutama terutama kemampuan fiansial  pemerintah maupun swasta nasional. Fenomena ini merupakan suatu realitas dan  tantangan bagi pemerintah  sebagai penyedia layanan publik untuk mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sejalan dengan derasnya pengaruh globalisasi teknologi informasi, pembangunan ekonomi dan politik  serta pesatnya pertumbuhan pembangunan di negara-negara maju dan berkembang. Penampilan pemerintahan birokratis serta kebijakan publik yang rigid dengan kontennya yang  sarat dengan akumulasi kepentingan politik sektoral maupun departemental menjadi sorotan dan kritik publik yang mengemuka saat ini, terutama untuk menumbuhkan minat investasi bagi investor dalam maupun luar negeri. Pada tulisan ini diungkap dan dideskripsikan mengenai urgensi reformasi kebijakan publik tingkat lokal serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi investasi serta upaya membangun social capital dalam meningkatkan equity, social cohesive, dan partisipasi masyarakat untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pembangunan di provinsi Jawa Barat.   Kata kunci: Reformasi Kebijakan Publik, Investasi dan Pembangunan

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya kebijakan Undang – Undang No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa dijelaskan bahwa Desa sebagai penyelenggara pemerintahan dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Desa yang dibantu oleh perangkat Desa sebagai unsur penyelenggara pemerintahan Desa. Dalam kehidupan bernegara, pemerintahan sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengatur rakyat, mengayomi rakyat, serta memenuhi kebutuhan rakyat. Adapun permasalahan pada penelitian ini optimalisasi peran Kepala Desa Gunung Masigit dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran kepala Desa sebagai administrator dan supervisior. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian terdiri kepala Desa dan perangkatnya di Desa Gunung Masigit Kecamatan Cipatat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa peran Kepala Desa dapat diukur melalui teori Guest mengenai kebijakan penerapan MSDM yaitu: employee influence (pengaruh karyawan), Human resoursce flow (alur sumber daya manusia), Rewards systems (penghargaan), Work systems (system kerja) Simpulan, dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa belum optimal dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai administrator dan suversior.   Kata kunci: kepala desa, kebijakan MSD

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Staf Humas PT. Biofarma (persero) Bandung. Proses pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui obeservasi terlibat dan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan, sedangkan untuk data penunjang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi hasil penelitian sebelumnya, studi literatur lainnya dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialisasi vaksin Sinovac melalui Instagram @biofarmaid menggunakan Instagram sebagai salah satu media sosialisasinya. Bentuk  sosialisasi vaksin Sinovac melalui Instagram akun @biofarmaid menunjukkan tampilan visual yang menarik dan video informatif dengan durasi yang lebih panjang. Teknik sosialisasi vaksin Sinovac melalui Instagram akun @biofarmaid dalam mendapatkan followers yang lebih untuk mengedukasi masyarakat.     The use of Posyandu services in Indonesia from year to year has decreased by both boys and girls in the span of years and the quality of Posyandu services has also decreased with an indication of a 14% decrease in the coverage of growth monitoring from 2008 and the low ownership of KMS to a decrease of 24% in 2008. At the same time, this cannot be separated from the role of cadres, posyandu components that have a role and at the same time a driving force in providing health services, namely posyandu cadres. This condition shows that the existence of posyandu cadres requires maximum empowerment so that the presence and activity of cadres will certainly greatly affect the quality of posyandu services in each region. This shows the influence of the presence and activity of cadres on the quality of posyandu health services.                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cadre behavior consisting of knowledge, attitudes and practices of posyandu cadres on maternal service satisfaction for infants in Posyandu, Ciamis District, the population was 533 cadres with a total sample of 59 cadres. With quantitative and cross-sectional methods. The results of this study indicate that the knowledge, attitudes and practices of posyandu cadres in the Ciamis sub-district are in sufficient category which is associated with satisfaction with posyandu services for mothers of children under five and the correlation results between research variables have a relationship or influence between knowledge, attitudes and practices of cadres on service satisfaction.     Social Media has an important role during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely by facilitating new forms of social interaction, dialogue, information exchange and collaboration. It enables all users and organizations in the world to exchange ideas, post comments, and participate in activities and events and share their wider interests. At the same time, such a phenomenon has led to a significant increase in criminal activity by perpetrators who are increasingly sophisticated in their attempts to use technology to evade detection. In Indonesia, the trend of cyber crime is increasing with various types of crime. Many people take irresponsible actions through social media and can avoid punishment because these actions are carried out in cyberspace, while people are affected by direct material and moral losses. This is certainly unfair, so it is necessary to educate the public on healthy behavior using social media and acting wisely. If a crime is committed, an investigation of digital evidence can be carried out so that it can be sued in accordance with the applicable ITE law By promoting healthy behavior on social media and explaining the steps of digital investigations to the public, it is hoped that it can suppress crime in cyberspace and obtain optimal benefits from social media.
