Full text linkTujuan Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan melatih keterampilan kepada guru-guru Sekolah dasar dan menengah Muhamadiyah di Kecamatan Cilawu Kabupaten Garut dalam mengajarkan materi pecahan dengan metode matematika Gasing. Mengajar matematika dengan metode yang menyenangkan merupakan suatu metode yang harus dimiliki oleh seluruh guru matematika yang mengajar pada sekolah dasar dan menengah. Metode matematika Gampang, Asyik dan Menyenangkan (GASING) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat membuat siswa belajar gampang dan menyenangkan terlebih di sekolah dasar. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan secara langsung (tatap muka) kepada guru SD dan SMP di ruangan (secara teori) dan dilakukan bimbingan langsung cara mengajarkan bilangan pecahan dengan metode gasing. Full text linkThe number of crimes of sexual violence against children in Indonesia is very high, the government is very concerned about this, thus issuing a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Perpu) on Child Protection, which regulates the punishment for castration for these perpetrators, this Perpu was then promulgated by law. Act 17/2016, and the technical implementation of this castration action will be regulated in a government regulation that will be made next, however until June 2020, the Government Regulation which will regulate how the technical implementation of castration has not been published, so this will cause several problems. law, How is the execution of castration in Indonesia, How is the effect of castration punishment in terms of the objective aspect of the punishment against perpetrators of crimes of sexual violence against children in Indonesia.The approach method used in this research is the normative juridical approach, which is a study that emphasizes statutory regulations to study problems by finding legal regulations that aim to discover legal principles and theories which are then established in practice. The research specification is descriptive analytical, which describes and analyzes problems based on relevant laws and regulations, so that legal facts can be obtained in society. The data collected were analyzed using qualitative juridical analysis methods, namely the data obtained were arranged systematically, then described in narrative form without using statistical formulas or figures.In its implementation, the castration sentence stipulated in the Child Protection Law has encountered difficulties, because the technical rules for its implementation which will be made in the form of government regulations until June 2020 have not been published, the prosecutor as executor of the sentence on the court's decision should continue to carry out the judge's decision immediately castration punishment as regulated by law needs to be implemented immediately in accordance with the statutory order. The current trend for sexual violence against children has not decreased, however, it cannot always be said that castration is ineffective, because the implementation of the sentence has not been carried out until June 2020 ,. In addition to the chemical castration punishment, which has a temporal effect, it should also be imitated as in the United States, that the punishment for perpetrators of sexual violence against children is cumulative, this is done because the effects of this crime of sexual violence are very destructive, so that the sentence imposed can reach limit of 200 years imprisonment, so the possibility of the perpetrator committing the crime again is almost impossible, and if there is an error in the verdict, it will be easy to carry out rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study is to examine the magnitude of the effect of Service Quality and Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The theory used in this research is the theory of Service Quality, Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty.
The research method used in this research is descriptive research method verification, with data analysis techniques using path analysis (path analysis). To determine how big influence of independent variable to dependent variable either partially or simultaneously, then do regression analysis. Meanwhile, to determine whether or not the relationship between independent variables and partially bound, then tested by using the method of correlation partial and Rank Spearman correlation. Furthermore, to test the relationship of research variables simultaneously performed using multiple correlation.
Based on the result of research, Quality of Service variable, Corporate Image give influence to Customer Loyalty. This indicates that the Quality of Service and Corporate Image customer's relation can contribute and influence to the creation of loyalty or not from the customer.

Full text linkEra globalisasi ditandai dengan merebaknya penggunaan sarana komunikasi, informasi, dan keterkaitan serta ketergantungan antar bangsa dan antar manusia di seluruh dunia sehingga batas-batas suatu negara menjadi semakin sempit. Pemerintah telah menjamin keterbukaan informasi publik melalui Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 14 Tahun 2008, setiap informasi publik harus dapat diperoleh dengan cepat, tepat waktu dan biaya ringan dan cara yang sederhana. Kajian ini mengambil judul “Keterbukaan Komunikasi Layanan Publik Serta Partisipasi Masyarakat di Era Globalisasi”. Fokus kajian bagaimana keterbukaan komunikasi layanan publik dan partisipasi masyarakat di era globalisasi. Salah satu fungsi pemerintah adalah memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat (public service) atau pelayanan umum. Untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) dituntut membuat situs web yang kapan saja bisa diakses oleh masyarakat kecuali informasi yang dikecualikan. The purpose of this study (1) to determine the impact of vulnerabilities on local networks, (2) to know the implementation of security in the form of NIDN, NIPS, Snort, suricata and Pfsense to maintain data confidentiality, data authenticity and data availability.
OWASP Top 10 method with data collection Prepare, Plan, Design, Implementation, Operation, Optimization. The results of the study showed that vurnerability assessment has different values from difficult level with a value of 1 to easy with a value of 3 in network attacks through OWASP Top 10, as well as with the implementation of NIDS, NIPS in Snort, suricata and Pfsense can detect and provide protection, defense from DdoS attackers, Sniffing Attack and Scanner Attack on lan network of Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon. In conclusion, in the implementation of NIDS, NIPS Snort, Suricata and PfSense is very effective in restraining and resisting attackers in the network of Muhammadiyah University of Cirebon
Peningkatan Komunikasi Merek dan Pemasaran Digital Bagi UMKM

Para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan usahanya sudah tentu mempunyai merek yang ingin dikenal banyak orang serta produk yang dipasarkan pun ingin terjual banyak. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu tujuan utama dari usaha itu sendiri. Merek yang menarik serta pemasaran yang massif menjadi salah satu senjata dalam mengembangkan usaha melalui internet secara digital. Namun masih banyak para pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami tentang strategi dan proses branding produknya secara digital serta bagaimana hal tersebut berdampak pada pemasaran digital.. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode daring dalam dua sesi kegiatan. Pertama kegiatan pelatihan daring kepada mitra pengabdian. Materi dalam pelatihan daring ini merupakan kolaborasi antara UNLA dan DIKSI. Kedua adalah webinar mengenai digital branding dan marketing yang bekerjasama dengan DIKSI, sebuah NGO yang peduli terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Through hydroponic plant processors on limited land it provides a special attraction for visitors / tourists. This article reviews how the socialization and outreach activities of hydroponic planting media to residents of RW 28 Cimekar Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency. The goal is to generate a climate for agricultural tourism in Cimekar Village and increase employment and income for the surrounding community. The method used is one of them by directly visiting the community which is concentrated in several places to conduct counseling. Socialization activities are carried out by conducting direct simulations on how hydroponic plant technology is able to develop in limited land. The result is that the community feels how the transfer of technology for this hydroponic growing media can be easily practiced
Penataan Taman Bermain Anak di Kawasan Sempadan Sungai Cikapundung RW 06 Kelurahan Balong Gede Bandung
Full text linkThe issue of riverbank in Bandung city still leaves unending problems recently as well as RW 06 Balong Gede sub district. The lack of quality and quantity of open public space were caused by the dense of city centre settlement. The riverbank of RW 06 Balong Gede sub district is an active connecting path between Lengkong and Pungkur street so it is not safe enough for the children to play. The riverbank of Cikapundung is currently used for composting area, storing building material, sitting area and the street vendors. Condition of the sitting area has not been proper to use because of its damage and the lack of roof cover. The UNLA abdimas team try to help RW 06 community in composing planning concepts and the structure of organization for Taman Si Indung Jembar management. The identification process of needed space and space mapping were held through forum discussion group with the community. The planning concept is socialized and discussed with the community by participatory planning to achieve design concept according to user requirements. After the retaining wall development as the government aided, the playground become main priority to build. Si Indung Jembar Park for now has been built although there are many changes in construction actually due to cost and the park element provided. The other functions that have not been realized yet will be developed and built gradually in the next period.
Permasalahan ruang sempadan sungai di Kota Bandung hingga saat ini masih meninggalkan persoalan yang tidak kunjung selesai, seperti halnya di RW 06 Kelurahan Balong Gede. Kurangnya kuantitas dan kualitas ruang terbuka publik akibat padatnya lahan permukiman di pusat kota Bandung. Sempadan sungai di RW 06 Kelurahan Balong Gede juga merupakan jalur penghubung utama aktif antara Jalan Lengkong dan Pungkur, sehingga mengurangi kenyamanan bermain bagi anak-anak. Sempadan sungai Cikapundung saat ini sebagian dimanfaatkan oleh penduduk untuk fungsi pembuatan kompos, penyimpanan bahan bangunan, ruang duduk dan area berdagang pedagang kaki lima. Kondisi sebagian ruang duduk pun sudah tidak lagi memadai untuk digunakan karena kerusakan tempat duduk dan tidak adanya penutup atap. Untuk itu tim abdimas LPM Universitas Langlangbuana mencoba membantu masyarakat RW 06 dalam menyusun konsep perencanaan pemanfaatan sempadan sungai tersebut dan struktur organisasi lembaga yang akan mengelola Taman Wisata Si Indung Jembar. Proses identifikasi kebutuhan ruang dan pemetaan lokasi dilakukan bersama Ketua RW, para Ketua RT dan masyarakat lainnya melalui diskusi kelompok (FGD). Konsep perencanaan sempadan sungai disosialiasikan dan didiskusikan bersama masyarakat (participatory planning) untuk mencapai gambaran desain yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan/keinginan masyarakat. Sebagai lanjutan dari pembuatan kirmir yang sudah dilakukan atas bantuan Pemerintah, taman bermain anak menjadi skala prioritas yang akan dibangun dalam perencanaan Taman Si Indung Jembar.Taman bermain anak tersebut kini sudah selesai dibangun walaupun ada sedikit perbedaan dengan desain dan harapan karena keterseddiaan elemen pelengkap taman dan biaya. Fungsi -fungsi lain yang belum terwujud selanjutnya secara bertahap akan dilaksanakan di periode mendatang

Full text linkThe Effect of Work Motivation and Leadership Style and Their Contribution to the Performance of Medical Record Employees at the Karawang Regency Hospital. (Research on Medical Record Installation Staff at RSUD Kab. Karawang).
This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between work motivation and leadership style on the performance of employees of the Karawang Hospital Medical Record Installation. The data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and carried out on 42 employees of the Medical Record Installation at the Karawang Hospital. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 15. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing technique used in this study includes validity tests with statistical analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach's Alpha. F test and t test to test and prove the research hypothesis.
The results of the analysis show that work motivation and leadership style have a significant influence on employee performance.

PENGARUH TAYANGAN YOUTUBE SARA WIJAYANTO TERHADAP SIKAP KEPERCAYAAN PADA HAL MISTIS DIMODERASI OLEH RELIGIUSITAS
Full text linkKetidaktahuan masyarakat terhadap konsep mistis yang sebenarnya, membuat penasaran dengan tayangan-tayangan yang menggunakan tema mistis. Meski tayangan tersebut dinilai memberikan dampak negatif, masyarakat tetap menyukai tayangan tersebut karena dianggap dapat menjawab ketidaktahuan masyarakat akan hal mistis. Tayangan mistis kini merambah ke platform media sosial Youtube dengan jumlah subscribers mencapai lebih dari satu juta. Tayangan mistis di Youtube dianggap memberikan dampak positif bagi penontonnya. Peneliti memilih kanal Youtube Sara Wijayanto, karena memiliki subscribers terbanyak diantara kanal yang lain dan memiliki banyak respon positif di kolom komentar video. Sebagai tontonan publik yang digemari oleh masyarakat, tayangan tersebut berpotensi dalam memengaruhi sikap kepercayaan penontonnya pada hal mistis. Namun sikap kepercayaan penontonnya pada hal mistis dimoderasi oleh tingkat religiusitas yang dapat memperkuat atau melemahkan pengaruh tayangan Youtube Sara Wijayanto terhadap sikap kepercayaan pada hal mistis. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah religiusitas memoderasi pengaruh tayangan Youtube Sara Wijayanto terhadap sikap kepercayaan pada hal mistis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 orang subscribers berusia 20 - 40 tahun, serta diuji menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa tingkat religiusitas memoderasi secara negatif dan signifikan pada pengaruh tayangan Sara Wijayanto terhadap sikap kepercayaan pada hal mistis
