No full textDeeds made before a Notary against certain legal acts may be parties who are perpetrators of money laundering crimes who utilize the services of a Notary, this action is carried out by the perpetrator so that the money laundering transaction avoids legal entanglements due to the confidentiality of the position owned by the Notary. Notaries may be caught up in acts of inclusion in criminal acts, especially in corruption crimes that have characteristics in terms of subjects, objects and deeds and are carried out by people who have special skills or have the authority, opportunity or means that exist in them because of their position or position. The method used in this study is empirical juridical, which is research that seeks to connect the prevailing legal norms with the reality that exists in society. The research specifications used are descriptive analytical which is expected to be able to provide a detailed, systematic, and comprehensive picture of all related matters. The results showed that a new Notary can be held accountable if he has made a mistake or committed an act that violates laws and regulations. The imposition of criminal sanctions against notaries can be carried out as long as the restrictions as mentioned above are violated. Aspects of legal protection for Notaries related to the relationship between criminal law institutions are in connection with the right to deny Notaries that must be carried out and the presence of the Honorary Notary Assembly is an effort made by the government in providing a form of legal protection for notaries in carrying out their duties as general officials. Akta yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris terhadap perbuatan hukum tertentu dapat saja para pihak yang merupakan pelaku tindak pidana pencucian uang yang memanfaatkan jasa Notaris, perbuatan ini dilakukan pelaku agar transaksi pencucian uang tersebut terhindar dari jeratan hukum karena adanya kerahasiaan jabatan yang dimiliki Notaris. Notaris dapat saja tersangkut pada tindakan penyertaan dalam tindak pidana terlebih dalam tindak pidana korupsi yang memiliki karakteristik dari segi subjek, objek dan perbuatan serta dilakukan oleh orang yang memiliki keahlian khusus atau mempunyai kewenangan, kesempatan atau sarana yang ada padanya karena jabatan atau kedudukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menghubungkan antara norma hukum yang berlaku dengan kenyataan yang ada di masyarakat. Spesifikasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitis yang diharapkan mampu memberi gambaran secara rinci, sistematis, dan menyeluruh mengenai segala hal yang berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Notaris baru dapat diminta pertanggunngjawabannya apabila telah melakukan kesalahan atau melakukan perbuatan yang melanggar peraturan perundang-undangan. Penjatuhan sanksi pidana terhadap Notaris dapat dilakukan sepanjang batasan-batasan sebagaimana tersebut diatas dilanggar. Aspek perlindungan hukum terhadap Notaris terkait dengan hubungan pranata hukum pidana ialah sehubungan dengan hak ingkar Notaris yang harus dilaksanakan serta kehadiran Majelis Kehormatan Notaris ini merupakan upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam memberikan suatu bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi notaris dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya sebagai pejabat umum.

Full text linkThe government has declared the Covid-19 pandemic a national disaster. Since then, various regulations related to preventing the spread of Covid-19 have been issued. The government's policy must be followed by the whole community. Policy socialization can be adopted more quickly with community participation. First, by participating in implementing the policy and second, participating in disseminating the policy. PMI as a national humanitarian institution also plays a role. Through PMI's SIBAT Team, government policies can be disseminated to the public. The PKM team then helped train the SIBAT team in order to increase their capacity and assist in the implementation of community-based outreach programs. After training and mentoring, there is a program of activities held in the context of socializing and educating health protocols, especially for school children, carried out by the SIBAT team where PKM is carried out.

Full text linkPenelitian ini bertema interaksi simbolik pembelajaran daring/online selama masa pandemik Covid-19 yang melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam komunikasi interaktif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (Fisip) Universitas Langlangbuana (Unla) Bandung. Hasil penelitian terkait pemanfaatan TIK menjelaskan bahwa perangkat lunak, perangkat keras, dan keterampilan pihak pengajar dan pembelajar dalam menghadapi kelas online harus terus dikembangkan dan diperbarui. Terkait metode dan teknik pengajaran online, perlu disepakati dan dikembangkan teknik pengajaran khusus dengan dukungan alat bantu pengajaran berupa fisik maupun virtual. Begitupun juga dengan sistem pembelajaran yang menggunakan aplikasi untuk memudahkan kegiatan belajar dan mengajar (KBM). Terakhir, bahwa pengajar harus memiliki pemahaman memadai dalam menyampaikan simbol-simbol ketika berkomunikasi dengan pembelajar yang memiliki latar belakang kultural yang berbeda. Sebagai pisau analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teori modal sosial dimana terjalin kerjasama antara individu dan kelompok sosial untuk mencapai tujuan serta memecahkan suatu masalah melalui nilai-nilai sosial yang ada di masyarakat. Diharapkan pembelajar serta institusi penyelenggara dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan program belajar-mengajar baik dari segi teknis, metode, dan pemahaman antarbudaya

Cybercrime law enforcement often creates controversy among the public, this is because on the one hand conveying something, whether criticizing or arguing against something, is still vulnerable to someone being punished even though someone issues an opinion or assessment that aims to build and does not intend to defame dignity. or degrade the dignity of the criticized, on the other hand this is protected and passed by law.
Based on this phenomenon, this study will examine the enforcement and application of law in cybercrimes through a progressive legal approach. The research method used is a combination of a normative approach and an empirical method. By combining these two methods, namely seeing the reality on the ground by explaining the provisions in the applicable laws and regulations.
The results of this study indicate that the enforcement of cybercrime, especially defamation, and the implementation of several articles on cybercrime have been agreed to serve as implematic guidelines for law enforcers. Cybercrime of defamation in Indonesia mainly must be underlined and remembered that the law is for humans, not humans for the law, from this explanation it can be concluded that law can create an atmosphere of happiness, prosperity and provide a sense of security for every human being who is facing it.

No full textThe process of research of the issue regarding involvement of foreigners in the provision of legal services in each country is related to research on the national law applicable in that country and international legal norms as well. In this article, the questions mentioned above will be considered based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia in compare with several other countries regarding advocacy as legal assistance institution including the issue of the status of advocates, their rights and obligations, differences between the status of advocates and foreign advocates, rights and obligations of foreign advocates, involvement of foreign lawyers in litigation processes, law enforcement, their role as members of legal association or association of professional experts and various other issues. Because this article is a short and preliminary study, it is not possible to make full and complex research related to this question, but the purpose of this research is to provide an overview of the legal perspectives regarding the involvement of foreigners in national advocacy compared with some other countries and to show the similarities and differences with the same legal regulations presented in Indonesian Law.
The legal position prevailing in other countries can serve as the basis for the following research which explores the subject matter from a theoretical point of view and, as a practical goal, progressive things from the legal experience of other countries can serve as a starting point for perfecting national legislation in the future

Glamorous camping adalah kegiatan berkemah dengan fasilitas yang sudah disediakan, tetapi semewah-mewahnya tempat camping tidak akan senyaman saat kita beraktivitas dan beristirahat dirumah. yang tetap membuat Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi verbal dan komunikasi nonverbal komunikasi kelompok event glamorous camping pada komunitas jeep ex-militer di Cikole Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian studi deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah anggota Komunitas Jeep ex-Militer yang mengikuti event glamorous camping berdasarkan makna komunikasi kelompok. Proses pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, dan pengamatan terhadap informan, sedangkan untuk data penunjang diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi hasil penelitian sebelumnya, studi literatur lainnya, dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perilaku Komunitas Jeep ex-Militer bahwa para anggota komunitas mengeluarkan seruan ajakan bersemangat saat membuka interaksi dengan anggota lain. Pembicaraan yang diselipkan candaan-candaan untuk menambah keakraban di komunitas. Mereka tidak pilih-pilih dalam membentuk hubungan antar anggota lainnya. Kesamaan hobby pada mobil mereka bisa berbagi pengetahuan, dan menjadi media hiburan para anggota yang mengikuti event glamorous camping, sehingga adanya kebersamaan yang nyaman, membuat kekeluargaan makin erat dan kohesivitas yang tinggi diantara para anggota Komunitas Jeep ex-Militer.

Full text linkThe location of Rumahku Hijau is located in Cikaret Village, Cipedes District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java. Rumahku Hijau is engaged in plant cultivation, manufacture of organic fertilizers, manufacture of organic pesticides. Rice fields and animal cultivation areas such as birds, rabbits, goats and others. During the visit there were several problems, namely landslides and it was difficult for farmers to bring their agricultural products to the barn, because of the location of the rice fields and barns which were separated by the Cidadap river. That way, in carrying out this community service, we want to design a simple steel bridge and use gabion to overcome landslides. It is hoped that farmers will not have to go around the Cidadap river to reach the barn and be safe from landslides
PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KOMPETENSI, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA PENDIDIK (GADIK) DI PUSDIK INTELIJEN POLRI
No full textThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect organization culture, competency, and work motivation toward performance of educator. The research was conducted using quantitative opprocach. The population in this study were 205 educators at the Pusdik Intelijen Polri. Selected sample by using simple random sampling technique as much as 51 educators. The data obtained with questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression model and path analysis.
The result of this research finding show that organization culture, competency, and work motivation have positive direct effect toward performance. Organizational culture, competence, and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect of 86,7% on the educator’s performance. Partialy, organizational culture has positive effect of 36,4% on the educator’s performance, competence has positive effect of 32,1% on the educator’s performance, and work motivation has a positive effect of 18,2% on the educator’s performance. Based on the results of this reseacrh, performance of educators at Pusdik Intelijen Polri can be improved by increasing the strength of organizational culture, competence, and work motivation.

Hasil produksi Zahrah Farm saat ini dipasaran secara tradisional dan dilakukan secara pasif yaitu menunggu order dari konsumen (pelanggan). Namun bila dilakukan pengamatan dari segi pontensi pasar, produk hasil budi daya Zahrah Farm ini sangat potensial serta merupakan usaha yang menjanjikan. Namun di masa normal saja UMKM mengalami berbagai tantangan baik dari sisi persaingan usaha, disparitas produksi, permodalan, litbang, pemasaran dan konsumen, apalagi dimasa wabah covid-19 ini menambah sektor usaha kecil mikro mengalami tekanan yang sangat berat. Namun tentu semua ini harus disikapi sebagai tantangan (challange) bagi dunia usaha, karena dengan sikap inilah sektor usaha kecil mikro ini dapat menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam memajukan usaha. Atas dasar tersebut maka dilakukanlah proses analisis dengan metode kuantitatif case studies menggunakan instrumen wawancara, studi pustaka, studi dokumen.
