Efforts to improve service quality can be carried out by developing human resources through technical and theoretical trainings and compiling models and strategies for public services in each service organization unit. Service models and strategies that are more operational and implementative as a solution to improving the quality of public services are also a way to bring together the expectations of the community and the expectations of service providers in being accountable to the mandate or to the community directly

    In the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 Regarding Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Education Graduates, there is a skill dimension where one of the objectives is that students are expected to have critical thinking and acting skills with scientific skills. In implementing the Permendikbud, the government is fixing HOTS-based educational evaluation standards in every activity, both semester exams and national level exams for SMA and SMK equivalent. HOTS is high-level thinking by carrying out measurement tasks through steps of analyzing, evaluating and creating conceptual and procedural knowledge or metacognitive. Facts in the field based on the analysis show that students are still weak in higher order thinking skills (HOTS) and teachers have difficulty in designing and implementing HOTS-based evaluations. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training in the preparation of HOTS-based evaluation tools in the learning process. The training and mentoring method is carried out with the in-service training pattern which is carried out in classical presentation, as well as the on-the-job learning pattern or independent mentoring at the training participants' assignments as the implementation of training held at SMKS Putra Padjdjaran 2, Bandung City. The output targets have been achieved, namely (1) an article entitled Making and Implementing HOTS-based Evaluation in Learning submitted to the Tri Bhakti Journal of Langlangbuana University,(2) photo documentation of the implementation, (3) draft teaching materials/modules entitled HOTS-based evaluation, (4) ) the increasing knowledge and ability of teachers of SMKS Putra Padjadjaran 2 Bandung in making and implementing HOTS-based evaluation tools in learning as an effort to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes.   Key Word Learning Evaluation; HOTS &nbsp

    PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise founded in 1906 with initial objective was to provide the delivery of mail and package service. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) monopolized that industry until 1995 but underwent decline mainly because the emergence of it’s competitors which utilized the advancement of IT faster. The loss of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) against it’s competitors have many reasons, mainly from management side. This research is meant to prove it by observing from the financial aspect and also searching for other factors which influencing that phenomena. Thus the writer formulized the following problems: What is the influence of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity to Financial Performance be it partially or simultaneously and the purpose of the research is to determine the influence of Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity to Financial Performance be it partially or simultaneously. This research is categorized as Descriptive Quantitative with two data sources which are primary data from interview with Accounting Manager and Accounting Management of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) and secondary data from financial reports and their restatements from 2008-2016. The method of data analysis is Path Analysis and statistical calculation was done with SPSS ver.24. The result of the research discovered that Liquidity has positive influence to Financial Performance, Solvency has negative influence to Financial Performance, Activity has positive influence to Financial Performance, and simultaneously Liquidity, Solvency, and Activity have positive influence to Financial Performance

    This research is designed to improve process's quality and student's achievement and speaking learning using in application of cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media. This research was conducted for two cycler in the ninth grade of SMP Negeri 1 Sukabumi City. The class consist of 23 boys and 22 girls. Many procedures in this research. Firstly, planning plan. Secondly, implementation, and thirdly, observation or reflection. From the first cycle to the end we use to get data was analyzed qualitatively. The result can be looked of that the application of cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media can improve English speaking skill. According to the result have gotten can be conclution firsly. Cybernetic theory and visual illustration media can improve studen's skill for speaking English. Secondly, cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media can be improve student's creative's or get more spirit for creative speaking. Based and the last result, the researcher proposes some suggestions. 1. An English teachers is suggested to use the apllication of cybernatic learning theory and visual illustration media for learning speaking. 2. An English teacher is suggested to create for interesting class to the student's like to stay in it and study better

The purpose of this study is to examine the magnitude of the effect of Service Quality and Corporate Image on Customer Loyalty. The theory used in this research is the theory of Service Quality, Corporate Image and Customer Loyalty. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method verification, with data analysis techniques using path analysis (path analysis). To determine how big influence of independent variable to dependent variable either partially or simultaneously, then do regression analysis. Meanwhile, to determine whether or not the relationship between independent variables and partially bound, then tested by using the method of correlation partial and Rank Spearman correlation. Furthermore, to test the relationship of research variables simultaneously performed using multiple correlation. Based on the result of research, Quality of Service variable, Corporate Image give influence to Customer Loyalty. This indicates that the Quality of Service and Corporate Image customer's relation can contribute and influence to the creation of loyalty or not from the customer. &nbsp

    Employee loyalty is very important for the company, as the employee with high loyalty tend to do good performance and always willing to maintain and defend the company. Based on observations, there are indications that the employee loyalty of PT Veritra Sentosa Internasional is decreasing as seen from the high level of employee turnover which is influenced by placements that are not in accordance with their competencies and it is also affected by lack of job satisfaction. Based on this background, this study aims to find out and examine job satisfaction and its effect on employee loyalty. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The data used are primary data which is collected through questionnaires. The samples used in this study were 136 employees of PT Veritra Sentosa Internasional. The results showed that job satisfaction affect employee loyalty. Furthermore, competence, placement and job satisfaction all together affect employee loyalty simultaneously. Based on the regression analysis it is found out that the regression coefficient is positive, so it can be concluded that the better of job satisfaction, the higher the employee loyalty will be

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Pengendalian Internal Terhadap Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pada PT. Massindo Karya Prima Bandung.   Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini yaitu budaya organisasi dan pengendalian internal. Untuk variabel terikat pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 35 pada karyawan PT. Massindo Karya Prima Bandung. Uji statistik yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi dan Uji t, di olah secara statistik menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. (2) Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini menemukan penafsiran baru terhadap ayat -ayat al-Qur’an tentang hak politik perempuan dengan menggunakan analisa teologi feminis. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif analitis, teknik pencarian data studi kepustakaan, teknik analisa datanya content anaysis, dan sumber data primernya penafsiran dari ulama klasik dan kontemporer tentang ayat-ayat hak politik perempuan, sumber data sekundernya buku dan jurnal tentang teologi feminis dan hak politik perempuan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) penggunaa analisa teologi feminis terhadap ayat-ayat al-Qur’an tentang hak poitik perempuan dapat menghasilkan legitimasi relegius bahwa perempuan bisa menjadi pemimpin baik di wilayah domestik maupun publik (2) Teologi feminis sebagai wordview dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an, pada prakteknya meniscayakan analisa gender sebagai pendekatan dalam menafsir ayat-ayat tentang hak politik perempuan. (3) Penggunaan analisa gender dalam penafsiran ayat-ayat tentang hak politik perempuan menghasilkan penafsiran yang berbeda secara vis a vis dengan penafsiran yang patriarkal. (4) tafsir al-Qur’an dengan perspektf teologi feminis memberikan alternatif solusi pada persoalan kemanusiaan secara universal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan perspektif teologi feminis dalam penafsiran ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan hak politik perempuan dapat menghasilkan penafsiran yang adil gender, sehingga dapat terpenuhinya hak politik perempuan, juga dapat mendukung tercapainya tujuan pemberdayaan perempuan (women empowering)
