Get PDFThe research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 389 restaurant visitors. Data analysis techniques using Conjoint Analysis. This study uses qualitative methods, which have natural characteristics as a direct, descriptive data source, the process is more important than the results, analysis in qualitative research tends to be done in inductive analysis and meaning is essential. Data collection in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the data analysis are in the form of exposure relating to the situation being studied and presented in the form of narrative descriptions. The results of the research in the field show that BUMDesa in Gudangkahuripan Village, Kec. Lembang Kab. West Bandung shows quite encouraging developments, especially in the PAM, Trade, Tourism, Parking, Animal Husbandry and Copy Photo sectors (although management is not fully managed by BUMDesa). But in the agricultural sector it can be said that it has not been touched at all. With the establishment of BUMDesa, the level of economic growth in the community feels better, but unfortunately the economic growth has not been evenly felt by most farmers, especially in terms of minimal capital and insights into traditional gardening techniques

Mata pencaharian masyarakat pada umumnya bergerak di sektor pertanian. Keberlangsungan mata pencaharian pada sektor pertanian sangat dipengaruhi oleh musim, modal, dan teknologi yang digunakan. Ketika faktor-faktor tersebut tidak mendukung, para petani menganggur dan mengakibatkan menurunnya sumber penghasilan keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM yaitu Studi Kasus yang terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis objek mitra, sosialisasi dan identifikasi, praktik dan pendampingan usaha, pembukaan jejaring / mitra dan penjualan serta pemanfaatan E-Commerce sebagai media pemasaran kepada konsumen/agen. Pendampingan perintisan usaha pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat bekerja sama dengan Unit Usaha Masjid (UUM) Al Hikmah dalam mendukung perkembangan ekonomi syariah. Pemberdayaan juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan peran aktif masyarakat serta berupaya untuk menggali potensi akan sumber daya yang ada dan meningkatkan produktivitas serta kesejahteraan masyarakat

No full textThe fairly good economic conditions then stimulated entrepreneurs to invest, especially in modern industries. One of the cafe and restaurant businesses that are currently popping up is a cafe with a coffee shop concept or coffee shop. One aspect that is used by the public as a customer in choosing a place to enjoy coffee is by comparing the value received by the customer (customer value). However, now customers also tend to choose places to carry out their consumption activities. The factors of the place are part of the store atmosphere. Customer assessment also relates to the quality of service or service quality provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of store atmosphere on customer value, the effect of service quality on customer value, and to know the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on customer value. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The number of samples used in this study were 100 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study was SEM-PLS. The results showed that the results of the t test obtained a value of tcount (3.373)> t table (1.96), so that it could be said that there was a significant influence on the Store atmosphereter towards the Value of the customer. The results of the t test obtained a value of tcount (2.716)> ttable (1.96), so that it can be said that there is a significant effect of service quality on customer value and the value of R square for customer value of 0.519. This shows that the customer value variable can be influenced by the Store Atmosphere and Service Quality variables with a magnitude of influence of 51.9%. Suggestions in this study are Store atmosphere and service quality needs to be maintained and continuously improved because it will have an impact on customer value, future research should use different samples and from different organizations, and further researchers are expected to be able to examine with other variables outside variables that have been studied so that they can obtain more varied results that can affect customer value
HOMESCHOOLING DI KELUARGA PENGHAFAL AL-QURAN
Get PDFKeluarga harus mengetahui alasan yang tepat mengapa memilih metode Homeschooling dalam proses hafalan Al-Quran. Ayah dijadikan sebagai sosok utama dalam proses hafalan Quran, teknik komunikasi yang diterapkan, intensitas belajar, kurikulum dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan Homeschooling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan keluarga memilih ayah sebagai sosok utama dalam proses hapalan Al-Quran adalah adanya kesadaran bahwa pendidikan zaman Rasulullah berasal dari rumah, sekolah formal memiliki dampak negatif, dan adanya tekanan secara psikologis. Alasan ayah dipilih keluarga sebagai sosok utama dalam proses hapalan Al-Quran adalah karena Ayah Aries mendapatkan motivasi sebagai orangtua untuk mengajarkan Al-Quran pada anaknya, Ayah Aries memiliki kemampuan bahasa Arab dan di anggap lebih sabar, anak termotivasi saat melihat ayah menghafal Al-Quran. Teknik komunikasi yang diterapkan ayah adalah audio, kata kunci, pengulangan, mempertontonkan video para penghafal Al-Quran sebagai penambah semangat. Intensitas belajar yang diterapkan adalah pada waktu ba’da Subuh dan ba’da Maghrib selama 30 menit. Kurikulum Homeschooling yang digunakan adalah personal kurikulum. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan menggunakan Homeschooling adalah Al-Quran menjadi ruh bagi Rasyid, memberikan keberkahan hidup, dan mendapatkan pertolongan di hari akhir (syafaat)

Penelitian ini, mengkaji tentang interaksi dalam komunikasi kelompok yang terjadi dalam kegiatan Material Failure Analysis Training atau training analisis kegagalan material yang dilaksanakan terhadap para pekerja bidang teknisi dari Interaco Penta Prima Service (IPPS), dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 15 orang. IPPS sendiri merupakan perusahaan alat besar merk Volvo di kantor Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan komunikasi kelompok dalam menganalisa masalah, kemampuan kelompok dalam memecahkan masalah serta peranan kelompok dalam membentuk motivasi dan membentuk team work
PKM Pemeliharaan Sungai Cijawura
Get PDFKecamatan Buahbatu Kota Bandung, terbentang sebuah sungai yang bernama Sungai Cijawura sebagai salah satu anak sungai Citarum. Sungai sebagai sebuah Peradaban, pandangan manusia berubah menjadi tidak beradab bagi sungai melainkan sungai menjadi tempat pembuangan sampah raksasa. Hal ini diakibatkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran warga masyarakat untuk tidak membuang sampah ke sungai yang berada disekitarnya. Hal tersebut juga terjadi pada sungai Cijawura.
Permasalahan tersebut muncul dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kesadaran dan pemahaman dari masyarakat sekitar bantaran sungai cijawura akan pentingnya menjaga sungai agar tetap bersih dari sampah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat di rasa sangat perlu untuk menumbuhkembangkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga sungai agar tetap bersih. Kegiatan yang akan dilakukan ialah memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat akan bahayanya membuang sampah di sungai cijawura serta memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat untuk mengelola sampah agar mendapatkan nilai jual.
Adapun Luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah (1) Peningkatkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat bantaran sungai cijawura mengenai bahaya membuang sampah di sungai. (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah rumah tangga sehingga memiliki nilai jual

Production target supporting by ERP information system and competency. The method that use in this research is quantitative descriptive method. Analysis unit in this research is oracle users which total 434 users such as population and got sampel 100 users by using Maksimum Likelihood (ML) techniques. Collecting data techniques in this research is study documentation, interview and quetioner. The analysis technique used to test the influence among variables is PLS SEM analysis. So that is necessary to do research about the factors that affect on consumer online purchases. The research aims to understand the consumer interest towards website usages in Rubylicious purchases; design the business process model based on identification result and create the new business development strategy; and build the prototype about the puchases on website. Collecting primary data by in-depth interview with Rubylicious owner and 10 Rubylicious customer. This study focuses on analyzing the customer interest in Rubylicious purchase. Indicators in this research is about the understanding the relevance of consumer’s attitudes with (1) Consumer Online Behavior, (2) Digital Marketing, And (3) Website Purchasing Decision. The result showed that the respondents were satisfied with the product, price, quality and servicing. There are 5 respondents that interest in purchase repeat order in Rubylicious, 4 respondents doubt in purchase repeat order, that need the support factors that can trigger the repeat purchases. 8 respondents interest in promo when purchasing on the website. Coupon voucher for triggering consumer to make purchases via Rubylicious website. Therefore, the modeling the new business process recommendation system using Context Diagram / Data Flow Diagram (DFD) focused on coupon voucher features which is equipped with the prototype design using the opensource e-commerce system tools. No full textThe emergence of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) as institutions outside the National Police to assist police duties in conducting investigations is strictly regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No.2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police. From the two laws, it is clear that the existence of the Civil Servant Investigator (PPNS) in the investigation process is at the level of helping, so that control over the investigation process remains with the police.This study aims to determine the role of the Civil Servant Investigator (PPNS) of the Department of Transportation and the implementation of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transport and to determine the obstacles and solutions to overcome these obstacles. This research method is a type of normative legal research. Sources of data obtained from secondary data, namely primary, secondary and tertiary legal sources. Data collection methods through library research. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative data analysis with inductive methods.Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that, the Authority of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) of the Department of Transportation in enforcing Law Number 22 Year 2009 Regarding Road Traffic and Transport is as a technical implementer of the law, so that all actions owned and carried out by the Employee Investigator Civil Affairs (PPNS) Transportation Department in the enforcement of traffic and road transportation must be based on and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
