    Responding to the Covid-19 pandemic encourages people to change their daily ways of thinking and behaving of education becomes the front line to break the chain of spreading Covid-19. Therefore, the policy of the central and local governments is to change the old learning patterns online. On the other, schools are expected to make adjustments to the implementation of this PSBB. Including the school under the guidance of the Baiturrahman Ciparay Islamic Boarding School, the education system for all subjects is converted into online including Al-Quran reading subjects at the Baiturrahman Islamic boarding school which is the flagship required to adjust the learning system so that curriculum targets can be achieved. However, the online method used in this subject has different demands because teachers and students have to face each other in an interactive, realtime manner. The solution applied is to take advantage of several Information Technology facilities so that students and teachers can take advantage of cellphones or notebooks in their respective places and simultaneously access the Google class application (Brock, 2015) to access various learning resources from teachers and Google Meet for materials that require face-to-face advance directly supported by multi media mean

    Pembuatan perangkat negative pressure room portable yang dibuat pada pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah perlindungan terhadap petugas medis yang sedang bertugas terutama pada saat petugas diharuskan berhubungan dengan pasien yang memiliki gejala. Alat ini berfungsi untuk mengatur arah aliran udara untuk menciptakan lingkungan bertekanan negatif dan memasok udara dari ruangan ke area pasien dengan menarik udara menggunakan penghisap udara. Udara yang terhisap (termasuk udara/tetesan yang dihembuskan oleh pasien) kemudian disalurkan melewati beberapa tahap yaitu filter HEPA, saluran ultra violet dan saluran ozon sebelum akhirnya dilepaskan ke dalam ruangan. Penggunaan alat ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisasi penyebaran melalui tetesan atau hembusan nafas pasien. Pembuatan perangkat negative pressure room portable diaplikasikan pada Klinik Central Medika Bandung.

    Pengabdian Masyarakan yang terintegrasi dengan KKNM yang dilksanakan di Desa Cibiru Hilir Kecamatan Cileunyi Kabupaten Bandung merupakan salahsatu upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat yang memiliki bidang usaha rumahan (UKM) melalui penyuluhan dan batuan teknologi yang terdiri dari Interdisipliner dan komprehensif dari dosen PKM dan Mahasiswa UNLA serta Partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat setempat. Sehubungan program dilakukan dalam kondisi wabah pandemi COVID-19 guna mendukung program pemerintah yaitu “New Normal Life”, maka pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan protocol kesehatan yaitu menjaga jarak fisik dan social serta system daring/virtual. Permasalahan yang terdapat di Lokasi adalah banyaknya UKM, berupa industry kecil berupa; kerajinan batik, usaha telur asin, pembuatan roti, konveksi busana muslim yang dilakukan secara individual dan konvensional belum terprogram secara professional menggunakan manajemen bisis yang baik, juga belum banyak memanfaatkan teknologi informasi (IT) seperti pemasaran online (visual digital) yang tengah berkembang, serta belum mengarah ke pelaksanaan new normal life akibat pandemik covid-19. Program dan metoda yang dilakukan di Desa Cibiru Hilir adalah membantu memberdayakan masyarakat pemilik UKM yang berada di lingkungan Desa Cibiru Hilir melalui program pembekalan dan penyuluhan dengan materi manajemen bisnis dan metoda promosi online dengan teknik visual digital sesuai Teknologi Informasi terkini dan situasi kondisi pandemik COVID-19 “New Normal Life”. UKM yang tergabung antara lain adalah masyarakat pemilik  industry rumahan yaitu: pengrajin batik, pengusaha telur asin, dan pembuatan roti. Sebagai tindakan partisipasi dalam menanggulangi wabah covid 19 secara nyata dilakukan juga pembuatan alat berupa pijakan handsanitizer yang di tempatkan di kantor desa  dan puskesmas Desa Cibiru Hilir. Keseluruhan pelaksanaan program PKM di Desa Cibiru Hilir berupa penyuluhan pengembangan UKM, bantuan pembuatan promosi dengan media online, penyuluhan pelaksanaan protocol kesehatan, dan implementasi pembuatan pijakan handsanitizer. sudah dilaksanakan dan mendapat tanggapan yang sangat baik dari pemilik UKM, pejabat dan aparat Desa, mau pun masyarakat setempat. Rencana pengembangan selanjutnya akan terus dilakukan dengan monitoring program promosi, dan menjadikan desa Cibiru Hilir sebagai desa binaan kerjasama dengan UNLA

    ABSTRACT     Fraud crime is currently growing in line with the times and technological advances. Legal regulations are made to anticipate this, but the existing regulations do not appear to have reduced the crime but have increased. This study aims to: first, examine law enforcement against online fraud using a false identity; and second, knowing the inhibiting factors and the efforts made in criminal law enforcement against online fraud crimes using false identities. This research was conducted using the normative juridical method, namely legal research carried out by reviewing and examining secondary data in the form of positive law, especially in the field of criminal law related to Law Enforcement Against Online Fraud Perpetrators Using False Identities According to the Criminal Code Associated with the Law Law Number 19 Year 2016 Concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 Year 2008 Concerning Electronic Information and Transactions through library research by examining secondary data including statutory regulations, research results, scientific journals and references.     The results of the study illustrate that the criminal act of online fraud using a false identity is the same in principle as conventional fraud, but the difference lies in the evidence or means of action, namely using electronic systems (computers, internet, telecommunication devices). Therefore, law enforcement regarding online fraud using a fake identity can still be accommodated by the Criminal Code and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, only seen from fulfillment of the elements as well as the meaning of the word fraud still does not meet the rules of legal certainty. Furthermore, obstacles in law enforcement against fraud based on electronic transactions are still influenced by five factors, namely legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities or facilities that support law enforcement, community factors and cultural factors.  Keywords: Law Enforcement, Online Fraud, Fake Identit

    Supervision is an important factor to minimize the occurrence of irregularities in the implementation of government organizational functions. One of the main objectives of the supervision carried out by the Integrated Service Unit (UPT) of the Department of Transportation of the City of Bandung is to increase regional income through parking fees for automatic parking machines. In practice, there are several obstacles that reduce the original income of the city of Bandung. In connection with these conditions, a study is needed to find out and analyze how Automatic Parking supervision by the Department of Transportation of the City of Bandung and what factors influence and the efforts made to overcome the obstacles encountered. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Determination of informants was done by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is to implement measures of supervision consisting of direct supervision, indirect supervision and supervision based on exceptions. The results of the study explained that the supervision problem: "How much influence on the effectiveness of policy implementation in the Karawang regency Larasita program". of automatic parking machines in the city of Bandung was not optimal. With indications that the supervision function is still lacking, insufficient human resources can carry out the indirect monitoring function, as well as a lack of public interest in parking users to use automatic parking machines

Based on the background of the study, the following problems can be identified: How to Implementation of employment policies of automotive training at UPT work training in Bandung District, Inhibiting and supporting Factors for Implementation of employment policies of automotive training at UPT work training in Bandung District and the efforts made in implementation of employment policies of automotive training at UPT work training District. The theory in this study as an approach is the policies implementation theory put forward by Jones (1996) in Agustino (2016:154-155) with the dimensions Policy implementation that is organization, interpretation and application. Proposition submitted in this study are the Implementation of employment policies case study of automotive training at UPT work training in Bandung District, will be optimal if the implementation of the policy of employment training for automotive work at UPT Work training in Bandung District trough the approach suggest organizational, step interpretations and application. Inhibiting and supporting insfrastructure in the job training process, and socialization from UPT Work training to be more maximized so that every community can take part in job training programs implementtaion of employment policies case study of automotive training will optimally if there is a serious effort from government in the implementation of job training at UPT Work training in Bandung District. The method used is to use descriptive qualitative research methods.     Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake in a long time, resulting in growth disorders in children, namely the child's height is lower or shorter (dwarf) than his age standard. The government pays special attention to the community in relation to this stunting by making government policies and Policy Frameworks for dealing with Stunting through Law No.36 / 2009 on Health and Law No.18 / 2019 on Food. Both policies are supported by presidential regulation No.42 / 2013 concerning the acceleration of nutrition improvement. Related to stunting prevention covered by the 2015-2019 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN), there is even a national strategy to accelerate the prevention of Stunting 2018-2014. However, after so many years the policy has not been implemented yet to solve the existing problems. In West Bandung Regency Based on data from Bappeda and Data from the Health Office there are ten (10) villages which are classified as Stunting emergencies. Based on this, it is necessary to increase the implementation of stunting management policies in West Bandung Regency through communication, outreach and education about the impact of stunting on children's growth and development which will affect their future, with the hope that the community can play an active role in prevention and can reduce the number of children affected by Stunting in the West Bandung Region

    Perdagangan Saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia sekarang belum memasyarakat. Karena itu perlu pelatihan khusus untuk masyarakat kampus. Peningkatan kemampuan perdagangan saham ini. Pelatihan perdagangan saham yang diharapkan menjadi kegiatan penunjang mata kuliah pasar modal yang ada dalam kurikulum prodi Akuntansi dan prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Unla. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kegiatan ini juga mendukung Galeri Investasi yang sudah berjalan. Pelatihan yang diadakan dengan salah satu perusahaan sekuritas, sebagai mitra, adalah pihak yang memiliki lisensi perangkat lunak pelatihan, pihak MNC Sekuritas. Metode ceramah dengan teori dan konsep substansi penting yang harus dikuasai oleh masyarakat tentang saham di pasar modal. Peserta terdiri dari 18 orang mahasiswa dari berbagai perguruan tinggi dan mahasiswa Unla. Simulasi perdagangan melalui online pertama diadakan di laboratorium komputer FEB selama dua jam oleh Instruktur dari MNC Sekuritas dan selanjutnya peserta pelatihan dapat menggunakan simulasi ini di masing-masing selama dua bulan. Simulasi ini dibuat untuk mengenalkan masyarakat tentang perdagangan saham di pasar modal sebelum perdagangan nyata. Peserta terdiri dari beberapa peserta perguruan tinggi yaitu Unpas, Polban, Uninus dan STIEM Bandung. Selanjutnya beberapa peserta tertarik untuk mengikuti Sekolah Pasar Modal yang diadakan oleh Galeri Investasi

    KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION (STUDI PADA PT VERITRA SENTOSA INTERNASIONAL)

     The desire of employees to move (turnover intentions) in the service industry is an initial signal of resignation (resign) employees in the industry. This needs to be a concern for the company because of the high desire of employees to move (Turnover intentions) within a company can disrupt activities and productivity. Besides the desire of employees to move (Turnover intentions) can also create instability and uncertainty about labor conditions. Data on organizational commitment, work environment and employee turnover intentions and three research hypotheses were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to 85 respondents of PT Veritra Sentosa Internasional employees. The data obtained were then analyzed using SEM analysis techniques. The results of testing the three research hypotheses using SEM analysis showed that the organizational commitment to turnover intention at PT Veritra Sentosa Internasional was classified as good. This means that the higher the organizational commitment, the lower the intention to leave or the intention to leave the employee. work environment influences turnover intention. This means that the lower working environment will further increase turnover intention. Turnover Intention at PT Veritra Sentosa International is still classified as very small, most employees feel the commitment of the organization is good and employees feel comfortable with the work environment. So that most of the employees to leave the company are still limited to their desires and have not reached the realization stage

    This study aims to find out and analyze; communication, and employee loyalty, the magnitude of the effect of Communication on Employee Loyalty partially at the Head Office of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Indramayu Regency. The research method used is descriptive method and verification method. The independent variable is communication while the dependent variable is employee loyalty. Data collection techniques using interviews, library research and questionnaires. The method of analysis uses path analysis, validity and reliability, t test, using SPSS for Windows 21 Version. Based on the research analysis the following results were obtained; communication is in the good category, employee loyalty is in the good category, communication has a significant and positive effect on employee loyalty
