Impactos normativos y mediáticos de los casos de agresiones con ácido a mujeres en España y Colombia 2010-2017
Get PDFThis document presents the results of the research: Comparative study of the normative and media impacts of acid aggressions on surviving women in Spain and Colombia, which aimed to address the situation of these aggressions in order to answer the question on how the news treatment of the subject has been in the two countries and its influence on the structuring and strengthening of legal systems. In this way, from the implementation of a qualitative research methodology, a normative and documentary review was carried out that allowed the selection of two paradigmatic cases, in the two countries, from which it was possible to identify impacts of the media sphere in life scenarios and public agenda, such as: the positive influence of communicative practices in the normative and jurisprudential development of States, their impact on judicial decisions, the regulation of the commercialization of chemical substances and the visibility of civil organizations which, led mostly by survivors, seek the guarantee of their rights. Finally, this paper presents some conclusions that highlight the importance of the recognition of the influence of the media sphere in the treatment of aggressions with acids in scenarios that result in the re-victimization of this population, victim of a problem that currently transcends Borders and the female gender.El presente documento expone los resultados de la investigación: “Estudio comparado de los impactos normativos y mediáticos de las agresiones con ácidos a mujeres sobrevivientes en España y Colombia”, la cual tuvo por objeto abordar la situación de estas agresiones con el propósito de responder a la pregunta sobre cómo ha sido el tratamiento noticioso de la temática en los dos países y su influencia en la estructuración y fortalecimiento de sistemas jurídicos. De esta manera, a partir de la implementación de una metodología de investigación cualitativa, se adelantó una revisión normativa y documental que permitió la selección de dos casos paradigmáticos, en los dos países, a partir de los cuales fue posible identificar impactos de la esfera mediática en escenarios de la vida y agenda pública, como: la influencia positiva de las prácticas comunicativas en el desarrollo normativo y jurisprudencial de los Estados, su incidencia en las decisiones judiciales, la regulación de la comercialización de sustancias químicas y la visibilidad de las organizaciones civiles que, lideradas en su mayoría por sobrevivientes, buscan la garantía de sus derechos. Finalmente, este trabajo presenta unas conclusiones en las que resalta la importancia del reconocimiento de la influencia de la esfera mediática en el tratamiento de las agresiones con ácidos en escenarios que resultan en la revictimización de esta población, víctima de una problemática que actualmente trasciende fronteras y el género femenino

No full textA partir del horizonte epistemológico del método biográfico-narrativo, se propone analizar los procesos de constitución del saber pedagógico vinculados al trabajo docente y a las trayectorias de vida de cuatro maestros migrantes en condición de tercera edad. Los participantes construyen textos autobiográficos configuradores de experiencias y sentidos de sus procesos formativos articulados a un sistema vital múltiple que opera como fundamento de una concepción amplia y compleja de saber pedagógico. Desde este punto de vista, las narrativas de vida de los maestros se integran a la formación de nuevos profesores desde el rediseño de talleres para las áreas de Proyecto Pedagógico Investigativo, en la Facultad de Educación de la UPTC. Finalmente, las características de los maestros aquí considerados, en tanto ser migrante y ser en condición de tercera edad, espera contribuir a los debates contemporáneos de la educación en el contexto nacional colombiano, donde no es común valorar el testimonio de los adultos mayores en las acciones pedagógicas y donde el fenómeno migratorio emergente confronta los modos de asumir la pluralidad, la convivencia y el intercambio cultural.Starting from the epistemological horizon of the biographical-narrative method, it is proposed to analyze the processes of constitution of pedagogical knowledge linked to the teaching work and to the life trajectories of four migrant teachers in conditions of third age. The participants construct autobiographical texts that configure the experiences and meanings of their formative processes articulated to a multiple vital system that operates as the foundation of a broad and complex conception of pedagogical knowledge. From this point of view, the teachers’ life narratives are integrated into the training of new teachers from the redesign of workshops for the areas of Investigative Pedagogical Project and Deepening Practice, in the Faculty of Education of the UPTC. Finally, the characteristics of the teachers considered here, as migrants and senior citizens, hope to contribute to contemporary debates on education in the Colombian national context where it is not common to value the testimony of older adults in pedagogical actions and where the emerging migratory phenomenon confronts the ways of assuming plurality, coexistence and cultural exchange

No full textThe objective of this article is to problematize the relationship between language, justice and law through a philosophical and anthropological reflection. From the thinking of paradigmatic authors of the 20th century, such as Jacques Derrida, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Fernand Braudel and Pierre Bourdieu, a historical, anthropological, philosophical and ethnolinguistic analysis will be carried out, with the purpose of deconstructing the criteria on which the concepts of justice and law are based.El objetivo de este artículo es problematizar la relación que incurre entre lenguaje, justicia y derecho mediante una reflexión filosófica y antropológica. A partir del pensamiento de autores paradigmáticos del siglo XX, como Jacques Derrida, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Fernand Braudel y Pierre Bourdieu, se realizará una hermenéutica, una arqueología del significado que nos permitirá deconstruir la criteriología sobre la cual se fundamentan los conceptos de justicia y derecho, a través de un análisis histórico, antropológico, filosófico y etnolingüístico
Impacto de la comunicación intercultural en la competitividad para las empresas de la industria cervecera en Ciudad Juárez
Get PDFThe article derives from a study based on the relationship between intercultural communication and competitiveness in the beer industry, conducted under different perspectives both at the business level and at the client level, offering an overview of the relationship constituted by cultural, communicative and competitive, with the objective of identifying the influence of intercultural communication for competitiveness. The study is based on a quantitative method with a descriptive, correlational approach and part of the generation of new factors to increase the competitiveness of organizations, which pose a new horizon of solutions. The results show inverse opinions for the sensitivity to attitudes and changes in the needs of their clients and it is interesting that the cultural values of a given population are essential knowledge for companies when sending their messages to their potential clients, in addition to being significant the use of these values to produce new designs of their products. Currently, the perception of the relationship between intercultural communication and competitiveness is interesting and in the beer industry it is strong.El artículo deriva de un estudio basado en la relación entre la comunicación intercultural y la competitividad en la industria cervecera, escrito bajo distintas perspectivas, tanto a nivel empresarial como a nivel cliente, para ofrecer un panorama de la relación constituida por elementos culturales, comunicativos y competitivos, con el objetivo de identificar la influencia de la comunicación intercultural para la competitividad. El trabajo se basa en un método cuantitativo con un enfoque descriptivo, correlacional y parte de la generación de nuevos factores para aumentar la competitividad de las organizaciones, que plantean un nuevo horizonte de soluciones. Los resultados muestran opiniones inversas para la sensibilidad a las actitudes y cambios en las necesidades de los clientes, resultando interesante que los valores culturales de una determinada población son conocimiento esencial para las empresas al enviar mensajes a sus clientes potenciales, además de resultar significativo el uso de estos valores para la producción de nuevos diseños de sus productos. Actualmente, la percepción de la relación entre la comunicación intercultural y la competitividad resulta ser interesante y es evidente que en la industria cervecera es fuerte
El binomio expectativas-intención en las decisiones académicas en el bachillerato
No full textThis work focuses on two constructs that intervene in the construction that high school students do about themselves, concerning their academic decisions. The first is expectations, as an essential element, in terms of what students want to do in their academic activity and in which several personal and context elements affect, which will help (or not) to achieve it. From this, we believe it is necessary also to consider the intentionality, to generate concrete actions towards the achievement of the academic goals. The objective of this study is to reflect on the joint contribution that expectations and intentions have in the academic decisions of high school students. With this purpose, we revise different theoretical approaches and research advances on the subject through a documentary review. The preceding hopefully will let us contribute, in our role as educators, to the understanding of the decisions that students take to face challenges and take better advantage of the opportunities of this educational level towards academic success.Este trabajo centra la mirada en dos constructos que intervienen en la construcción que los estudiantes de bachillerato hacen de sí mismos, respecto a sus decisiones académicas. El primero, son las expectativas como elemento base, en cuanto a lo que los estudiantes desean realizar en su actividad académica y en las que inciden varios elementos personales y del contexto, que permitirán (o no) concretarla. A partir de ello, creemos necesario considerar, además, a la intencionalidad, para generar acciones concretas hacia el logro de las metas académicas. El objetivo de este estudio es reflexionar sobre la contribución conjunta que las expectativas y la intención tienen en las decisiones académicas de los estudiantes de bachillerato. Con tal propósito, se plantea realizar un recorrido por diferentes aproximaciones teóricas y avances investigativos sobre el tema, a través de una revisión documental. Lo anterior, esperamos nos permita contribuir en nuestro papel como educadores a la comprensión de las decisiones que toman los estudiantes para enfrentar los desafíos y aprovechar mejor las oportunidades de este nivel educativo hacia el éxito académico
