Su alcuni lemmi greci che compaiono in Lach. 278.29 e Lach. 279.2 = D. 10.1.13 (Gai. 4. ad l. duod. tab.)
EnThe essay focuses on the examination of some Greek lemmata that appear in D. 10.1.13 (Gai. 4 ad l. duod. tab.). The investigation, aimed at the restitution of two places in the fragment from the fourth book of Gaius's commentary on the XII Tables, was conducted using the parallel tradition of the passage found in two manuscripts of the Corpus of the Gromatics, the Wolfenbüttel, Herzog-August-Bibliothek, Guelf. 105 Gud. lat. 2° (Gudianus) [Gg], datable to the third quarter of the 9th century, and the Palatinus latinus 1564 [Gp], as well as the occurrences of the lemmata in question in other sources of manuscript tradition. Thus, it was proposed to amend 'ὀρύττῃ' with 'ὀρυγῇ', while it was believed that no safer conclusion could be reached for the alternative between 'τάφος' and 'τάφρος'.DeDer Aufsatz untersucht einige griechische Lemmata, die in D. 10.1.13 (Gai. 4 ad l. duod. tab.) vorkommen. Es wird vorgeschlagen, ‚ὀρύττῃ' durch ‚ὀρυγῇ' zu ergänzen. Hingegen glaubt man nicht, für die Alternative zwischen ‚τάφος' und ‚τάφρος' sicherere Schlüsse ziehen zu können

Ideals as Generalized Prime Ideal Factorization of Submodules
For a submodule of an -module , a unique product of prime ideals in is assigned, which is called the generalized prime ideal factorization of in , and denoted as . But for a product of prime ideals in and an -module , there may not exist a submodule in with . In this article, for an arbitrary product of prime ideals and a module , we find conditions for the existence of submodules in having as their generalized prime ideal factorizatio
Le mouvement des Idéologues (1794-1836) ou la «science de la liberté» = The Ideologue movement (1794-1836) or the «science of freedom»
This essay explores the movement of the Ideologues, an important philosophical current that emerged in France at the beginning of the 19th century, particularly in the context of the Revolution and the Directory. Through the analysis of key figures such as Destutt de Tracy, Cabanis, and Ginguené, the text highlights the intersection of philosophy, politics, and cultural institutions. The Ideologues sought to promote a "science of ideas" that could unite physical and moral sciences, founding public education on rational and empirical principles. Their work had a lasting impact, influencing 19th-century thinkers such as Auguste Comte and Saint-Simon. Additionally, the essay discusses the challenges faced by the Ideologues, particularly their rejection of innate ideas and opposition to Kantian transcendentalism. Despite their marginalization in the history of philosophy, the legacy of the Ideologues continues to inform contemporary debates on freedom, education, and social progress
Jan Patoĉka: dalla fenomenologia genetica alla nuova fenomenologia = Jan Patoĉka: from genetic phenomenology to the new phenomenology
The aim of this paper is to demonstrate if Jan Patočka's overcoming of Husserl's transcendental reduction can lead halfway to the conceptual framework of Hermann Schmitz's New Phenomenology. I will prove that notwithstanding Patočka's introduction of the concept of apparaître en tal que tel, his use of pictorial images as well as the adoption of conceptual oppositions prevents his philosophy from being the missing link, without question, between classic phenomenology and the New Phenomenology
Prospettive fenomenologiche sul suono. Tracce di un dialogo inconcluso
From the very beginning, phenomenology met with sound inquiry. Not only the relationship between Husserl and Stumpf, whose investigations influenced numerous philosophers and twenty-century trends, but a whole musicological thread (Mersmann, Eimert, Güldenstein, Bekker) referred to phenomenology during the twenties and following decades (Besseler, Leibowitz, Schaeffer, Rognoni). From another side, explicit aesthetic reflections are traceable in the Göttingen Circle but also in W. Conrad, Schütz, Plessner, and Anders-Stern. Even Heidegger, Merleau-Ponty, up to Smith, Ihde, Dufrenne, Clifton, Ferrara, and Piana, which more or less systematically dealt with sound. The aim of this work is to show the fundamental cores of a phenomenology of sound; then, the continuing need for research. Through themes like the constitution of the sound-object, the phenomenological distinction between sounds and noises, and the spatial features of sound, the phenomenological scenario of sound inquiry will be pointed out and analyzed
Sanctuary of Slavery. Relocating Race Through Sound in an Alpine Town
Sanctuary of Slavery is a performance that took place in Schlanders/Silandro, in the heart of the South Tyrolean Vinschgau/Venosta Valley, in September 2018. It showcased the work of musicians and artists of African origin as well as asylum seekers and refugees residing in the region. Besides bringing to central areas of the alpine town individuals who had been marginalised in refugee houses, the performance successfully created, albeit temporarily, what human geographer Heather Merrill describes as ‘Black spaces’. Musical sounds and singing voices – resonating in the library, the Musikpavillon, and the main streets of Schlanders/Silandro – relocated the discussion about race to its historical context. Through an ethnographic account and a focus on the role of sound in reshaping meaning, the article explores how the social divide based on race and the institutional separation based on the category of ‘linguistic groups’ interact with work exploitation and the Italian migration policies
