Break Event Point (BEP) Analysis in Determining Service Prices at Duta Laundry Business: Analisis Titik Impas (BEP) dalam Penetapan Harga Layanan di Usaha Laundry Duta
General Background: The rapid growth of laundry services in urban Indonesia reflects increasing consumer demand for convenience, yet many micro-enterprises lack structured financial planning. Specific Background: Duta Laundry, a micro-scale service provider, sets prices based on market observation without applying analytical tools such as Break Even Point (BEP) analysis. Knowledge Gap: Prior studies on BEP in laundry businesses often overlook integration with daily service volume, month-to-month performance, and strategic pricing implications. Aims: This study analyzes the application of BEP to determine service price feasibility, evaluate sustainability, and provide strategic recommendations for micro-enterprises. Results: Findings indicate Duta Laundry’s BEP is reached at 107 transactions (749 kg) or Rp2,675,000 revenue per month, far below the realized 600 transactions (4,200 kg), indicating profitability. Comparative analysis shows May incurred a Rp710,000 loss due to high variable costs, while June achieved a Rp3,710,000 profit after cost efficiency improvements. Novelty: The study integrates BEP calculation with actual operational data, monthly performance comparison, and direct linkage to pricing and efficiency strategies. Implications: Implementing BEP in micro-service enterprises enhances data-driven decision-making, improves cost control, and supports sustainable competitiveness in volatile markets.Highlight :

Implementation of Digital-Based Fiqh Learning with Direct Instruction and Teams Games Tournament: Implementasi Pembelajaran Fiqh Berbasis Digital dengan Metode Pengajaran Langsung dan Turnamen Permainan Tim
General Background: Learning Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) often encounters challenges such as low student interest and participation, as well as teachers’ difficulties in delivering conceptual material. Specific Background: These conditions underscore the need for innovation through digital-based learning approaches. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have seldom examined the comprehensive integration of digital media in fiqh learning. Aims: This study aims to explore the implementation of digital-based fiqh learning, focusing on the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results: Employing a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings indicate that teachers utilized digital media such as PowerPoint, YouTube, and Google Drive, supported by Direct Instruction and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) models. This approach increased student engagement, improved material comprehension, and fostered 21st-century skills, although challenges persisted with network reliability and uneven digital competence. Novelty: The study highlights the effectiveness of combining the TGT model with digital media in fiqh learning. Implications: These findings provide practical contributions to developing more engaging, interactive, and contextually relevant fiqh learning strategies in the digital era.

General Background: Education plays a central role in shaping knowledgeable and skilled generations, but traditional lecture-based methods often limit student engagement. Specific Background: In Islamic law (Fiqh) learning, students frequently face difficulties understanding abstract concepts, leading to boredom and low motivation. Knowledge Gap: While flashcards have been widely used in subjects such as vocabulary acquisition, their application in Fiqh learning, especially to enhance both understanding and engagement, remains underexplored. Aims: This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of flashcard learning media in improving cognitive understanding and active participation of Grade VII students in Fiqh at MTs Nurul Jadid Paiton and MTs Darul Falah Cermee. Results: Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, the findings reveal that flashcards significantly enhance student activeness, motivation, and comprehension of Fiqh concepts, particularly in recalling and applying abstract terms. Novelty: Unlike prior studies that focused only on cognitive gains, this research highlights the dual impact of flashcards on both understanding and engagement, tested across two institutions with different contexts. Specific Background: Recent wars, crises, and shifting alliances have exposed the fragility of fossil fuel dependence while accelerating renewable transitions. Knowledge Gap: Few studies integrate the impacts of crises, geopolitics, and renewable trends on oil and gas production. Aims: This paper analyzes how geopolitical disruptions, economic shocks, and renewable investments shape global energy security. Results: The findings show that traditional strategies of domestic production and supply diversification alone are insufficient, as crises disrupt infrastructure, markets, and investments. Statistical Modeling of Regional Insurance Market Dynamics in Uzbekistan: Model Statistik Dinamika Pasar Asuransi Regional di Uzbekistan
General Background: The insurance sector significantly supports economic growth, requiring accurate statistical modeling. Specific Background: In Uzbekistan, despite rapid market expansion, regional disparities and weak analytical tools limit development. Knowledge Gap: Previous global studies have applied advanced models, but integrated statistical and econometric analysis of Uzbekistan’s insurance market remains scarce. Aims: This research analyzes regional insurance premiums, tests data distribution, and builds econometric forecasting models. Results: Shapiro-Wilk tests confirmed non-normality, leading to Gamma distribution modeling, while region-specific ARIMA(p,d,q) models were validated through AIC, AICc, BIC, and log likelihood. Regression, factor, and cluster analyses highlighted structural differences between regions. Novelty: The study combines distribution testing, time-series forecasting, and multivariate analysis to create region-specific models, accounting for market shifts in areas such as Karakalpakstan and Tashkent. Eco Friendly Synthesis and Structural Analysis of Ag2O/Ag Nanoparticles Derived from Hibiscus Sabdariffa Extract
General Background: Nanotechnology enables the fabrication of novel materials with unique structural and optical properties, with silver oxide (Ag₂O) nanoparticles being of particular interest for catalytic, sensing, and optoelectronic applications. Specific Background: Conventional chemical synthesis of Ag₂O nanoparticles often involves toxic reagents and harsh conditions, posing environmental and biomedical limitations. Knowledge Gap: Despite advances in green chemistry, efficient, eco-friendly routes to control particle size, morphology, and stability of Ag₂O/Ag nanoparticles remain underexplored. Aims: This study develops an environmentally sustainable synthesis of Ag₂O/Ag nanoparticles using Hibiscus sabdariffa extract as a natural reducing and stabilizing agent. Results: X-ray diffraction confirmed a cubic crystal structure with an average crystallite size of 35.60 nm, while FESEM revealed irregular spherical particles averaging 57.2 nm. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy verified silver and oxygen elements, UV-Vis spectroscopy showed a 414 nm absorption peak with a 2.88 eV direct bandgap, and FTIR detected characteristic O–H, C–H, and Ag–O bonds. Novelty: This work demonstrates a cost-effective, plant-extract-based synthesis achieving precise structural and optical control without hazardous chemicals. Implications: The eco-friendly route supports scalable production of Ag₂O/Ag nanoparticles for applications in catalysis, biomedical devices, and optoelectronics, contributing to sustainable nanotechnology.

Green Synthesis and Structural Properties of Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles
General Background: Titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles are widely utilized in photocatalysis, solar cells, and environmental remediation due to their chemical stability and unique polymorphic properties. Specific Background: Traditional synthetic methods often rely on hazardous chemicals, motivating interest in green synthesis using plant-based reducing agents. Knowledge Gap: Despite the promise of eco-friendly approaches, there remains a need for efficient, scalable methods that ensure high crystallinity, controlled morphology, and minimal organic residues. Aims: This study aimed to develop a sustainable synthesis of TiO₂ nanoparticles using potato peel extract as a natural reducing and stabilizing agent, replacing toxic reagents with agricultural waste. Results: X-ray diffraction confirmed pure anatase phase with crystallite sizes of ~13–20 nm, FESEM revealed quasi-spherical particles averaging ~32.5 nm, and FTIR analysis verified Ti–O lattice vibrations with negligible residual organics. Novelty: The method leverages the phytochemicals in potato peels to simultaneously control nucleation and growth while valorizing bio-waste, offering a low-cost and environmentally benign alternative to conventional routes. Implications: The resultant nanoparticles, exhibiting high crystallinity and uniform morphology, are promising for applications in photocatalysis, dye-sensitized solar cells, and environmental cleanup, highlighting a scalable pathway for sustainable nanomaterial production

Comparative Interpretation of the Hadith Kullu Bid‘ati Dalalah in Wahhabi and Ahlusunnah Perspectives
General Background: The hadith Kullu Bid‘ati Dalalah (“Every innovation is misguidance”) has long been a source of debate in Islamic scholarship regarding the limits of religious innovation. Specific Background: Two influential scholars, Nasir al-Din al-Albani representing Wahhabi thought and Sayyid Muhammad bin ‘Alawi al-Maliki representing Ahlus Sunnah, offer contrasting interpretations reflecting the tension between literalism and contextualism in hadith understanding. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies have explored Wahhabi and Ahlus Sunnah theology separately, but none have comparatively analyzed their hermeneutical approaches to this specific hadith. Aim: This study examines the interpretative differences between al-Albani and al-Maliki on the hadith Kullu Bid‘ati Dalalah using Gadamer’s hermeneutical framework to reveal their theological and methodological implications. Results: The findings show that al-Albani interprets the hadith textually, rejecting all innovations as deviations, whereas al-Maliki adopts a contextual approach, distinguishing between Bid‘ah Hasanah (commendable innovation) and Bid‘ah Sayyi‘ah (blameworthy innovation). Novelty: This study uniquely integrates hermeneutical analysis with comparative theology, bridging scriptural interpretation and contemporary religious discourse. Implications: The research highlights the importance of contextual hermeneutics in promoting intellectual balance and inter-sectarian dialogue within Islamic thought.

Legal Certainty of Reporting Granted Assets Without Authentic Deeds in the State Officials' Wealth Report System: Kepastian Hukum Pelaporan Harta Hibah Tanpa Akta Otentik Dalam Sistem Laporan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara
Background General: Asset disclosure through the LHKPN system serves as a transparency mechanism to prevent corruption among state officials. Background Specific: In practice, several officials report granted assets without authentic deeds, even though Indonesian civil law requires notarial or PPAT deeds for the legal validity of grants. Knowledge Gap: No comprehensive study has specifically examined the legal certainty of reporting grants without authentic deeds in the LHKPN system or its interaction with civil law and anti-corruption regulations. Aims: This study analyzes the legal status of grants made without authentic deeds under Indonesian law and evaluates the legal certainty of their reporting within the LHKPN. Results: Findings indicate that grants lacking authentic deeds do not fulfill the formal requirements of Articles 1666, 1682, and 1868 of the Civil Code, rendering them invalid and lacking evidentiary strength. Their inclusion in the LHKPN creates legal uncertainty regarding ownership legitimacy and the accuracy of verification by the Corruption Eradication Commission. Novelty: The study provides an integrated analysis connecting civil law, administrative anti-corruption mechanisms, and legal certainty theory to the issue of non-authentic grant reporting. Implications: Normative clarification and regulatory harmonization are required to ensure that grants reported in the LHKPN possess lawful foundations, strengthening transparency, accountability, and the integrity of state officials.

Management In Healthcare: Developing A Value Framework For Small Physical Therapy Organizations
General Background: Modern healthcare systems are evolving toward higher quality, efficiency, and patient-centered outcomes, leading to a global shift toward value-based healthcare (VBHC). Specific Background: While large healthcare organizations have implemented various VBHC models, small and micro Physical Therapy Primary Healthcare Organizations (PHOs) face unique challenges due to limited resources and structural constraints. Knowledge Gap: Current frameworks inadequately address how small PHOs can measure and operationalize healthcare value in ways that integrate quality, performance, and adaptability. Aims: This study aims to develop a comprehensive Healthcare Value (HV) Framework tailored to the needs of small PHOs, integrating patient-centered, stakeholder-centered, and organization-centered outcomes. Results: Through a scoping review of 74 studies and expert consultations, the proposed HV framework successfully synthesizes healthcare quality, performance outcomes, and organizational capacity for change. Findings show that small PHOs can adopt value-based approaches by optimizing resources, fostering collaboration, and enhancing innovation. Novelty: The integration of “capacity for change” into value assessment represents a novel contribution, addressing dynamic healthcare environments faced by small organizations. Implications: The framework provides a practical guide for small PHOs to align strategic management with patient and stakeholder needs, supporting sustainable healthcare delivery and future digital transformation initiatives.Highlight :
