Tremendum Et Fascinans Transformasi Wujud Rangda Sebagai Ide Penciptaan Karya Drawing
Rangda is a Balinese folklore with strong symbolic meaning and a source of inspiration in artistic expression. The creation of this work raises the transformation of the Rangda form as an idea for the creation of drawing works with the approach of interpretation and reinterpretation. Charcoal is used expressively to create a different form of Rangda, by further translating the author’s inner experience into the form of the work. This work will take the form of visual progression panels, with each panel connected to the other to display a complete flow. An expressionist approach is used to express the deep emotion, horrific atmosphere, and transformation of the Rangda figure in the drawing. The charcoal medium was chosen for its ability to present sharp contrasts, expressive, dark, and dramatic strokes. Representation of Post-Islamism in Hip Hop Music Song Ebith Beat A Collaboration
Hip-hop music serves as a distinctive platform for expressing identity, struggle, and social reform at the convergence of art, religion, and culture. In Indonesia, hip-hop has fostered forms that confront urban challenges while also incorporating spirituality and contemporary religious beliefs. It aims to elucidate how hip-hop music may articulate the ideology and values of Islamic teachings, while also analyzing the depiction of post-Islamism in the collaborative hip-hop track Ebith Beat A. The research methodology employs Charles Sanders Peirce\u27s semiotic analysis. The study\u27s results indicate that the lyrics of the hip-hop song by Ebith Beat A. Collaboration is rooted in Islamic doctrine, with its foundational principles derived from the Qur\u27an and sunnah (hadith). All of these elements constitute teachings found throughout Islam. The music ideology serves as a negotiation tool employed by Ebith to communicate Islamic teachings through hip-hop music, which stems from the street music subculture. This signifies the portrayal of Post-Islamism in hip-hop music in partnership with Ebith Beat
INOVASI SENI LUKIS KALIGRAFI ISLAM DI SENTRA LUKIS DESA JELEKONG MELALUI ADAPTASI TEKNIK SENI GRAFIS
Artikel ini membahas inovasi seni lukis kaligrafi Islam di Sentra Lukis Desa Jelekong, KabupatenBandung, melalui adaptasi teknik seni grafis sebagai upaya memperkaya khazanah visual danmemperluas peluang pasar seni. Integrasi kaligrafi Islam dipilih karena memiliki nilai spiritualsekaligus potensi visual yang kuat, sementara teknik seni grafis menghadirkan alternatif eksplorasiberupa tekstur, ritme, repetisi, dan permainan warna yang tidak ditemukan dalam teknik lukiskonvensional. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptifdengan menelaah konteks perkembangan seni lukis Jelekong, potensi kaligrafi Islam, sertakemungkinan adaptasi teknik grafis dalam karya lukis. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwainovasi ini memberi dampak signifikan, baik secara estetik, sosial, maupun ekonomi. Dari sisi estetik,karya menjadi lebih variatif dan modern; dari sisi sosial, memperkuat identitas religius masyarakat;sedangkan dari sisi ekonomi, membuka peluang pasar baru di kalangan Muslim urban dan kolektorseni kontemporer. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa adaptasi teknik seni grafis dalam seni lukis kaligrafiIslam dapat menjadi strategi efektif bagi komunitas pelukis Jelekong untuk keluar dari homogenitastema sekaligus memperluas jaringan pasar. Inovasi ini berpotensi menempatkan Jelekong tidakhanya sebagai sentra lukis panorama, tetapi juga sebagai pusat pengembangan seni kaligrafikontemporer di Indonesia.

INTERPRETASI, KUASA, DAN LEGITIMASI: TINJAUAN FILSAFAT SOSIAL TERHADAP PERAWATAN SITUS MAKAM EYANG MALANDANG
Penelitian ini mengkaji dimensi filosofis dari interpretasi, kuasa, dan legitimasi dalam perawatanwarisan budaya Situs Makam Eyang Malandang di Kecamatan Buahdua, Kabupaten Sumedang,Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sisi interpretasi dari pihak pemerintah desamaupun warga lokal dalam melesatarikan dan merawat situs makam malandang. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus interpretatif yang dilandaskan padakerangka filsafat sosial kritis, mensintesiskan teori strukturasi Giddens, konsep hegemoni Gramsci,dan hermeneutika Gadamer untuk menganalisis dinamika interpretasi, kuasa, dan legitimasi. Datadiperoleh dari observasi lapangan dengan mengunjungi situs makam Eyang Malandang,wawancara, dan dokumentasi terkait pengelolaan situs makam. Informan penelitian terdiri daripemerintah desa, kuncen, serta warga lokal. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pendekatanhermeneutika kritis untuk mengidentifikasi pola legitimasi, diikuti analisis wacana untuk memahamimakna, dan interpretasi dialektis untuk mengungkap mekanisme kuasa yang terjadi terhadap situsmakam Malandang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah interpretasi pemerintah daerah terkait perawatan situsmakam Malandang menunjukkan sikap "netral". Namun, kenetralan ini sekaligus menunjukkan sisikuasa pemerintah daerah untuk menekan sisi sakralitas warga masyarakat yang berdampak padaperawatan situs makam yang cenderung diabaikan. Temuan mengungkap bahwa masyarakatmengembangkan resistensi diam melalui kegiatan pemeliharaan mandiri oleh kuncen maupunwarga yang masih percaya dengan situs makam malandang secara turun-temurun.Kata kunci: Interpretasi, Kuasa, Legitimasi, Perawatan situs makam, filsafat sosial
ELEMEN ESTETIKA DAN REKREASI RUANG PUBLIK AIR MANCUR TAMAN VANDA BANDUNG
Air mancur merupakan elemen lanskap yang memiliki fungsi estetika, rekreatif, dan simbolis. Artikelini mengkaji Air Mancur Taman Vanda Bandung sebagai studi kasus, dengan tujuan memahamibagaimana desain air mancur dapat meningkatkan kualitas ruang publik. Metode penelitianmenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi visual, dan studiliteratur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Air Mancur Taman Vanda tidak hanya menjadi dayatarik wisata, tetapi juga menciptakan interaksi sosial, memperkuat identitas kota, dan menjadi mediahiburan berbasis teknologi. Namun demikian, terdapat tantangan dalam aspek perawatan, efisiensienergi, dan pengelolaan lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Air mancur, desain lanskap, ruang publik, Bandung, rekreasi
KIPRAH TEATER SUNDA KIWARI (TSK) DALAM MELESTARIKAN BAHASA SUNDA
Sejak kelahirannya, teater tidak bisa lepas dari fenomena kehidupan masyarakat. Teater menjadi jalanalternatif bagi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam menyuarakan pendapat. Masyarakat Sunda, khususnya diBandung hingga kini eksis mengisi dinamika kehidupan teater modern Indonesia. Beragam bentuk,gaya pertunjukan teater dapat dijumpai dalam kehidupan masyarakat Sunda, khususnya di kotaBandung. Teater Sunda Kiwari (TSK) adalah satu dari sekian kelompok teater modern di Bandung.Manisfestasi berdirinya kelompok teater ini yaitu rasa prihatin pudarnya bahasa sunda dalam kehidupanmasyarakat Sunda. Oleh karena itu sejak berdiri pada 1975 hingga kini, TSK masih produktif dankonsisten melahirkan karya teaternya berbasis bahasa sunda. Di tengah pentas-pentas teaternya, TSKmenyadari dalam memasyarakatkan bahasa Sunda secara lebih konkrit dan luas jangkauannya masihdibutuhkan cara lain, yaitu menyelenggarakan Festival Drama Bahasa Sunda (FDBS) untuk tingkatumum dan tingkat pelajar. Mengetahui filosofis TSK memelihara dan melestarikan bahasa Sundamelalui pentas teater adalah tujuan penelitian ini. Uraian lebih lanjut dan luas secara praksis mengenaiFDBS, di luar pembahasan ini. Melalui metode sejarah dengan pendekatan konsep dramaturgi dankonsep pelestarian budaya (revitalisasi budaya) dihasilkan suatu gambaran bahwa TSK sekalipunberbasis bahasa Sunda dapat digolongkan sebagai teater modern terkait dengan penggunaan naskahdrama dan panggung pertunjukan. Dalam konteks konsep pelestarian budaya, khususnya pada langkahpertama, yaitu pemahaman untuk menimbulkan kesadaran sangat jelas ditunjukan TSK sejak awalpendiriannya. Secara eksplisit dikatakan oleh salah seorang pendirinya, boleh mendirikan teater asalberbahasa Sunda. Kesadaran ini muncul tidak lain merupakan respons atas keprihatinan pudarnyabahasa Sunda dalam lingkungan pendidikan dan lingkungan pergaulan masyarakat Sunda secara lebihluas.Kata Kunci: TSK, FDBS, teater modern, dramaturgi, revitalisas
Jaipongan Creative Music: from Local Expression to Global Phenomenon
This paper discusses the development of West Javanese folk performing arts, which in this case is represented by Jaipongan, namely a type of dance and music performance that developed in the early 1970s. Jaipongan\u27s creative historical journey from the beginning to the present is not only shown from its music and dance aspects, but it is also shown from its development, existence and influence abroad. These study based on theories of history, sociology, ethnomusicology and musical creativity. By using literature review methods, interviews and while the author was one of the composers at Jugala from 1993 until now, it can be concluded that the roots of creativity in West Javanese folk performances during the New Order era until now are represented by Jaipongan.

The Concept of Balance in Taoist Trade: Yin Yang in Economic and Social Interactions
This paper describes one of the religions in ethnic Chinese known as Taoism, which is a teaching derived from the book of God. This teaching teaches Godhead, namely worshiping and recognizing the existence of Thian, known as the almighty God and worshiping many gods and goddesses. The purpose of this research is to reveal the conception of sustenance in business for Taoists contained in Siu Tao. This research was conducted at Taokwan Sinar Damai, a Taoist association in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. This research used a qualitative-descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques to Taokwan administrators and congregations, observations, and also supported by literature studies. The results of this study show that the form of seeking sustenance through business is trading materials, jewelry, and worship. In Taoist belief, seeking sustenance requires a balance known as the Yin Yang symbol, or what is conceptualized as a binary opposition.

Traditional Arts as Pillars of Agrarian Culture in Ethnic Communities in South Sulawesi
This research aims to examine the traditional arts that support the agrarian culture in South Sulawesi. The rice plants for the people of South Sulawesi is a major commodity, it is an integral part that supports the economic cycle, rituals, and community ceremonies. Examination of the evidence using ethnographic methods presented through a qualitative approach resulted in a comprehensive explanation of the components supporting agrarian culture, such as the mappalili, maddoja bine, and harvest thanksgiving ceremonies including appadekko, mappadendang, mabbalendo, maddoa, sere api and gelong pare. The principal thing that embodies the entity of agricultural culture is a constellation of traditional cultural art practices that are communal in South Sulawesi society as a supporter of agrarian culture. The arts that support this agrarian culture are important to preserve amidst the challenges of a futuristic world so that the integrity of tradition remains an integral cultural entity of Indonesian civilization.

From Perception to Proficiency: Unveiling the Impact of Cybergogy and Learning Management Systems In Language Education
This study reviews the effectiveness of using a Learning Management System (LMS) in cybergogy-based language learning, focusing on student perceptions of information quality, ease of use, and usability. Conducted in the odd semester of 2023/2024, the research involved 36 tenth-grade students from a high school in Yogyakarta. Data were collected via Google Forms in November 2023 and analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS4, including descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and model fit assessments. The findings reveal a positive correlation between information quality, ease of use, and usability in online learning. Ease of use significantly boosts student enthusiasm for online learning, while LMS usability also significantly enhances learning motivation. However, the positive influence of information quality on online learning enthusiasm, although suggested, was not statistically significant.Keywords: Cybergogy; Learning Management System; Language Learning
