Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan
Get PDFThis study aims to find out and analyze the effect of motivation and competence on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service.This study was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach to obtain a complete picture of the variables studied. This type of survey research is analyzing the data needed to support the discussion of research in solving and answering the problems that have been formulated. Data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression.Based on the results of the analysis of this study prove motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the significance (prob) = 0.985 which indicates above of the probability (sig) = 0,000 α = 0.05 and the contribution value b1 = 0.001 or 0, 01%, while the influence of competence on the performance of employees in the Social Service of South Sulawesi Province showed a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the significance (prob) = 0,000 below α = 0.05. Of the two independent variables, the competency variable (X2) has the largest and most dominant coefficient.

Metode Penelitian: Desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan analisis deskriptif yang menelaah kehidupan nyata penyalahgunaan obat-obatan dikalangan perempuan hiburan malam.Tekhnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan dan in depth interview.Hasil: Penyalahgunaan obat-obatan sangat mendukung aktivitas perempuan hiburan malam dalam melakukan transaksi seksual sehari-hari. Implikasi penelitian: 10 Informan menyatakan bahwa dengan mengkonsumsi obat–obatan secara berlebihan diasumsi dapat memberikan perubahan terhadap fungsi seksual, meningkatkan gairah seksual, kemampuan untuk mencapai orgasmus lebih cepat sehingga mampu mempengaruhi frekuensi senggama, sanggup melakukan senggama dengan durasi yang lama sehingga dapat menciptakan fantasi seksual. Reaksi yang ditimbulkan juga dipengaruhi oleh jenis dan dosis obat yang dikonsumsi. Semakin lama mengkonsumsi obat–obatan maka dosis obat yang digunakan akan semakin meningkat sehingga menimbulkan kecandua

No full textKonflik sering terjadi karena adanya perbedaan nilai, filosofi, struktur, kepribadian dan pilihan yang berbeda (Huber, 2014). Konflik pada dasarnya melibatkan emosi dari individu yang berkonflik sehingga diperlukan kecerdasan emosional untuk dapat mengelola emosi tersebut (Basogul Ozgur, 2016). Tujuan: untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik kepala ruangan. Metode penelitian: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra eksperimental. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling yang berjumlah 13 kepala ruangan rawat inap. Responden diberikan pelatihan kecerdasan emosionel kemudian diukur kemampuan manajemen konfliknya sebanyak tiga kali yaitu sebelum pelatihan, satu minggu setelah pelatihan dan satu bulan setelah pelatihan. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan Repeated Anova. Hasil: uji statistik menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kemampuan manajemen konflik kepala ruangan dengan nilai p=0,001.Pemberian pelatihan kecerdasan emosional membuat kepala ruangan dapat mengenali emosi dirinya dan orang lain sehingga kemampuan memanajemen konflik meningkat. Rekomendasi: bagi rumah sakit kiranya dapat memotivasi dan memfasilitasi perawat untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen konflik dengan mengadakan pelatihan kecerdasan emosional secara berkala

Metode fuzzy logic yang digunakan yaitu model mamdani dengan tipe MISO (Multi Input single Output). Aplikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan software Matlab dengan toolbox fuzzy. Dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 4 input yaitu kriteria –kriteria penilaian yang terdiri dari kehadiran, tugas, UTS, dan UAS. Adapun untuk variabel output adalah nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa. Tahapan pada metode fuzzy logic terdiri dari penentuan variabel sistem, Strategi Fuzzyfikasi, Strategi inferensi, Strategi Defuzzifikasi, dan menampilkan surface viewer. THE THICKNESS OF THE LAYER PATTERN ON THE METHOD OF LOST FOAM CASTING AGAINST THE ACCURACY OF THE SIZE OF THE IRON
Get PDFLost foam casting is one of the casting method using expanded polystyrene (EPS) as an ingredient for the manufacture of patterns and planted in silica sand. When the molten metal is inserted into the mold, the EPS will melt and evaporate so that the place will be filled by a liquid metal. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of layer thickness on expanded polystyrene patterns against the accuracy of the size of the nodular cast iron 450 DISCS by using the method of lost foam casting. EPS patterns being used has a thickness 3-24 mm. Material used is upholstery material rekraktori Zircon (ZrO2) and Colloidal Silica binding materials (O2Si). The thickness of the coating material is applied to the EPS pattern i.e. 0-1300 microns. EPS patterns grown in silica sand is then compacted by means of vibration. Metal alloys smelted 450 DISCS in crucible furnace and poured into a mold at a temperature of about 1350-1450 oC oC. The average accuracy of the size for each of the thick layer of the pattern 0 (without coating), 200, 500 and 1300 Micron in a row is-0.05, 0.07 0.04,-, and-0.13. A thick layer of 200 Micron provides the best measure of the accuracy of the values of the three variations of the thickness of the layer pattern. A thick layer of 0 (without coating), 500 and 1300 Micron will result in decreased accuracy measure. Patterns that are not coated will give bad impact towards the results of castings
