Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to produce a new information system design on information systems in the Andalusian Bookstore. so that it can help the transaction process and data processing of books at the Andalusian Bookstore and simplify the process of making reports. The method used is the FAST (Framework for Application System Thinking) consisting of phases of Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design and Physical Design. The design of the Information System uses PHP and HTML and MYSQL as the database. The results of this research are the implementation of a web-based information system that can help overcome the problems that have occurred in the Andalusian Bookstore. With this Web-based Information System it will facilitate the processing of data and making timely reports at the Andalusian Bookstore so that problems with the manual system can be overcome

This study aims to determine the importance of the role of attitude of the employee on customer engagement. The location of this study was at Bank Muamalat Makassar with 70 customer samples, using the Smart PLS3 method. The results of this study indicate that attitude of the employee has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer engagement. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer engagement. The contribution of this research is the presence of front office employee roles towards customer engagement

Nusantara Terminal Services Makassar telah sesuai dengan pengakuan dan pengukuran pendapatan menurut Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 23 tahun 2017?. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif komparatif, yaitu metode analisis yang bersifat menggambarkan dan membandingkan persamaan dan perbedaan dua atau lebih kenyataan atau keadaan-keadaan atas suatu objek dalam bentuk uraian kalimat berdasarkan keterangan-keterangan dari pihak-pihak yang berhubungan langsung dengan penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi terkait penelitian. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengakuan dan pengukuran pendapatan PT. Nusantara Terminal Services Makassar dengan pengakuan dan pengukuran pendapatan menurut Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 23 tahun 2017 tidak sesuai hal ini dapat dilihat pada perbedaan pengakuan pendapatan dimana PT. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. Research data was obtained from employees of PT. Hadji Kalla in Makassar. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results show that work experience has a direct influence on employee performance. Work experience possessed by employees will be able to help employees in carrying out their duties so as to improve employee performance, and work placements have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the company PT. UNFOLDING THE INDEPENDENCE DILEMMA OF THE INTERNAL SUPERVISION UNIT AUDITORS: PHENOMENOLOGY STUDY
Get PDFThis study aimed to comprehend and unfolding the reality of the independence dilemma faced by auditors of the Internal Control Unit at the Alauddin Makassar Islamic University. In achieveing the objective of the study, the reasercher conducted observation and interviews in collecting the data, while the exploration of the understanding and awareness of the informant is done in depth using epoche. Data were analyzed by qualitative method interpretively with phenomenology as a research design. The results of the study revealed that the reality experienced by the auditors of SPI UIN Alauddin Makassar showed an ethical gap. There was a "distance" between the expectations and reality of the auditor's self to the relationship with the chancellor, as well as the auditor's relationship with the auditee. This study also revealed the meaning of independence from the perspective of the auditor's spiritual awareness

This research was conducted with the aim: (1) To analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Board of South Sulawesi Province; (2) To analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of South Sulawesi Province; (3) To analyze the effect of communication on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of South Sulawesi Province.This study used primary data through a survey of 59 employees as a sample of all 143 employees with a minimum working period of 1 year per December 2018, a survey conducted from April to May 2019. Data were processed and analyzed using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) 20.The results of the study indicated that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of South Sulawesi Province; (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of South Sulawesi Province; (3) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Regional Development Planning Board of South Sulawesi Province.This means that effective leadership provides positive effects for employees. The leader must examine his functions as function of teaching, consultation, participation, delegation and control. Create high work motivation and multi-directional communication will impact on improving employee performance

These research applied in Senior High School Private and State in Sulawesi.
Population of research all of teachers as amount 502 persons. Sample as amount
223 respondent based on Slovin Formulation. Data analysis used of Structural Equation
Model with aim AMOS 18 program statistic.
The results found that: 1) satisfaction affect in negative and insignificant toward
organization behavior from teachers, 2) organization commitment affect in positive
and significant toward organization behavior from teachers, 3) professionalism affect in
positive and significant toward organization behavior from teachers, 4) satisfaction affect
in negative and insignificant toward performance by teachers, 5) organization
commitment affect in positive and significant toward performance by teachers, 6)
professionalism affect in positive and significant toward performance by teachers, and 7)
organization behavior affect in positive and significant toward performance by teachers

Get PDFThis study aims to review and discuss the literature on social capital and social support for business performance (IWAPI, South Sulawesi Province). On this basis, a hypothetical model as a basis for theoretical and hypothetical development is further reviewed. Social capital owned by women is influenced by values and norms regarding trust, moral values, namely norms and networks of interaction between family and environment that support women entrepreneurs in developing their business. Social support is a source of emotional, informational or mentoring provided by people around individuals to deal with every problem in life. This form of support can be in the form of information, certain behavior, or material that can make individuals who receive assistance be supported, motivated and valuable. Women in entrepreneurship need support from their families and the environment which makes women have independence in entrepreneurship. HUBUNGAN KECEMASAN TERHADAP DISFUNGSI SEKSUAL WANITA PREMENOPAUSE DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KASSI-KASSI MAKASSAR
Get PDFTujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan dengan disfungsi seksual pada wanita premenopause. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua wanita premenopause yang berusia 45-55 tahun di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi yang berjumlah 352 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian wanita premenopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi yang berjumlah 78 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji chi square dengan α = 0,05. Hasil: Penelitian ini diperoleh hubungan kecemasan terhadap disfungsi seksual (ρ=0,0030,05). Rekomendasi: Agar wanita premenopause senantiasa berfikir positif dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi pada masa premenopause sehingga wanita-wanita yang akan memasuki masa premenopause dapat memahami dan menerima perubahan tersebut pada dirinya sehingga hal ini dapat mengurangi kecemasan dalam menghadapi masa premenopause

No full textAbstrakTujuan: untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan infertili pada pasangan usia subur Metode Penelitian:Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif, dengan desain cross sectional (potong lintang) berdasarkan data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil: menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berisiko terhadap infertilitas pasangan usia subur yaitu penyakit penyerta(p=0,365 p 0,05 ), Obesitas (p=0,000 nilai p=0,05; OR =6,508), Gaya Hidup (p=0,000 p0,05 ; OR=6,583), Stres (p=0,044 nilai p 0,00 ; OR=1,471), Pekerjaan (p=0,982 nilai p0,05).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara Obesitas,gaya hidup dan stres dengan kejadian infertilitas pada pasangan usia subur, tidak ada hubungan antara penyerta dan pekerjaan dengan kejadian infertilitas. Rekomendasi: Bagi pasangan yang memiliki gaya hidup brisiko sebaiknya melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara periodik agar dapat berhenti total dari ketergantungan. Menjaga pola makan yang sehat dan teratur agar terhindar dari obesitas. Menjalin komunikasi terbuka antara pasangan dan keluarga demi mengurangi tekanan psikis
