Get PDFThe 2022 PKM activities carried out by the Mechanical Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University, were completed in Takofi Village, Pulau Moti District. Takofi Village is one of the villages located in Pulau Moti District, with the average population working as farmers and fishermen. One of the biggest fertilizer producers from this village is cloves and nutmeg. The clove and nutmeg home processing industry in this village can be said to be very minimal. The clove and nutmeg marketing process carried out by the people of Takofi Village is usually carried out individually by the farmers and then sold to Village collectors; there are also itinerant traders who come from door to door to buy dried cloves from clove farmers who want to sell their cloves to them and some are sold directly to Ternate. The dedication results show that partners easily understand and practice the training material. This is evident from their ability to make several processed clove and nutmeg products, such as making clove oil and processed nutmeg products into candied nutmeg as taught. Through this activity, partners can be motivated to become entrepreneurs by utilizing existing local potential. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the level of public service at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency, and to find out the obstacles and steps to optimize public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency. This research is a combination of quantitative descriptive using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were all service users of the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency who needed public services. The data analysis of this study used the frequency value and the average score. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the level of public service at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency is in the B- or Good category with a note. This assessment is reviewed from 6 aspects, namely service policy, HR professionalism, infrastructure, public service information systems, consultation and complaints, and service innovation. The obstacles in public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency, namely: The condition of employees who are generally still high school educated, lack of technological knowledge in employees due to lack of training, and limited facilities and infrastructure. The steps to optimize public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency are to cultivate excellent service, increase supporting facilities, increase HR professionalism, and evaluate the results of satisfaction assessments with services.
ANALISIS ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU PREEKLAMPSIA DENGAN NYERI AKUT MENGGUNAKAN INTERVENSI TERAPI MUROTTAL SURAH MARYAM
Get PDFPreeklampsia adalah salah satu komplikasi kehamilan yang terjadi karena tekanan darah terlalu tinggi semasa mengandung bayi. Nyeri berdasarkan International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) adalah sensori tidak nyaman dan pengalaman emosional yang sangat berhubungan dengan potensial kerusakan jaringan atau terdapat kerusakan jaringan yang nyata.Tindakan nonfarmakologis yang dapat diberikan pada pasien yang mengalami nyeri akut salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan Terapi Murottal Surah Maryam. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui analisis asuhan keperawatan pada ibu preeklampsia dengan nyeri akut menggunakan intervensi terapi murottal Surah Maryam di Puskesmas Bajeng Kabupaten Gowa. Metode Penelitian: Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik. Hasil: Setelah diberikan intervensi pemberian terapi murottal Surah Maryam selama 3 hari pada ibu yang mengalami preeklampsia dengan nyeri akut, didapatkan hasil bahwa terjadi penurunan tingkat nyeri secara perlahan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian terapi murottal surah Maryam efektif menurunkan nyeri. Implikasi penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada studi kasus yang dilakukan dapat memberikan respon berupa ketenangan emosional, dan relaksasi sehingga pasien mampu mengontrol nyeri. Rekomendasi: Referensi tambahan pemberian asuhan keperawatan dalam keperawatan maternitas dan meningkatkan pencegahan terjadinya Hipertensi dalam kehamilan maupun preeklampsia. Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) merupakan tolak ukur dalam menentukan status kesehatan suatu masyarakat, pada wilayah tersebut.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh Perawatan Metode Kanguru (PMK) terhadap pencegahan hipotermi pada bayi berat badan lahir rendah di RSU Bahagia Makassar Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment. Populasi dalam seluruh bayi berat badan lahir rendah yang lahir pada bulan Mei s/d Juli 2021. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bayi baru lahir berat badan lahir rendah yang lahir pada bulan Mei s/d Juli 2021 berjumlah 22 bayi. Terdapat perbedaan suhu tubuh bayi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan PMK dengan nilai p0,001. Diharapkan PMK yang selama ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Bahagia Makassar dapat terus diaplikasikan mengingat banyaknya manfaat metode ini baik bagi bayi maupun ibunya, serta peningkatan kemampuan petugas kesehatan dalam melakukan PMK sehingga mampu memberikan in house training bagi ibu agar dapat dilakukan di rumah
FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STOP BUANG AIR BESAR SEMBARANGAN PADA PROGRAM SANITASI TOTAL BERBASIS MASYARAKAT (STBM)
Get PDFLatar Belakang : Sanitasi dasar meliputi penyediaan air bersih, pembuangan kotoran manusia (jamban), pengelolaan sampah dan saluran pembuangan air limbah yang dititikberatkan kepada masyarakat atau direalisasikan dalam program (STBM). Desa Tamanyeleng Kecamatan Barombong menjadi salah satu desa yang berhasil melaksanakan Stop Buang air besar Sembarngan (SBS) dan merubah perilaku BAB di jamban yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, dan kepemilikan jamban yang mempengruhi Stop buang air Besar Sembarangan (SBS). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan independent Samples Test. Besar sampel 95 Kepala Keluarga di Desa Tamanyeleng dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1.Hasil penelitian ini tidak terdapat pengaruh pendidikan dengan pelaksanaan stop buang air besar sembarangan niilai Sig meunujukkan sebesar 0,875 0,1 dan nilai t hitung 0,157 t tabel 1,666, Nilai Sig untuk pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap pelaksanaan Stop buang air Besar Sembarangan adalah sebesar 0,076 0,1 dan nilai t hitung 1,798 t tabel 1,666 yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh pendidikan terhadap pelaksanaan Stop buang air Besar Sembarangan. Nilai Sig untuk pengaruh sikap terhadap pelaksanaan Stop buang air Besar Sembarangan adalah sebesar 0,524 0,1 dan nilai t hitung 0,639 t tabel 1,666 yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh pendidikan terhadap pelaksanaan Stop buang air Besar Sembarangan. Nilai Sig untuk pengaruh kepemilikan jamban terhadap pelaksanaan Stop buang air Besar Sembarangan adalah sebesar 0,467 0,1 dan nilai t hitung 0,731 t tabel 1,666 yang berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh pendidikan terhadap pelaksanaan Stop buang air Besar Sembarangan. Saran: Bagi Masyarakat, di harapkan bagi masyarakat desa tamanyeleng agar semua masyarakat telah BAB hanya di jamban yang sehat dan membuang tinja/kotoran bayi hanya ke jamban yang sehat dapat mempertahankan sikap positif terhadap pelaksanaan stop buang air besar sembarangan agar terhindari penyakit diakibatkan oleh sanitasi yang kurang baik

The implementation of the activity begins with an initial survey to see the condition of the artificial wells and water reservoirs that will be repaired where there are artificial wells installed on the banks of the river. Repairs to the pipe installation are carried out by replacing 2 4-inch pipes so that the flow of water that will enter the reservoir does not suffer losses or is wasted. The initial design before the change was that there were many pipe connections that were installed from the pump to the reservoir so that the water flowing into the reservoir experienced a lot of loss or wasted a lot. From the results of the field review, the electrical capacity to drive the pump is not sufficient because the type of electrical cable connected is not suitable or unable to drive the two pumps. Errors also occur in the installation of capacitors where the pump has a 40 F capacitor type but the one installed is 50 F. For the problem of electricity capacity, the village government has tried to coordinate with PLN to replace the power cable. PKM 2022 activities carried out by the mechanical engineering study program at the Khairun University Faculty of Engineering, one of which is the repair of water distribution pipe installations and toilets, where the current condition of MCK in Takofi village is still inadequate. As for the implementation of repairs to the structure of water distribution channel pipes and toilets, repairs to the installation of water distribution channel pipes and toilets are carried out as well as advice on how to utilize clean water supply and be able to provide a place for waste disposal from toilets so as not to pollute the water, air, and soil in the Takofi village neighborhood. The limited facilities and the behavior of people who use open spaces for defecating, bathing, and others will have an impact on aspects of public health. In this activity, a sanitation distribution from the existing MCK was built; hence water drainage and sewage of The MCK are not polluted and will be maintained in terms of health. The problems of partners/communities in Takofi village are as follows; disposal of polluted MCK sanitation channels, lack of information about the importance of clean sanitation lines and supporting health aspects, and inadequate MCK sanitation sewer lines. Lack of knowledge of making MCK sanitation lines. The implementation of community service activities, repairing and building sanitation lanes for toilet disposal in Takofi village, Moti sub-district, was carried out for one day. Where the initial stage, the toilets were cleaned, which looked very dirty and were not functioning correctly. After cleaning, the next step is measuring and installing new installation pipes where the old network is no longer working correctly. This pipe installation is also related to another PKM program, namely repairing water wells as a water source to operate this MCK.
